Fik bestilt 3 par for at finde den rigtige størrelse. Ingen af dem passer hverken mine foder eller sizeguiden på deres hjemmesiden. Efter flere dage, mange timers skriveri fik pengene tilbage for 2 par men ikke for den 3.

I wish I looked at trust pilot before because clearly this isn’t a one off. Returned shoes - Royal Mail delivered but this never came through in crocs website. Couldn’t get hold of somebody. Eventually did and they said they would need to look into it and raise refund manually that would take another 15 working days. Been a month since they received the items back and no refund. I’ll never use the site again

I cannot give any details on size, etc, because I have not received my order in 3 weeks now. I checked the tracking, and it still reads, “Label created. Waiting on carrier.” Three weeks later, same. I wrote to them regarding my order, no reply. Recommendation; go elsewhere.

Their customer service sucks. I have tried everything several times to get my refund in my account. Can’t even talk to a customer service representative. Ai put me on hold for a live agent 3 times. I have ordered many pairs over the years. My family members are fans of these otherwise I would never order another pair. 800 stayed busy for hours…who the hell runs a buisness with no voice mail? Ugh!
Nightmare of a Transaction
If I could give less I would. I was initially excited to order a pair of flip flops for myself and slides for my husband on March 13 as we have liked wearing Crocs for quite some time. I have never ordered from their website and will not again. I'm not even sure if I will even buy Crocs again to be honest. First, when we received a package from them, it was a totally different pair of Crocs, some sandals that I never would have even ordered. Second, it was only one pair of shoes instead of the two that I ordered and third, the one strange pair of sandals we did receive was not a size either of us wears. I contacted customer service by phone. It took a while to get to someone and when I did, she could not grasp that they shorted me MY items I ordererd and sent me something totally different than we ordered. So we were shorted two pairs of shoes basically. Once I did get her to understand what had happened, she was prompt in sending me the email so that I could provide photos of the item I did receive. That's fine, I totally expected that. I sent her the photos of the weird sandals. Then I had to send a photo of the bottom of the sandals. I understood that, they needed to see that it had their logo on it. But then she came back that they needed to see a photo of the size of the shoes?? Perhaps because I made the statement that they weren't even the sizes thatI ordered. That had no relevance though because I didn't even get what I ordered! Finally, after that a shipment of the items I did order was initiated. I checked on the shipment periodically as they could not give a tracking number since they had manually put in the order for the items I ordered. On March 31, a a new package from Crocs was delivered. It was only my husband's slides. Sigh. I looked at the order status thinking mine would be shipped separately because the new order confirmation mentioned that, but no. My flip flops were cancelled. UGH. I shot off an email to customer service that if they are not going to ship me what I ordered then to refund my money. Supposedly, I am getting a refund for the order of my shoes in 7-10 business days. What a hassle. Online buyer beware!
Worst return policy - cost 24 euro to return
When I ordered online, I read their policy that you need to pay for the return, which I thought it's ok, since the majority of the companies have the same policy, the cost is on the consumer, but usually it is around 30-60 kr (4-6 euros), which I assumed it was a similar cost for crocs.
When I got to the point to return it, I was shocked to see that it costs me 175 kr to return it, which is 24 euro!!
I never experienced this before, and I shop online often and sometimes from high end brands and I never encountered such prices.
Usually, from my experience, when you make a return you pay the same price that it costed to be shipped to you. It costs the same both ways. But not for Crocs. It is clear they only care about profit and don't think about the consumers.
In some cases, if your order is around 24 euros, it would be cheaper to throw it in the trash than to return it.
I would never buy again from them, and I will advise everyone I know not to order online from the EU website.

Returned a pair of crocs that broke…
Returned a pair of crocs that broke when they were tried on. Returned in January, still showing as being process. When I contacted crocs in March they informed me they had processed the return and it takes up to ten days. Since then I have to contact Crocs twice to chase my refund which is still outstanding. For a large company their customer service is absolutely terrible.

Il y a toujours que ceux qui ont des problèmes imaginaires (ou bien que c'est totalement de leurs fautes mais qu'ils n'assument rien) pour se plaindre et cracher leur venin.
J'ai passé 3 commandes, je n'ai JAMAIS EU aucun problème avec crocs, ni sur les commandes, ni sur les livraisons via GLS, etc...
N'ayez pas peur de la note cata sur trustpilots, ce sont toujours les gens qui se créer eux-mêmes des mauvaises expériences qui viennent noter et jamais les personnes où tout va bien.

Extrêmement déçue du service client. J'ai passé une commande le 12 décembre 2025. 4 jours plus tard, il est noté que ma commande a été livrée. Je n'étais pas chez moi et il était mentionné sur GLS qu'en cas d'absence, le colis serait déposé dans un parcel shop. Sauf que le colis a apparemment été déposé devant ma porte (d'après GLS), en plein centre ville, là où passent plein d'étudiants toute la journée. Je contacte Crocs qui renvoie la balle vers GLS. Je contacte GLS qui m'indique le point où a été livré mon colis. Ce n'est évidemment pas à mon adresse. Colis introuvable. GLS me dit que c'est Crocs qui doit faire le nécessaire. Crocs me dit l'inverse. Ils se renvoient la balle pour qu'au final GLS dise que c'est à Crocs d'ouvrir la demande de réclamation pour qu'ils puissent donner suite. Je préviens Crocs, qui jusqu'à maintenant répondait relativement rapidement à mes mails (2-3 jours) et là, plus de réponse depuis 2 mois ! C'est scandaleux. Non seulement j'ai payé ce colis que je n'ai jamais reçu mais en plus ils n'ont visiblement pas envie de trouver une solution... Quand je lis les autres avis, il semblerait que je ne sois pas la seule dans le cas...

Ordered a pair of shoes - that part was fine. Two days later received a notification it shipped - great. One problem though, they lied. The shoes didn't actually ship out until 8 days later - the same day I actually went to cancel the order.
No longer needing the shoes at that point, the only return option is UPS, which requires a 50 mile trip to make that dropoff unless I want to pay for them to pick it up. At this time, gas is near $4 a gallon, so the trip alone will cost about $10.
I find this unacceptable and they really should allow another option, especially in cases where they really screwed up.

Bought limited edition Crocs from the official website and received it with the box completely smashed. Contacted customer service and they said they are not responsible for the box even for the collectible/limited edition. All its value is gone before I even opened it. Would give zero stars if possible

Very poor product. My daughter bought me a pair of crocs slippers last Christmas but when I wore them in the kitchen - which has vinyl flooring, they felt like they were sticking although the floor is clean. I contacted customer service who clearly couldn’t care less and weren’t interested. I usually buy slippers from next of even Asda and Tesco and I’ve never had this problem. Save money and avoid Crocs !

I've been using crocs for over 20…
I've been using crocs for over 20 years, but I will no longer purchase from them. These Crocs came apart in 10 or 11 months. The warranty is 90 days only. The shoes in the past were very well made and long lasting. Customer service was usless.
Very poor customer service experience and poor quality shoes
Began a refund process at the end of February.
Returned goods confirmed received by Crocs on 3rd March.
After weeks of time and effort chasing them, being first told by their customer service that I would receive my refund within 10 days else it would be actioned manually, then that it would actually be 10 business days, and then not receiving that, and then, after spending another half an hour with customer service repeating information already given multiple times previously in the same whatsapp support thread, I have just been told (today is 17th March) that I 'will receive a refund within 10 business days. Please note that some additional time may be required for the credit to post to your account'.
Crocs need to improve their customer service refund process. It needs to be clear, consistent and actioned in a more reasonable timeframe.
Also, the quality of the product seems to have deteriorated dramatically.
My first Crocs lasted for the best part of 20 years, including hiking in them.
Of the two pairs I bought recently, the strap of one broke within one day and the quality of materials was not the same as my original pairs bought in 2010.
It is sad to see a brand once associated with quality and good values now in decline.
Even my request to be sent the complaints escalation process resulted in the customer service conversation being closed with a 'have a great day!' message, but no complaint procedure supplied.

I eventually received a refund FOR HALF OF THE REFUND AMOUNT. Yet another message to their customer 'service' with the reply that there was indeed a mistake with the refund amount and that a support ticket has been raised for the balance owing.
Truly terrible customer service and a product that no longer has the quality of the original.
