Over the last 3 years we have had 3 beds under warrantee on a Harrison and spinks mattress and now needing a forth . We have rejected the goods under the sale of goods act yet they are refusing to refund absolute muppets run by Indian call centre AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absolutely brilliant experience …
The experience from start to finish from the welcome drink, the mattress finder, the knowledge, skill & friendliness of staff particularly Emma was outstanding. Can’t wait for our new bed to arrive. Took all the stress out of finding the very best bed for my husband and I :-)
