Sent my return nearly 3 weeks ago and still waiting for my refund. Hard to bypass their chatbots and when I did get through to a human Marvic, he just hung up the conversation before I had finished talking.

Ohlalala ben disons que j'ai eu de la chance au vu des commentaires précédents. J'ai bien reçu mes deux paires de crocs en Novembre 2025. Le délai de livraison un peu long mais correct, j'ai connu bien pire.

absolutely appalling company. ordered a pair of croc's on-line. paid, then received an confirmation with the wrong /old delivery address. phoned company only to be told that i can not alter the orders delivery address even though it had not been dispatched. They told me Apple pay has a glitch and often supply wrong details that over write the delivery address i supplied. The policy of crocs is to issue a refund only when the product has been returned to them! even if they already know they are not sending it to the address that the customer given them, there is no way of cancellation on line. i was put on hold for the finance dept and was cut off after 45 minutes on hole.

Love these shoes but they don't last.

Do not order from their official website. Ordered the wrong size, returned and this arrived to their warehouse nearly a month ago. No confirmation of refund. Customer service team have said they created a manual refund but still have not received it and no confirmation like they said they would send!!! Avoid completely unless you want to fight for your money back as they do not comply with their returns and refund policy

A few of my friends have used Crocs shoes, and they mentioned that while the shoes are comfortable, the quality isn’t always consistent. Some pairs wore out faster than expected, and the colors sometimes look different in person than online. It seems like the comfort is there, but durability and accuracy could use improvement. Overall, I wouldn’t fully recommend them based on what I’ve heard.

I ordered from this website and it has been a nightmare. The product arrived much later than promised, customer service ignored every message, and when I asked for a return they made the process so difficult it felt like they hoped I’d give up. The item I received was poor quality and clearly not what was advertised. I trusted the brand and now feel completely let down. I would rate zero stars if I could do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.

Avoid avoid avoid. If you have to return an item for any reason. They require you to have a printer to return. Pathetic.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Crocs. While I expected comfort and durability, the product I received felt cheap and poorly made. The sizing was inconsistent, and the material felt flimsy, which made the shoes uncomfortable for even short periods of wear. Additionally, customer service was unhelpful when I reached out about my concerns—they were slow to respond and offered no real solutions. Overall, my experience fell far below my expectations, and I would caution others to think twice before buying. Crocs needs to improve both product quality and customer support.

Het product nooit geleverd. Diverse keren per mails gecommuniceerd en toezeggingen gedaan. Na 3 maanden nog steeds niets. Ik ben belazerd. Dat is duidelijk

Please, please do not order direct from Crocs! Without doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never thought a pair of Crocs could cause so many frustrated tears! I ordered a size 5, but dispatch note was in American sizing. I just needed someone to confirm a size 5 has been sent. The mind games on WhatsApp. Their stupid little message that pops up over and over “We are happy to help you be comfortable in your own shoes…” No they aren’t! Seeing the reviews here regarding returns and no refunds? If they sent the wrong size, I’ll cut my losses and put them on eBay. Please do not put yourself through it. Crocs do not give a damn

Cancelled part of my order without informing me; the first I knew of it was when only part of my order arrived.
I received no confirmation of the cancellation and, to date, have had no refund issued.
Customer Services are extremely rude, and I've been waiting a week for a senior complaint handler to contact me. What do I have to do to get my money back?!

Je suis extrêmement déçu et je ne recommande absolument pas ce site pour acheter des articles. J’ai validé une commande, et moins d’une minute après, je me suis rendu compte que j’avais sélectionné la mauvaise pointure. J’ai contacté le service client pour demander une modification, mais ils m’ont répondu que cela n’était pas possible et que je devais faire un retour après réception du colis. Je leur ai expliqué que cela ne serait pas possible, car je fais livrer mes colis auprès d’une société de réexpédition en raison de ma résidence à la Réunion, et ils m’ont répondu qu’il n’y avait pas de solution.

They cancelled my order and I didn’t get a refund

I returned a pair of Crocs - confusion over US size vs UK size.
The return arrived 19th Sept 2025.
No refund appeared - I contacted them on 14th Oct 2025 and was told that it had not been processed - they claim large workload on returns etc. and then promised to 'expedite' the refund, before then saying that it would take another 5 - 10 business days!
How long are they going to hold on to my money???
I was offered a 20% off code that I probably won't use given the terrible customer experience that I had this time.

J'ai décidé de me lancer car j'avais besoin d'une paire de chaussures pour le travail, je suis ravie c'est arrivé en même pas 1 semaines, j'ai commandé une paire classique et craqué pour les Lotso je suis vraiment ravi de mon achat .

The road to being able to order, and then getting the right order was cumbersome, but customer service was responsive and helpful throughout.

Payment failed on all platforms and all browsers (failed to send order through to visa authorization, and PayPal integration just nulled out my orders), but managed to order with Apple Pay on iPhone at the end.

Received my order very quickly, but was both wrong color and size. Got a response from cs in speed of light, new order dispatched and all is good.

Paid for 2 day shipping. By the 2nd day the order hadn’t even shipped yet. Did on line chat with Daniel and he was useless. Pretty much told me I should have read the info when I placed the order some times They don’t ship to some area second day. Never again will I order from Crocs!
