Katastrophe. Ich habe bestimmt über die Jahre hundert Paar Schuhe der Marke getragen plus diverse Klamotten. Letztes Jahr im September habe ich meiner Tochter einen Skateboardrucksack geschenkt, sie fährt ein Mal die Woche zum Skaten, zwischendurch war die Halle noch mehrfach zu und wir im Urlaub... Der Rucksack wurde also nicht über strapaziert (was er aber auch aushalten müsste für den Preis und das vorgesehene Einsatzgebiet). Jedenfalls ist nun der Reißverschluss an der Vorderseite kaputt, logisch, da schuffelt ja bauartbedingt das Griptape vom Board dran lang. Ich habe am 17.3. einen Garantieantrag gesendet, inklusive Fotos. Es kam keine Rückmeldung. Heute Anruf beim Kundenservice. Angeblich hat der zuständige Kollege das Unternehmen verlassen. Heute noch wäre eine Lösung da. Bisher nichts. Der Tag ist rum. Schade. So vergrault man sich Kunden, die man über Jahrzehnte hatte. Habe nun einen Carthartt-Rucksack gekauft. Mal sehen, ob der besser hält.

I replied that I didn’t want the points anyway, and she responded with a very dismissive “fine.” After that, her attitude changed, she seemed upset with me for choosing a normal receipt and was pulling faces, which made me feel uncomfortable.
It wasn’t a big request, so it didn’t feel very nice to be treated like that. I think customers should feel respected whatever option they choose.
Sent wrong shoes and quantity-vans doesn’t care

I contacted “customer service” and I was told they do not do exchanges or returns. WHAT?! You guys messed up the order and don’t even care to fix it? Awful business, awful customer service. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
UNE PAIRE SUR DEUX ...
J'ai passé commande de deux paires chez eux. Au moment de récupérer mon colis chez le relais chronopost, je trouve le paquet bien trop legé pour deux paires de chaussures. J'ouvre donc le colis chez le relais chronopost et en effet une des paires de chaussures étaient manquante (boite vide). J'envoie donc toutes les photos demandées par Vans et je décris mon problème. Le colis était intacte avant mon ouverture, impossible d'en retirer les chaussures sans déchirer le colis (çà ne pouvait donc pas être un vol pendant le transport).
Le service "fraude et investigation" m'a répondu "tous les articles ont été expédiés correctement et ont été livrés. Par conséquent, nous n’émettrons pas de remboursement à cette occasion." Je me retrouve avec une commande à 195€ chez eux et une seule paire de chaussure sur deux ... C'EST INADMISSIBLE, UNE HONTE pour une aussi grosse marque! Aux vues de la note qu'ils ont, cela reflète bien le non professionnalisme!!! Aucune solution m'a été donné et en gros je me suis bien fait avoir par Vans !!! BRAVO
Ordered a pair of their Vans MTE shoes
Ordered a pair of their MTE shoes, as they were recommend by a friend for outdoor stuff, winter, bad weather, etc. no issues ordering the shoes, yet after a week of wearing them they were already deteriorating. I contacted Vans customer service and they offered to help andasked me to send pics of the damage. I did this and without any update or reply about the condition of the shoes they refunded me. Now, this is appreciated yet it does not convince me that they have taken the issues and explored what may be the problem, especially linked to the batch and quality, and other versions of the shoes. Thus, I will likely never buy a pair again, nor advise anyone else as I am not sure really what happened, and so my customer and buyer connection with Vans died quicker than it started . Usually one might expect a bit of feedback and then the resolution. Here I just got a refund, the resolution, yet no further engagement. Not a great experience at all from such a (supposedly) established and global brand. However, when I read the reviews I am schooled at how negative they are as a whole. Such a shame, as was hoping to make them my go to shoes of choice for battling the Dutch elements on the bike, general purpose, and walking the dog. Durable and fit-for-purpose footwear may are not be what it used to be :) Sorry Vans, you had me as a customer, then you lost me. The customer service experience was smooth, just not a satisfactory explanation nor interest in my future connections to Vans.

J’ai eu très peur après avoir commandé quand j’ai vu les avis ici sur trustpilot mais tout s’est très bien passé pour moi. Commande passée un vendredi et réceptionnée le mercredi. Articles et taille conformes. Je chausse du 39 et j’ai pris du 39, les 2 paires me vont très bien !

Worse service ive ever had, none of them are trained to use the systems properly and I have been in store twice for refunds due to them not being able to supply and each time was a couple of hours with them trying to work out what to do.
Just save yourself the time and go elsewhere. Vans westfield carousal 15th of Jan and 21st of march
Excellent Customer Service
I bought a shoe at one of Van's Outlets. The shoe had a defect. I brought it to the attention of Van's customer service. The response was shockingly fast. They provided me with a gift card for the price of the shoes. It was simple, I filled out their form, provided them with photos of the shoe and the receipt. Very good business!

I wish I'd read reviews before buying from them. Truly awful customer service! I bought two t-shirts for my son. Delivery time was really long but I could get it quicker by having it shipped to a Yodel collection point. They refused to cancel the order even though it had not been dispatched (and did not arrive for another 11 days). They told me to return but the return label did not work. Eventually I figured out how to contact them but by that time if was outside the 30 day return window (just) and they refused to help.

J'étais une grande passionnée de vans. Il y a 3 ans on m'offre une carte cadeau je m'achète une paire customs sans aucun soucis. Cette année on m'a encore offert une carte cadeau exprès parce que c'était mon souhait. Et j'apprends par téléphone, pensant qu'il y avait un soucis sur le site, que je ne peux plus acheter de paire customs avec. Merci d'avoir prévenu ! C'est écrit nul part. Bravo le marketing ou je ne sais qui pour une carte cadeau inutile !
Poor shipping practices and horrible customer service
First off,I ordered a sweater and pair of shoes at the same time. The sweater came fairly quickly. After a week has past, customer service e claimed that they used FedEx ex (their order made it) and On Trac who claimed they had wrong address. That didn't make any sense at all. The foreign customer service is the killer! The comprehension they heard was we can give refund. Im like NO! I want my shoes! After 3 calls cause they don't want to put US supervisor on phone, they offered to have address corrected and 30% discount on NEXT order. Whatnot? Next order? How they thought i wanted to order again? This is poor service and actually made a very bad impression. Won't be ordering again. And if my order don't come before tomorrow, I will be seeking a refund cause this is some crap! Pissed consumer!!!!

Achat vans old school mise 4 fois et se sont craquées sur le dessus. Pas au niveau de la couture mais en plein milieu. Bon je recommande une paire, portée 3 fois et ça commence à se déchirer au même endroit. Vraiment déçue. Je fais un retour pour la seconde paire en espérant que ce soit accepté mais par contre plus le ticket de la 1ere. Je mets 1 étoile car je ne peux pas mettre moins.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I ordered custom shoes that were supposed to take 3-5 weeks. Fast forward 10 weeks they arrive and are wrong. They ignore emails and refuse to replace them. All I can say is don't bother.

They took your money, but your order never arrived. There's no point in contacting customer support. Terrible store and service. Don't order anything from them, and better yet, don't buy anything. Don't let these scammers continue to deceive people. Let these stores close down.

Worst customer service possible with knowledge ofg how to get nothing done . And the West Covina store shows discrimination while my wife was allowed to exchange her shoes but when I tried with same situation they said they could not help me. Now if that's not discrimination then I don't know what is. They did not remember that I was also there with my wife and I was the one who initially talked to them while manager allowed her to do her exchange when I went back to do mines he said no. You can't pick and choose who gets to exchange their shoes. That is discrimination and I can't believe the corporation allows it while the other employees in the store think they are to good to help customers with their problems and their main concern is shipping for them sells while they are at work and getting irritated because I have a issue. Bad service from manager and female sales person who is always on her phone which is more important then her customers.

Just bought three hats they arrived in 8x12 box so ya they were smashed into the tiny box. I looked at the box and was like there’s now way there 3 hats in here. But yep there was they are all creased and messed up. I contacted vans and all they said was sorry I will let the right people know about your situation and we will correct next time. lol ok so now I have 3 shit hats that I won’t ware and out 130 bucks. Im really not surprised about how little they care about peoples money but that how it is with these companies now the best thing as a consumer is not to buy from them and they will b gone.

Problème de tailles incohérentes et absence de réponse
Après avoir reçu un sweat-shirt défectueux (plus petit et plus court que le même modèle dans une autre couleur, pourtant à taille identique), j’ai contacté le service client à plusieurs reprises par e-mail, avec des photos et une vidéo des deux sweats, montrant une différence de 5 cm au moins!
Je n’ai jamais reçu de réponse.
80 € pour un sweat de mauvaise qualité. Les deux articles sont fabriqués dans des pays différents, clairement par des usines différentes, et les tailles ne correspondent pas alors qu’ils sont vendus sur la même page, côte à côte.
La qualité de la marque est clairement en baisse, et ils ne prennent même plus la peine de répondre aux clients.
Ils ont fermé plusieurs boutiques à Paris — on comprend pourquoi.
Cette année, les tailles de chaussures ont également changé : nous avons dû renvoyer des chaussures achetées chaque année dans la même pointure, sans problème jusque-là. Elles sont désormais trop petites et trop étroites, sans aucune explication sur le site.
Ne faites pas confiance aux tailles lors d’un achat en ligne.

Dopo quasi un mese nessuna notizia del pacco ...che prima era in ritardo per un mancato ritiro da parte di UPS ..poi si e scoperto che era un errore di sistema ...centralino non affidabile poche e vaghe spiegazioni sul accaduto con una poca capacità di gestione del problema... Quindi dopo un mese mi ritrovo senza la merce un regalo di compleanno mai arrivato ...esperienza pessima e inaffidabile
