Après 2 semaines d’attente, je n’ai jamais reçu ma commande. J’ai du faire l'enquête pour apprendre que mon colis avant été perdu ou volé par le service de livraison. Le service client est pitoyable et ne formule ni pas d’excuse ni compensation.
Beyond Frustrating
I would give the crocs online service and customer service a zero if I could. What a nightmare! I’ve been trying to place an online order for hours. The site keeps applying then removing the discount code. My total was 20 dollars higher than it should have been, the math did not add up. I tried to call customer service twice, and hung up both times because they were trying to sell me a home alert system. Incredible that I’m trying to give them money for a product and it’s so ridiculously difficult to do so. Then they are not available to help you on the phone. I am done trying to purchase crocs
Sent the wrong shoe and no response on a refund or replacement
I ordered a pair of platform clogs and instead received a men’s pair of sandals in ca completely different size, shape and colour. I emailed crocs to see about getting a refund or the correct pair sent instead, but have been ignored. Really disappointing as I wanted them for my holiday.

Fatal Crocs, no compréis en la web oficial, cualquier página fiable da mas garantías y mejor servicio. Hice una compra a traves de su web oficial, puse bien la dirección y me la reconoció. Al revisar el pedido en el mail, pone FR Y YO PUSE ESPAÑA!!!. casi imposible contactar con ellos y cuando contactas, te dicen que a España no envían, que lo pone claramente en preguntas frecuentes (mentira, no especifica eso, podeis comprobarlo). Y que no pueden modificar, ni cancelar mi pedido. La solución que me Dan es que al no encontrar el domicilio, serán devueltas a crocs y me devolveran en dinero (si es que nadie se las queda, las entregan en algún lado o se pierden en el camino) el pedido aun no a salido de almacén, ACABO DE HACER EL PEDIDO, pero no pueden hacer cambios de ningun tipo ni cancelar.... Es increible el servicio de la web oficial. Acabo de perder 109 euros...
Comprar en Amazon o zalando. Dan mejor servicio, atención y garantía.

My partner asked for these as a birthday gift. The crocs arrived filthy and caked in mud and leaves. They had obviously been worn a lot already. They weren’t properly packaged, just in a plastic bag. I spoke to customer services and they told me they’d send a clean pair and asked for my address to send them. These never arrived. They have since told me to just wash the dirty ones to give as the birthday gift. I won’t ever purchase from crocs again. For £50 I had expected more.
Me robaron y no se hacen responsables
Hice mi pedido en línea y recibí el número de rastreo. Indicaba una fecha de entrega que pasó y el paquete no fue entregado. Diez días después y no recibo respuesta de Crocs, excepto que están contactando a la paquetería para darme más información. En la paquetería dice que el paquete fue robado. If I could give zero star, I would. I ordered on 8/6...my order has been awaiting pickup for carrier for 2 weeks. I contacted crocs and instead of them making it right and resend my order express shipping, they are sending it standard which it is now saying expected 9/2....almost a month later. You're better off going to a store or ordering from anyplace except Crocs.

I needed to ship shoes to my daughter at camp. Her last pair of flip flops had broken. I paid $24.99 *just for shipping next day* and I used Apple Pay for the transaction.
Well, the shoes didn’t ship out until Wednesday even though I placed the order at 9am on Monday. When I received the shipping confirmation on Wednesday, the shipping address I had CAREFULLY ENTERED (because the shoes were getting shipped to a camp address) was overridden by my ApplePay billing address, which is my home! When I tried to call Crocs to have the shoes rerouted to the correct camp address, they told me to call UPS directly. Well, UPS asked me for $113 to reroute! So I called Crocs back and they said, Don’t worry. I’ll send UPS an email. (On WEDNESDAY.) Of course, the shoes never got rerouted and were sent to my home. I refused the delivery when it came to my home and had already re-ordered the shoes at D’s Sporting Goods. (They were delivered in one day with no extra fee!!!)
When I attempted to get a full refund from Crocs, Crocs would only refund the shoes and not the shipping! It took me an additional month to contest the charge with Amex and then finally reach an agent who was willing to refund me my shipping, BUT NOT THE $1.09 in sales tax! I’m floored. The lengths to which they refused to refund me shipping costs for an order THEY MESSED UP
is telling. A crazy person must run this customer non-service dept.

J’ai commandé, il y a plus de 15 jours. Je n’ai jamais reçu ma commande ni même eu de nouvelles sur la livraison.
J’ai essayé de contacter le service client qui me dit que ça ne les concerne pas et que je dois appeler Chronopost (service payant) donc je n’ai déjà pas mon colis, je dois courir après les informations et ensuite je dois payer pour éventuellement savoir où se trouve mon colis. Ce n’est absolument pas professionnel. J’ai payé plus de 110€ que je ne reverrai certainement jamais et un colis que je ne recevrai certainement jamais non plus.
Je ne recommande pas du tout.
Retour jamais traité depuis plus de 2 mois.
Je tiens à exprimer mon profond mécontentement concernant le service après-vente de Crocs.
J’ai effectué un retour il y a maintenant plus de deux mois, dans le respect des procédures indiquées, mais à ce jour :
• mon colis n’a jamais été pris en compte,
• je n’ai reçu aucun remboursement,
• et je n’ai eu aucune réponse claire malgré plusieurs relances auprès de votre service client.
Cette situation est inacceptable pour une marque de votre envergure. Je suis extrêmement déçue de constater un tel manque de réactivité et de suivi

Ordered online from them several times, the shoes are great qualities and there are many styles to choose from, arrived fast and in good condition.
Estafadores
Decidí comprar unas crocs online. Tras poner todos mis datos, te facilitan una opción por si quieres añadir algo más. Por si el repartidor/a me pillaba fuera de casa, autorice a un vecino. Solo a uno en concreto y especificado para el repartidor/a.
A las 48 horas ya estaba el paquete entregado. Sin saber dónde estaba, ni en el vecino autorizado, me pongo en contacto con Crocs.
Me facilitan que se lo han entregado a otro vecino diferente y que ellos no se responsabilizan del paquete una vez enviado, ya que dan por hecho que se ha entregado en la dirección correcta según sus políticas.
24 horas intentando localizar al vecino para que me dé el paquete, Crocs que se lava las manos.
Si puedes evitar comprar online, mejor. Son una estafa. Tendré que acudir a policía nacional o guardia civil.

I ordered six pair on sale for my kids. They took over a week to arrive. Three of the pairs did not fit and needed to be exchanged for a different size. They would not offer an exchange - only the option to return them and buy new ones. Unfortunately, since they took 8 days to arrive they are no longer on sale and are now double the price I paid. They will not match the price and will not do an exchange. What a ridiculous policy! Then their customer service hung up on my when I asked to speak to a manager. What a joke!

They assume everyone has a printer and nothing better to do than drive around looking for a printer to print a returns label, not very efficient, sustainable or customer friendly. i'll NEVER buy from crocs again. when i asked customer service they hung up on me.
