Great customer service
Ron spotted us aimlessly walking around Dreams Kittybrewster and gave great advice. We used the dream assess machine (tech that blew my mind) and Ron shown us round a handful of mattress' that would suit our needs. He gave us the information we needed and then left us to it - no pushy sales techniques here! Friendly staff member that was easy to speak to. His approach brought us back a second time where we did purchase our new mattress. Would highly recommend Dreams for their customer service and product.

Excellent service
Friendly, not pushy, helpful and successful service from Dreams. Delivery kept updated and arrived on time and quickly installed the bed (up 2 very difficult flights of stairs - well done lads!).

5 Stars all Round
Excellent service when trying out mattresses and purchasing the bed. Bed and frame arrived as per the timeframe agreed at point of sale.
Both the in-store sales and delivery staff were great - friendly and helpful. 5 stars all round

Kittybrewster branch… Brilliant!
The team at the Kittybrewster branch could not have been more helpful and accommodating of our circumstances which caused us to move back delivery by more than six months. I cannot thank them enough for not making an already stressful time worse. The delivery and install team were brilliant. Considerate of our home and belongings, efficient, communicative and helpful when explaining the various functions of the orthopaedic bed. I would have no hesitation with recommending them.

The comfort that worth to pay for
One of the best beds i ever had! The quality can speak for itself: Dreams bed and Dreams mattress, that was chosen by sleeping testing bed at the shop, worth every pound you pay for. Great advice from assistants in the store and delivery team makes shopping experience pleasant and trustworthy.

Great service with a five star delivery!
One of the best customer service I’ve received for a very long time. From the moment we worked into the shop till the order was closed was spot on. Kids love their bed and I’m so happy. Thanks to Morag for a great customer service, she’s absolutely amazing 😊
