Very happy with my crocs, i did have to return a pair for a refund and was a bit concerned about actually getting the refund after seeing the reviews but got it back in about a week. But think there needs to be a bit better way to get support and communicate

Terrible customer service. Have been waiting for a refund for over a 2 months for a return and still awaiting a refund. Crocs are not accepting responsibility for the return that has been lost via Royal Mail and are asking me to chase Royal Mail. Royal Mail have said crocs need to chase as they have paid for the returns label therefore crocs need to refund me and claim from Royal Mail. Yet I’m here still waiting a refund as they are taking no responsibility.

Livraison conforme à la commande mais 12 jours pour les recevoir, c'est trop long, autant les commander ailleurs que chez Crocs. De plus j'ai dû faire intervenir le service après-vente sinon j'étais débité 2 fois. Bref déception mais content de la qualité.

Volevo esprimere la mia più profonda delusione per aver acquistato delle scarpe che immediatamente mi hanno danneggiato i piedi.
Contattato il servizio clienti di crocs.com, risponde tale Jen A. il quale risponde chiedendo indirizzo di spedizione. E immediatamente dopo, senza aver letto una riga di quel che aveva scritto nella prima mail, rimangia tutto. Schifo. Buttate i vostri soldi dalla finestra invece che darli a loro. Schifo totale.

I wanted to express my deepest disappointment at having purchased shoes that immediately damaged my feet.
I contacted crocs.com customer service, and a certain Jen A. responded, asking for the shipping address. And immediately afterward, without reading a single line of what she'd written in the first email, she took it all back. Disgusting. Throw your money out the window instead of giving it to them. Totally disgusting.

das ist echt schlechter Service. Rufnummer hängt man ewig drin, Chat ist auch eine Katastrophe. Warte nun seit Wochen auf meine Rückerstattung. Was stimmt mit dieser Firma nicht?

My partner bought Brooklyn Buckle Crocs on the last day of a holiday in Sicily. A strap broke without warning after a few hours wear in UK, and my partner fell. I realised it was a flawed design and found numerous other customer photos of the same breakage. Customer service initially told us to return them to the shop, not bothering to notice it was abroad. They then offered a replacement but sent black instead of latte (nude). Then they sent another pair but wrongly addressed it so it was returned to sender..! Saying they'd done enough, told us to contact seller in Sicily. Oblivious to the fact their so marvellous assistance still left us unwearable sandals. Broken sandals, broken promises.

Ordered shoes. Shoes too big. Can only return if I print the label they have emailed. I do not have access to a printer (tried everywhere/everybody). Tried asking for a QR code - they will not give me one. Tried asking for them to post the label to me - they will not do this. Asked for the return address so I can send them back at my own expense - will not give me it. Asked if I can return them to a store - won't let me do that as I bought them online. I now have a pair of shoes that are too big that I cannot get a refund for. Customer service is slow and (I think) deliberately pretending not to understand my questions. Will never buy from them again.

I’m really disappointed with my experience ordering directly from Crocs. I ordered a pair in size 38/39, which should have fit perfectly (I usually wear EU 39), but they arrived way too big — completely unwearable.

I followed their size guide, but the sizing was completely off. When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and rude, repeatedly blaming me for the issue and refusing to offer a return label, even though the sizing clearly didn’t match expectations.

For a brand this well-known, I expected much better customer service and more accurate product information. I won’t be ordering from Crocs again

Visiblement je ne suis pas là seule, retour effectué et réceptionné dans le service le 27/06/25, à ce jour le 22/07 , aucun retour de plusieurs mails envoyés et aucun remboursement !
Vraiment déplorable, la première et dernière fois que je commande sur ce site !!!

Service client incompétent, il faut toujours être derrière eux pour savoir où en est le remboursement et pour ce que ça sert… le délai est beaucoup plus long que les 10 jours indiqués sur leur site. Dommage pour une marque connue, ça laisse à désirer. Ils ne répondent pas non plus aux mails envoyé, c’est super !

Service Clients déplorable. Retours partiels de commandes reçus les 25 et 27 juin 2025 par CROCS mais toujours pas remboursés au 21 juillet 2025. J'ai d'abord contacté le service client par email en anglais le 4 juillet 2025 (Crocs Case #07990207) sans réponse autre qu'automatique avec réf. jointe puis par CHAT en ligne le 17 juillet 2025 où la personne obtenue m'a alors certifié que je serais remboursé après confirmation écrite dès le soir même sans que rien ne se passe de plus depuis. Edit : Suite à mon avis, j'ai reçu un email de confirmation de remboursement le soir même. Cependant cela fait plus d'une semaine et je n'ai toujours pas reçu le remboursement.

Retour non remboursé après plus de 2 semaines
Quand on contacte le SAV, c'est un chat et il faut attendre 3h et pas de réponse à par "votre colis est en transit" alors qu'il est arrivé 10 jours avant
Et ils coupent la conversation
J'ai fini par avoir quelqu'un qui à débloquer le remboursement (pas encore reçu le remboursement)

I ordered a pair of Crocs on 18 June. As of today, 20 July, they have not arrived. I’ve not had any communication from them other than in response to a live chat 2 weeks ago at which point I tried to cancel the order due to delay (and the fact the shoes weren’t going to arrive in time for the holiday they had been bought for). I was told I couldn’t cancel but could refuse the parcel when it arrived. Not hugely helpful when they still haven’t arrived.
I bought Crocs a couple of years ago, I thought from this website, without issue but now fully regret not paying attention to the negative reviews.
I’ll contact them again tonight (they open at 8pm apparently) and try again to get my money back.
I would never buy from this site again.

Crocs were ordered 6/17/25, shipped 6/19/25, and arrived 6/25/25. Wonky sizing made my husband need to return them. He was having trouble doing it online and asked if I could assist. We've had company and sundry drama (bearing failure on a boat trailer, for example) which kicked the can down the road. Go to get it done today, 7/19/25, and couldn't see how to do the return online, so I called Customer Service. Turns out this spleevy company has a 30 day return policy that starts when you ORDER the product!! The icing on the cake was the representative telling me "it's right in our FAQ's section on our website". Sure, because everybody reviews all the FAQs on a shopping site before placing an order... Ridiculous, and below the industry standard. Never ordering from them again.

Pire site à l’ère du e commerce je pèse mes mots je n’ai jamais vu un site qui ne rembourse pas les retour ou qui laisse trainé ça pendant plus d’un mois c’est catastrophique une honte. Crocs sur le site officiel plus jamais

Horrible j’attend mon remboursement de 110 euros . Pour cause le manque de produit dans ma commande . Sa fait actuellement 3 heures que je suis en appelle sans réponse . C’est inadmissible !

Service client horrible. J’ai retourné un colis, il est arrivé et 3 semaines après la réception toujours pas de remboursement et aucune nouvelles. Je contacte le service client qui répond de manière froide et désagréable. Je souhaite poser une autre question et là, ils coupent la conversation sans mon accord.

Awful experience with crocs, firstly the product broke after wearing it 4 times in the apartment, when I contacted them they told me that I need to pay to ship it back for them to replace it...fine...once they received it they informed me that they can refund me the amount and I need to place a new order and pay for shipping again if I want them to replace the item.
Once I showed them the European law that prohibits them from doing this practice, they told me they would refund me the shipping cost that I paid to return the faulty product if I provided them with an invoice because the "product is no longer in stock" and they cannot send a replacement (the product is actually in stock).
Then, when I asked when the refund would be processed, they said they will process it in 14 days from today because they just received the faulty product today (they confirmed receipt of the product 4 days ago)

So bad product, bad and lying customer support and practices against the EU law.
So yeah 1/5 would not recommend buying from them, at least not in the EU.

Retour effectué le 1er juillet, le 17 toujours aucune nouvelle, impossible de joindre le service clients par téléphone, la petite musique ne s'arrête jamais et le chat est surbooké, une catastrophe, je ne commanderai plus jamais chez eux.

Bought a pair of croc sandals in store only to find they were damaged when I wore them for the second time.
I contacted Crocs to try and sort a replacement (expecting a returns label so they could be sent back and replaced) only to be told that Crocs are 'only dealing with European customers that have purchased online' and that I would have to drive 80 miles back to the store, using my time and fuel, to get an exchange.
Shocking!
Luckily I spoke to the store manager and she was unbelievably helpful and is taking the time to support me to obtain a replacement without me having to go into store! The store in question will be getting a 5 star review!
