The worst anyone can get, I ordered from crocs.eu and it tool ages to come and I was sent a used one! Not worth the hassles returning! But beware!

WOW- dass CROCS B.V. so schlecht ist hätte ich nicht gedacht!
Es geht mir wie vielen anderen Kommentatoren hier!

Bestellung: 2 Paar Baya Flips Flops am 16.04.2022.
Am 20.04. Benachrichtigung von GLS "Dein Paket befindet sich auf dem Weg zu Dir".
Am 22.04. dann Email von GLS "Paket verzögert sich". Seit dem...nix!
Ab 26.04. schrieb ich den CROCS- Kundendienst an...wo meine Bestellung denn nun ist; wann diese versandt wurde. Keine Antwort.
Am 27.04. erneut via Email nachgefragt. Keine Antwort.
Am 29.04. erneut per Weiterleitung beim Kundenservice angefragt. Keine Antwort.
Am 30.04. das gleiche Spiel- und wieder nichts.
Am 02.05. erneut mit dem Hinweis dass ich seit mittlerweile 12 Tagen auf eine Antwort warte und ich nicht gedacht hätte, dass der Kundenservice dermaßen schlecht ist. ENDLICH rührte sich bei CROCS jemand und ich erhielt eine Antwort! Befriedigend war diese aber nicht: lt. CROCS hat GLS das Paket bestimmt verloren. Man könne mir das Geld zurückerstatten oder die Ware erneut versenden. Da ich die Ware gern haben möchte bat ich um erneuten Versand- die Antwortemail hat mich erneut erstaunt!
Man "hat die Ware erneut zum Versand gegeben, könne mir aber keine Sendungsnummer nennen da die Auftrag manuell erstellt wurde".
(Interessant...ich erstelle bei der Arbeit alle Paketdienstleister- Aufträge manuell und erhalte trotzdem eine Sendungsnummer..!)
Das ist mit heutigem Datum bereits 8 Tage her- und bis heute wieder NIX!
Ein Segen habe ich mit PayPal bezahlt- also heute direkt einen Konflikt gemeldet und den Betrag einfrieren lassen.

In 6 Tagen ist seit meiner Bestellung ein Monat vergangen und es ist keine Ware eingegangen.
Empfehlen kann ich den CROCS Webshop keinesfalls!

I placed three times the same order hoping to enjoy the mid-season sales, all got cancelled by Crocs. After purchase I was directly redirected to an empty basket, not a thank you message, not an order confirmation page, not any confirmation email, as it would be the case on most website. Feels like a scam, I feel unsecured about the fact I shared with them my debit card detail. Will order on Zalando, Asos,ect...

I love crocs. Just had to say that first because the company is getting a bad reputation due to their delivery service. My order was despatched very quickly, ordered 25th Dec, sent 29th. Delivery was attempted on morning of 31st apparently and no one was home. 4th Jan tracking at 8am said delivery would be that day. Was home all day, no delivery. Tracking updated at 6pm saying delivery attempted, no one home! No delivery was attempted! Contacted crocs a week later via live chat as delivery status unchanged. Asked for refund which i received within a few days. Ordered from Amazon in the end - no problems.

Ich habe Crocs bestellt, nur leider ist GLS zu faul, Pakete auch nach Hause zu liefern. Vorzugsweise wird das Paket einfach 20 km entfernt im Paketshop abgegeben. Ich hatte eigentlich gehofft, dass man dem Kunden entgegen kommt fürs extra fahren, aber Crocs Kundenservice ist der Meinung, sie liefern doch kostenlos. ABER warum bekommen für ein und den selben Preis andere ihre Crocs nach Hause geliefert und ich soll unverschuldet soweit fahren und sie abholen??????

I ordered crocs and received a cheap pair of "Ray band" copies. I have repeatedly tried to resolve this but they want me to keep the glasses with a small discount. This is a Rip off -Stay clear-

Calde e confortevoli nascondono doti troppo negative: se per ragioni di pulizia si desiderasse lavare la parte interna, questa è estraibile e si può lavare in lavatrice, ma mentre si asciuga (ed asciuga in molto tempo) occorrebbe disporre di un altro paio di calzature e se per caso si desiderasse sostituire la parte interna estraibile, non si può perché la Crocs non la vende! Quindi addio intenti ecologigi basati sulla conservazione dei prodotti inquinanti perché dovrete gettare via tutto e comprarne un paio nuovo. Mai mi sarei atteso di non poter disporre di un pezzo di ricambio da un'azienda così importante. Faccio notare che altre aziende concorrenti ugualmente accreditate hanno adottato una politica più rispettosa dell'igiene e più ecologista offrendo la possobilità di acquistare le solette di ricambio. Sembra una piccola cosa di poco interesse, ma di certo rivelatrice di poca attenzione verso i propri clienti.

I have ordered twice on this page and both times something got cancelled on their end. This time I got really annoyed because I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and one charm. Both the shoes got cancelled and they only sent the charm, WHICH I cannot use since I dont have the SHOES

A complete and utter rip off. I can only assume the crocs.EU is a fraudulent company. I unfortunately paid. The crocs didn't get dispatched for 9 days they they dissappeared into the ether. Along with customer services.
You might as well just take your money and shred it.
Just don't give them your money.

I almost always check reviews before I order something from a website for the first time, something I unfortunately didn't do on this occasion. I foolishly presumed a company like Crocs would be professional and at the top of their game with regard to their customers and the service they provide.
My story is like all the other one star reviews so I would encourage anyone with thoughts of placing an order with crocs.eu to take the time to go to your local stockists or order from Amazon (which I have done previously without issue) or anywhere else but this company.
The lack of customer service from crocs.eu is unbelievable!!
Totally unresponsive to emails etc, except the one where I said I wanted to cancel the order. To which they replied that I couldn't cancel the order at this time,nothing else.
If it ever arrives I will be returning it promptly.

Das war das erste und letzte Mal, dass ich bei crocs bestellt habe.
Gekauft habe ich 2 Paar flipflops, gezahlt via Paypal. Eine Bestellbestätigung folgte. Nach ca. 14 Tagen schrieb ich crocs an, es folgte keine Antwort. Nach einer weiteren Woche dann telefonisch. Die Dame sagte, mein Konto sei nicht gedeckt, sie hätte kein Geld erhalten, deshalb sei die Bestellung angeblich storniert. Ich klärte sie über die geleistete Paypal Zahlung auf, sie sagte, man würde dies klären und sich im Laufe des Tages per Mail bei mir melden. Auch dann wieder keine Rückmeldung. Ich habe den Fall nun an Paypal übergeben.
Ich möchte einfach nur mein Geld zurück.
Kann niemandem empfehlen, bei Crocs direkt zu bestellen. So etwas habe Ich bisher noch nirgendwo erlebt.

I had been ordering from the website crocs.eu, but suddenly I could nor order for my previous shipping address, nowhere to Hungary (E. U. COUNTRY) and I have not had any notification about is, no customer service answer, chat does not work... So I cannot by anything, I cannot use discounts, but the newsletters are coming and coming...

Acquistato un paio di ciabatte, appena arrivate numero perfetto dopo 15 giorni si sono deformate e ristrette, marchio da evitare.

Slow delivery, but besides that, Customer Service is perfect: fast response, friendly and helpful.
Would give them 5 stars if delivery was a bit faster.

Crocs non possono stare al sole, acquistate da Non solo sportdi Cosenza dopo 2 mesi si sono deformate. Marchio da evitare.

Fanno pietà... Sono due settimane che provo a fare un reso mandato 1000 e mail e telefonato 100000 volte nessuna risposta.... Un servizio clienti più schifoso di questo non credo esista....

I wished I had checked out the reviews here before buying. I am trying to track my shipment as I have ordered 3 pairs just over a week ago and was wondering what’s happening to it. Tried to log in with the track number and my name as per my order but the results were invalid. Hopefully it will arrive soon and I am very concerned after reading these reviews. I wonder now is crocs.eu is even legit.

Scarpe molto strette effettuato il reso. Telefono sempre con musichetta dopo 5/6 minuti cade la linea, accaduto molte volte. Sbagliano indirizzo omettendo la città. Essendo sadici commettono lo stesso sbaglio anche nel reso. Eppure comperato molte Crocs, visto il trattamento Volturo tutta la vita.

Don’t allow changing anything about the order after and you need to wait until you receive the item. This is such an inconvenience for them and users since they would have less returns if they did.
