Crocs offer good products but review all your info before confirming it and paying as you can not change them later (e.g address); customer service is fast but they don't do much to help you

Waiting For Refund
Brought item online, was never delivered and returned to the warehouse. Crocs have confirmed they have received them 15 days ago but so far no refund!! A manual refund has now been initiated and told to wait another 14 days. Customer service is none existent!

Yasen N Chat Experience Will Have Me Returning

This review is about my Chat experience with Yasen N regarding difficulties with an online order that involved a return, reorder and shipping address issue. In addition, the two coupons I was provided by text were not working. To compound things a little further, my initial Chat session was inadvertently ended.
I will say I do not like the Chat Bot - it is not helpful and does not follow previous entries but I was eventually connected to an Agent both times.
Yasen N, Agent resolved all of the issues! She/He cancelled the reorder, stayed on the Chat while I reordered for a 2nd time and corrected the shipping address when my initial entry did not cross over to the order confirmation. In addition, she provided a 20% discount that my item was eligible for along with free shipping.
Although I would prefer to buy in store to ensure correct sizing, it’s not possible when we are in different states. In addition, so many of the styles are popular and sell out quickly so sending a gift card is not always feasible in securing an item along with the availability of that item in a particular store.
Although I was able to thank Yasen N on the Chat, I wanted a place to let others know how this Agent went above and beyond to ensure my order was successful. This means I will not have a disappointed Grandson for the 2nd time and I’m truly appreciative of the extra steps Yasen N took to make sure I ended with a positive experience.
Based on this interaction, I will return to Crocs.com for future orders and this was not my perspective before engaging with Yasen N!

2 paires commander aucune reçu, mais bien facturer, je devais attendre bien sur... ca aller arrivée ... jamais. Réclamation auprès de PayPal et grâce a eux j ai ete remboursé. Arnaque de première a fuir, commerçant mal honnête menteur. Pas le choix sinon. Meme pas une seule étoile ne sera a mettre c est une honte.
Still no refund
Ordered for multiple choice. Returned what wasn't suitable & parcel confirmed returned by tracking. Still waiting for a refund 6 weeks later. After contacting their customer service by live chat & whats app multiple times I get told the same generic excuse every time that my refund is being processed and allow 7-14 days. Its now been 42 days. Sort it out crocs!!!!

Disappointing online excperience
I had a very frustrating experience ordering from Crocs online. I was visiting Edmonton and placed an order to be delivered there, but after selecting Apple Pay, the website automatically changed the shipping address to my home in Toronto — without notifying me.
I called customer service within one minute of placing the order and was told there was nothing they could do — no way to cancel, change the address, or even intercept the package. Even though I later received an automated email saying I had 30 minutes to cancel, their phone agents claimed a recent system update removed that option.
The order was delivered to the wrong address. When I got home, I had to go out of my way to manually return it. I’m now waiting for my refund. I had originally bought this as a birthday gift for my mom, but ended up getting her something else because Crocs didn’t resolve the issue.
For such a large company, I expected much better support — especially when the mistake was caused by their own checkout system. Sadly, I won’t be ordering from Crocs online again.
Crocs sent me the wrong size
Crocs sent me the wrong size, and l returned them by Royal Mail. It's now been 13 days since they received my return package and l haven't heard anything from them. I called them today and they said they don't count weekends in their return calculations.
The whole experience l have had with them has been a customer service disaster.
I wouldn't recommend them at all.
Why does it take so long to refund a customer? Do they have so many returned items that they can't keep up with it.

J'ai passé une commande qui n'a jamais été livrée (bloquée à l'expédition sur le lien)... Le site crocs ne veut faire aucun geste client. Je dois faire des recherches chez Chronopost par moi même et je ne serai pas remboursée du colis perdu. Je n'ai jamais vu un service client aussi pitoyable
Crocs sind superbequem und hygienisch
Crocs sind superbequem und vor allem auf Grund der Tatsache dass man sie einfach in die Waschmaschine werfen kann, sehr hygienisch. Man schwitzt zwar etwas drinnen, aber kurz abspülen und gut ist es. Deswegen finde ich crocs für weit besser als eine bestimmte deutsche Marke. Man muss nur auf zwei Dinge aufpassen:
1. nicht in der prallen Sonne stehen lassen. Klingt komisch, ist komisch, ist aber so weil sie sich bei Körperwärme in der Form anpassen.
2. nicht auf nassen glatten Oberflächen gehen wenn das Orofol abgelaufen ist. Wenn das Profil durch ist, ab in den Müll und neue kaufen.
Die Rückerstattung ist zwar etwas zäh aber zuverlässig.

Faisant confiance (à tord visiblement..) nous avons acheté des crocs dans un magasin revendeur, les velcros sont HS au bout de 2 mois, et le SAV nous dit de retourner à 500 km pour les ramener au magasin.. bref une marque qui ne se soucie aucunement de ses clients ni de son image. Je vais passer le message autour de moi d'éviter la marque pour ne pas être décu à ce point là par un responsable SAV qui s'en moque royalement !!

I'm gonna 1 star the hell out of you! Was not happy with my experience, so looked you up to see if anyone else experienced the same services. Not surprised you have a hefty 1.5 score.
Ordered online and obviously the size was off as you do. Returned it, parcel was delivered back to you on 7 July. 16 days later no refund, contacted Crocs and was told it was escalated to their office for manual refund which also would take other 14 days. At this point, I'm no longer confident that I'm gonna ever get my money back. Day light robbery.
Quick to take money but take their time in refunding. In the whole month that I have to wait for my money back, that's probably enough for you to sell the items and make money already.
Do you really think that you are so invincible that you don't care about customer's experience anymore?
In a world where everyone shops online, if you don't fix your system, you will never last even if you are THE Crocs. Comfortable shoes yes I give you that. But your customer service is as terrible as your shoes are ugly

I selected the minion and another crock at 35.99 or 34.99 and AFTER buying I see there listed as 50 something dollars, FAKE ADVERTISING!!!!!
Awful customer service, will not be buying again from Crocs
I’ve seen lots of people saying customer service is awful - and I have to agree. I recently placed an order for my little sisters birthday, and for some reason the shipping address automatically changed when I paid via Apple Pay to an old address on the opposite side of the country. I noticed within 1 minute of placing the order and within 2 minutes was on the phone to customer service. They informed me that once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or amended whatsoever, and they only recommend I contact the courier myself. I stated that if I contact the courier once they have been shipped, it will be too late wear as right now my order has not been processed so why is there not a system in place to amend or cancel an order within a certain amount of time like lots of other companies? Both men I spoke to were so unhelpful and I could hear them reading through the ‘script’ as to what to reply to me. In addition, I asked to be put through to complaints team or their manager as this is unacceptable how I was dealt with and maybe not for myself but for someone in the future who had a similar issue, crocs really need to change their policy on amending or cancelling orders. They informed me they do not even have a complaints team and cannot transfer me to a manager! Hence I imagine the large amounts of awful reviews on here as they have no place to direct complaints to! Very disappointing to have such a large company who most people know and love treat people like this and have these policies in place to not help anyone that has anything go wrong.

Very bad service 😠 I made an exchange on 18-07-2025 for size issue, 8 days and I didn’t get the order.. calling the customer service , the agent said it a technical issue order not registered in warehouse and I have to wait an other 2 days more that they will proceed not even to get my order ..
