Rude Live Chat Agents

I ordered 4 shoes and 8 accessories. My package arrived today with only the shoes. Online, my package states everything is delivered. I call customer service who doesn't answer after 45minutes. There is no email for customer issues, so I resort to the chat bot. They can't help me, so I ask for a live agent. The agent tells me I have another package coming in a week. I ask for that tracking number because it isn't listed on my order. Agent gives me the last 6digits. I ask for the complete TN and I'm told to replace them. I go to USPS and their system doesn't recognize the TN. When I return to the chat, the agent is gone and again I'm speaking to a bot. I get another agent who I have to explain everything over again to. They give me the entire TN and now I see both old and new TNs are completely different, not just the last 6 digits. I ask that they confirm what is coming in this 2nd shipment. They tell me to reach out to the courier for that information. I ask "how would the courier be able to answer that when Crocs fulfilled the shipment? The courier is only delivering the the sealed package". I wait over 5mins for an answer and then ask "are you there?" A bot replies "What can I help you with?"😂😂😂. The "Live Agent" ended the chat with me because they didn't know the vital information about my order that they should know. If anyone should know what they shipped out to the customer, it should be them, especially if it is shipping in multiple packages. Meanwhile, my order is showing as completed on their website. I will try reaching out again, and then I'll contact my bank if I don't get a resolution.

Awful returns process delays

Items sent back and delivered 27/11 they scanned to say received 28/11. No refund has been processed. Contacted them again today 16/12 and they say the label must of been damaged which didn’t trigger an automated refund.

A shame as the ordering process was quick and straight forward but returns is awful.
So won’t order from the website again I’ll buy from a 3rd party instead.

Très mauvaise expérience

Je suis extrêmement déçue. Sur trois articles commandés, je n’en ai reçu qu’un seul. Les deux autres n’ont jamais été livrés. Quand je vois les autres avis, beaucoup de personnes disent ne jamais avoir été remboursées, et honnêtement cela me fait très peur car je suis exactement dans la même situation.

Le suivi est confus, il manque des informations, et aucune solution n’est proposée. C’est inadmissible pour un service censé être fiable. Je déconseille fortement : manque de sérieux, manque de livraison, et aucune garantie de remboursement.

Je suis comme vous mécontent de l’aventure d’achat chez Crocs acheté sur le site 3 modèles le 29 / 11/2025 et le 30/11/2025 reçu à ce jour 1 modèle le 8/12/2025 les 2 autres je ne sais pas peut être sont ils partis en vacances sur la plage ou au ski 🤣 trêve de plaisanterie comme nous sommes une communauté ayant été déçus par notre expérience d’achats chez eux alors je vous propose de les interpeller via #Crocsboycott ils faut arrêter de nous prendre pour des imbéciles .

Unfair practices

Unfair practices: "bait and switch"(?) They advertise their most expensive items (in my case Disney themed crocs $75pr reg price) 2/$50 I ordered during black friday, got an order number then THEY cancel order without notification. I have screenshot with order number. I believe they are canceling the more expensive themed crocs. Interesting to see if this is happening to others.

Would be zero if I could realised…

Would be zero if I could realised seconds after ordering I had chosen a women’s size rather than a man’s contacted them to try and cancel or change the order told I had to wait for the item to be shipped then return when surely after a few minutes the order hadn’t been processed and shipped worse customer service I have ever come across

Poor customer service

Made a mistake with my shipping information and immediately tried to fix it. Customer service told me there was no possible way to cancel my order or change the address, despite it not having shipped. They told me I’d have to return the product but it wasn’t even going to end up shipping to me. Overall, I got no help from customer service and a little mistake turned into a huge issue.

Worst Online fulfillment - CROCS

I would give it a negative score is that was an option. There is no email address to contact and when I found it they send a form email. They havent even touched my online order for a week. Horrible horrible customer fulfillment online. I will never buy crocs anymore. Too bad as I have a string of purchases from them before,

Première et dernière commande chez Crocs
J’ai fait une première commande de deux articles, un seul M a été envoyé mais la somme totale débitée. Ça fait un mois que j’attend le remboursement !
J’ai fini par renvoyer le premier article et refaire ma commande des deux articles. Je viens de recevoir la commande aujourd’hui, toujours partielle. 1 seul article envoyé mais la somme totale débitée. Je suis furieux 😡
Crocs me doit l’équivalent de 3 articles, je souhaite un remboursement. Cette entreprise est une arnaque. Je compte déposer plainte.

tried to place an order online and their website was faulty. Kept looping to verify if human. Also tried calling customer service and was on hold for over 10 minutes, listening to horrible music. Their chat bot is a joke! Don't waste your time

Je suis extrêmement déçue par mon expérience avec le site officiel Crocs. J’ai passé une commande pendant le Black Friday, attirée par leurs “super promotions”, et j’ai même reçu une confirmation par e-mail. Pourtant, ma commande a été annulée sans aucune explication claire.

Après avoir contacté le service client, on m’a simplement dit que les articles étaient en rupture de stock… alors qu’ils étaient disponibles au moment du paiement. On m’a proposé de recommander dans 5 jours avec seulement –20% de réduction, ce qui est loin des promotions du Black Friday.

Franchement, cela donne l’impression d’une arnaque marketing et d’un manque total de transparence. Très mauvaise expérience pour une marque comme Crocs.

Refund Nightmare


Refund Nightmare
Returned an expensive pair of boots that were received on November 4th. Called about 10 days later that it would take 15 working days to process. Called back on Monday 24th they said I should have my refund on Tuesday or Wednesday. Called Wednesday because it still no refund. 1st they said they did not receive the product until I provided the tracking # (;which I had provided each time I called and they verified that was correct ) and then they said they would expedite my refund which they also said they would do on Monday, then turned around and just blamed it on their system. Now I have to wait until Saturday before I call back. Worse experience I've ever had trying to get a refund.

Very disappointing experience.
I ordered shoes from the Crocs website and paid using Apple Pay, only to realise immediately afterwards that the address saved to my Apple Pay was an old one, over two hours away. It was entirely my mistake, but I contacted customer service straight away hoping they could amend or cancel the order.

I’ve had a similar issue before with another retailer (Notino), who resolved it instantly by cancelling and reprocessing the order over the phone. Unfortunately, Crocs were the complete opposite. I was told nothing could be done, they refused to transfer me to a supervisor, and after being left on hold for 20 minutes, the call was ended from their side. No call back, no help, and no solution offered.

I’m genuinely gutted, as these shoes were meant to be a birthday gift for my niece.

If you make even a simple mistake, Crocs won’t offer any support and you’ll likely end up wasting your time. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Uses a notoriously horrible courier and takes ZERO responsibility for lost packages.

33 years old and decided to buy crocs for the first time. They use a HORRIBLE courier - OnTrac (Lasership) that is notorious for losing and damaging packages, you can’t get in touch with the courier and then you call Crocs and get an Indian call center that just tells you they are not responsible for lost packages. Worst mistake was trying to buy crocs in the first place.

Commande passé avec apple pay

Commande passé avec apple pay , au dernier moment apple pay me change mon adresse pour une des mes anciennes adresse , jusque là rien de dramatique, je reagis dans les 30s qui suivent le paiement pour changer l'adresse ou annuler la commande.
Et bien cela est impossible ,après avoir contacter le service client celui ci me répond de retourner l'article a réception.
Du vol, ils font en sorte de vous mettre dans une situation problématique.

Terrible policy

This is a terrible policy! I’m not sure what happened, but Apple Pay re-entered my delivery address incorrectly despite manually inputting it. I contacted customer service, and the agent politely informed me that once an order is placed, no amendments can be made. I asked if I could cancel the order and re-order with the correct address, but he said that wasn’t possible either. I love Crocs, but this experience has made me think twice about ever ordering again.

Disgraceful customer service

Disgraceful customer service. An anomaly with Apple Pay and Crocs’s payment system saw the manually entered delivery address overwritten. Despite policy allowing cancellation within 30 minutes the agent (accessible only after a boss fight with the customer service bot) denied that the policy was applicable, refused to amend the order and refused to advise on how to escalate a customer complaint. The phone agent then refused to cancel the order because it wasn’t within the 30 minutes window (their fault again) and gave a fake number for customer complaints. Ending with an insulting “Have a nice day”. They’ve lost the Christmas business I was planning on and will never purchase from them again.

Where’s my refund?

Sent my return nearly 3 weeks ago and still waiting for my refund. Hard to bypass their chatbots and when I did get through to a human Marvic, he just hung up the conversation before I had finished talking.
