Was very helpful and got me the right mattress for me getting a good nights sleep

Everything went great from ordering to the delivery. Delivery guys phoned before to say they were on way, explained the return policy if there was any issues, wore feet covers entering property, were very polite and friendly. Said best way to air mattress, let it settle on bed frame before putting on covers etc.

I bought a new mattress November 24, but was extra firm thought it would soften over time. For last 10 months had excruciating lower back pain.
Went to dreams, used the sleep finder machine, recommended 3 mattresses one I purchased was second choice but best out the lot. Had it maybe 14 days, lower back pain is a thing if the past, unbelievably conformable, it was mattress I needed and price was very reasonable.
Questioning why I never got one sooner 10 months was too long.

Was a very easy process to find out which type of mattress would suit us and helpful staff

A fabulous experience from start to finish. The showroom was daunting when entering, so much to choose from. But Shannon guided us towards the body scanner and thus helped to narrow our search. We tried about 6 beds and quickly narrowed it down to 2. Now that we have our bed at home we are completely delighted. We both agree it was the perfect choice. Let’s not forget the delivery team of Garry and James. The whole process of removal of the old and in with the new was perfect! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went into Aberdeen Branch to look for a new bed. Were treated professionally and courtesly and made a purchase. Date agreed for delivery which happened as arranged. Delivery men were very helpful and professional.

Nice, friendly sales staff, knowledgeable and not pushy, decent priced bed & mattress. Delivered exactly when arranged with good communication. Really nice & helpful delivery men. Very pleased.

Delivery and set up was punctual and efficient. Both mattress and bed frame are good.
