Returned product 15/7/22, still sat here with no refund on 15/8/22. Have spoken with customer service several times wasting hours of my time, still no further, keep getting told to be patient and having the goal post moved. NOT ACCEPTABLE, AVOID!!!

Größte Frechheit überhaupt
Ich hatte schon öfter mal Probleme mit Onlineshops, allerdings wurde mir dann vom Kundenservice meist relativ gut geholfen. Ganz anders bei dem Anbieter Crocs: noch nie habe ich einen dermaßen schlechten Kundenservice erlebt!
Einen Tag nach meiner Bestellung erhielt ich bereits eine Versandbestätigung mit der Info, dass die Lieferung momentan 3-5 Arbeitstage beträgt. Nach fast zwei Wochen, in welchen sich am Versandstatus nichts geändert hatte, habe ich dann Kontakt zum Kundenservice aufgenommen. Die Schuld wurde sofort auf GLS geschoben, obwohl GLS das Paket von Crocs noch nicht einmal erhalten hatte. Dann meinte der Mann vom Kundenservice es KANN sein, dass das Paket noch bei ihnen ist, er hat dazu aber keine Einsicht. Ich habe dann eine kostenlose Expresslieferung verlangt, darauf bekam ich die Antwort sie würden nur normal per GLS verschicken und das dauert im Moment 8-10 Tage. Daraufhin wollte ich die Bestellung stornieren, ging aber laut dem Mann nicht mehr, weil sie das Paket angeblich schon verschickt hätten. Plötzlich meinte er auch, GLS wäre total unzuverlässig und hätte das Paket verloren. Ich habe gefragt woher er das wisse, er hat ja angeblich keine Einsicht. Seine Antwort: "wenn eine Lieferung so lange dauert, ist das Paket normalerweise verloren gegangen".
Da ich gemerkt habe, dass die ganze Diskussion mit dem Mann nichts bringt und er mir nicht weiterhelfen wollte/konnte, wollte ich das Gespräch beenden und habe ihm noch mitgeteilt, dass ich jedem von dem Shop abraten werde und eine schlechte Bewertung abgeben werde. Was antwortet er daraufhin? "Ich werde jetzt für sie eine Nachlieferung beantragen" Ich habe ihm dann klipp und klar mitgeteilt, dass ich keine Schuhe mehr von ihnen will und er solle das akzeptieren, seine Antwort: ok guten Tag. Das war das Ende des Gesprächs..
Am Versandstatus des Pakets hat sich bis heute nichts getan und ich kann mich jetzt auch noch mit Klarna rumschlagen, da dort die Zahlung bereits verlangt wird..

Ordered crocs on 13/7. Update said shipped on 16/07. No sign by 26/07 even though delivery time is 4-5 days on website.
Contacted on chat to be told there was a shipping problem and they could refund or reorder IF they were still available.
I asked if I would have been informed and refunded if I hadn’t contacted them first, to be told no it’s up to customer to keep track of parcel and notify them of any issue. Even though I had been told it was shipped. Horrible way to treat customers and keep money with no product delivered. Very hard to get them in chat and a wait of up to 3 days for reply by email.
Don’t order if you need something in a hurry. Wish I had read the reviews here first

Katastrophe
Ware bestellt und die Lieferung wurde prompt angekündigt. Im Anschluss wurde der Liefertermin mehrfach verschoben. Der versprochen Versand vom binnen 3 Tage dauerte über 2 Wochen. Dann war das Paket da, aber unvollständig. Auf Emails wird nicht reagiert seit Über einer Woche. Versuche jetzt mein Geld über Paypal zurück zu holen. Ganz klar keine Empfehlung. Kundenservice die letzte Katastrophe.

They sent me the wrong item. Emailed them on the 20th June. They still haven’t replied and 3 times I’ve tried the live chat. I was waiting 10minutes each time and then it would say “associates not available at this time” and then it told me to send an email. They never reply and I messaged them on Instagram and they said they couldn’t help me from there.

Warte seit langem auf die Lieferung meiner Bestellung! Keine E-Mail wird beantwortet, via Chat in einer Endlosschleife! Vorsicht, Betrüger!!! PayPal ist mittlerweile eingeschaltet worden.
Comically inept. Outrageously incompetent for a major company.
Placed an order for five pairs of Crocs. Two weeks later nothing had arrived. Checked my email, no confirmation. Checked my card statement and no payment had gone out. Thought maybe I'd done something wrong and tried again.
2nd attempt to place an order resulted in me being brought back to an empty cart page on Crocs.eu after I'd confirmed the charge on my bank's app. So I tried again and this time I created an account on Crocs.eu first and logged in before placing the order. The same thing happened again; I clicked on the button after approving the payment and Crocs.eu brought me to an empty cart and logged me out.
So I figured maybe it was a problem with my card so I placed a 4th order using a different card from a different bank. Same thing happened again, logged out and brought to an empty cart page after approving payment.
I checked the Order History page on my account and no orders had been recorded. I checked both banks and both were showing a card validity check but no pending payments. I started a chat on Crocs.eu and, after a long wait, got to talk to a someone who told me I had placed two orders (my 2nd and 4th orders) and it wasn't possible to cancel either of them. No idea what happened to my 1st and 3rd order attempts. I was advised that I could reject one of the deliveries and get a refund, and also offered a discount on the other order (I think, the English wasn't great).
Both orders were visible when I looked them up as a guest but not when I logged in. Both were marked as being in process. Crocs.eu hadn't sent me an email confirmation about them and gave me no way of knowing that they even existed until I contacted them directly through the chat function. Then, two days later, the orders had disappeared completely from Crocs.eu. I contacted them to ask what had happened and was told that both orders had been cancelled (even though I was told three days earlier that it was impossible to cancel them). Asking why they were cancelled, I was told it was a problem with my billing address, which sounds completely spurious as both cards have worked without problem for hundreds of online transactions each. And how would it take three days to determine there was an issue? If that was the case it would be flagged instantaneously.
Many wasted hours over the course of three weeks trying to purchase through this dysfunctional website and nothing to show at the end of it.
Don't waste your time.

Ordered 2 pairs for £40 in a fantastic offer. Delivery was around 13 days and my products are fantastic. I was a little worried as after ordering I checked reviews and they weren’t good however my products have arrived and when I contacted customer service I received a response and then tracking information for my parcel. So all in I am very pleased excellent value 👍

Jeg har skrevet 2 gange til kundeservice og får af vide at de har haft ombygning og derfor er de forsinket og det i det andet svar fik jeg af vide at pga corona var de forsinket! Helt vildt dårligt! Hold da i det mindste jeres kunder orienteret. Når ja de har selvfølgelig trukket pengene..

Pessima esperienza. Ho scelto un infradito di colore bianco ed è arrivato di colore grigio. Sono piccole e non posso cambiarle perché non c'è il numero più grande. Tra l'altro il reso posso farlo solo con il numero più grande! Ho buttato 35 €

Absolutely dreadful. Ordered crocs for my child a month a go. Never received them. Nobody answers emails. Live chat is a joke, waiting for an enterity and then connection goes. Total scam.

worst customer service I ever faced.Made an order on 29/5/22 and today 6/6/22,the parcel has still not been shipped.After numerous tries to contact them,I finally managed to do it today and asked about the delay.They informed me that they are facing huge delays.Therefore I asked them to change the standar shipping option to express on my behalf because of the delay.The customer service refused it and I replied "so you offer bad customer service to your clients."
The answer I got from the employer Kaloyan K. was "wow" and terminated the chat all of the sudden.I strickly do not recommend Crocs.eu to to anyone

Sehr schlecht
Die Bearbeitung der Bestellung und der Versand dauern seeeeehr sehr lange. Der Kundenservice reagiert auf keine E-Mails und die Warteschleife am Telefon ist endlos lang. Zu dem Schuh an sich kann ich nichts sagen, da das Paket immer noch nicht da ist :) Am Besten über Amazon o.ä. bestellen und nicht über die Website!!!
