It was so easy the lady showed me a lot of mattress and was very friendly. Delivery. Was right on time the nice men took it in and old one away

I got a fully comprehensive briefing about beds and the different types. I used their special bed to decide the correct bed and it worked, I think.

Attention to detail, helpful staff gave good advise on mattress types etc.

Excellent service at the Kittybrewster branch. Jaqueline was very helpful , she listened to our wants and needs. We used the sleep machine and found an excellent mattress within our budget. We also bought the brilliant pillows they use when we tested the beds.

Both sales and delivery staff were pleasant, polite and helpful.

Everything went like clockwork from the time we ordered the bed until it was delivered. Great communication and the bed is great for the price.

Morag.(Aberdeen Branch) spent a lot of time explaining each of the beds that suited us after linking us up to find out the correct firmness for us. She did not rush us or push us into a sale but gave us plenty of time to choose ourself which one we thought suited us best. I would have no hesitation in recommending this store. Many thanks,

The dreams store in Kittybrewster was well laid out, the staff are very helpful, explained how the store was laid out and what to look for on the signage. Gave us time to walk round and where available to explain and answer any questions we had. We got a very good bargain on the bed and mattress we selected. Was delivered within the timescale agreed, old bed removed and new one built within half an hour, delivery guys ensured we were happy with everything before they left. Would definitely recommend Dreams and use them again.

Great from beginning to end, and Karen was very helpful in everything we needed.

Good customer service within the store, bed arrived on the date and actually came within half an hour of the two hour slot, the men were very quick in putting the bed together they didn't seem to be here long, they were polite all round a great experience

From ordering in store and having my sofa beds delivered and built the experience has been top class.

Dreams Customer First Specialist, his telephone call following my updated review was exactly what was required, no mansplaining and a genuine understanding of why I was so very frustrated following an initial brilliant experience with Dreams. To be fair to him, he has certainly placed my trust back in Dreams and I have even today recommended Dreams to a friend. I also would like to take this opportunity to very much thank the highly professional delivery drivers who brought the super kingsize mattress to my room of choice today, a fee that had been waved thanks to the lovely Kishan. Please may I ask that the delivery drivers who came all the way from Glasgow to Aberdeen to delivery my mattress (among others for the area) are thanked for their exemplarily service. The drivers today, along with Kishan in Customer Services and Shannon in the Aberdeen Dreams store are by far a huge asset to the company. A job very well done! Thanks so much, delighted with my new mattress and hoping to actually get some decent sleep!

(Edited review 14 April 2025) - "After giving a brilliant review for this store I have been left feeling angered and let down. I ordered in store under the pretence that I am helping local, keeping local people in jobs and that any changes to my order were easier to make with in store staff. This is obviously not the case as I discovered at 6pm on 14 April when I spoke with an arrogant male member of staff. Only change I wished to make was to timing of mattress delivery, at no point had I been told that it would be an additional £30 charge on top of the £1400 we have already paid for the mattress and that by now it was too late (two days before delivery). His "helpful" suggestion was that I ask a neighbour to take in my new superking sized mattress. What a pathetic suggestion. I should have just ordered on line, it would have made absolutely no difference to me. I am livid!"

(Original review from 23 March) "Honestly could not fault the Aberdeen Kittybrewster team. Great price for a new mattress plus few "extras" thrown in! Great selection in store though also can order the ones from the website in store, lets do that folks and keep local folks in employment rather than just always ordering on line, physically go in to the store to order, even if that is done on line for you, it opens up more options over all. Particular shout out to lovely Shannon, what an asset she is to the team! Very attentive staff, ticking all the company boxes for a brilliant team"

Really comfortable mattress great nights sleep.

The staff as well as the delivery team were knowledgeable about the bed and mattress. Everything really just went smoothly from start to finish. The bed and mattress were really good quality, just what we wanted.

The young lady in Basingstoke Branch very good. Leah knew her products listened to my neeeds
