Bought a pair of Crocs for my 11 yr old daughter for Christmas but unfortunately despite buying the right size for her in Nov - by Christmas Day — like all children she had grown! She was upset but I felt reassured knowing most retailers have an extended returns period over Christmas - thought we could just exchange for the correct size…
BUT this was not the case. Despite Christmas Day being only SIX days outside the 30 day return window - Crocs are not interested: their first email was cryptic and didn’t answer any of our questions. So we wrote again trying to get a straight answer and was basically told ‘nothing we can do.’
I wish I had read these reviews before we bought early to ensure our daughter had the present she wanted and was not disappointed. I wouldn’t have bothered.
This is a company who clearly doesn’t have the value set to support customers - and this is clearly evidenced in all these testimonies.
Crocs - your inability to exercise a little discretion and good will over the Christmas period for an 11yr old to have the gift she wanted will cost you a lot in the long run. As you exercised your right to stick to your policy I will exercise my right to leave you this review.
In the unlikely event anyone of seniority in Crocs reads this - is this the reputation you aspire to achieve.
Bought as Christmas present
Bought as Christmas present for granddaughter. Purchased 20/11/25. Christmas Day she found they came up a size smaller than her normal size 5. Crocs refused to exchange as they gave a strict 30 day returns policy with no extension for the holiday season. One very disappointed 11 year old now. Shoddy customer service, no flexibility. Personally I would avoid buying from them again and advise anyone thinking to do so to check the reviews on this site.

Bought my husband some crocs for Christmas thought I’d get ahead of the game and place the order on 11/25 bought a size based on the reviews of the ones I got Christmas arrived and he opened them on Christmas Eve only to find out they’re literally almost a foot two big was trying to reach the customer service since Friday today is Monday. Finally got a customer service agent on the phone told them I don’t want a return for a refund. I would really appreciate an exchange to a size down and was told unfortunately they cannot do an exchange. I will never order from them again or purchase any of their shoes again. I’m very upset because I finally broke down and bought myself some this past summer for vacation and fell absolutely in love but after this experience I will never buy anything from them again. This is bullshit! Money doesn’t grow on trees we are a middle class household living paycheck to paycheck and it’s just disgusting to spend almost $70 on a pair of crocs and not be able to exchange for a smaller size! Screw this company!!!!! And if anyone asks me if they should buy some crocs my answer will be NO DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!!

I bought 2 crocs online and went to a store to only change the sizes with same model and I needed to pay $25 more.
Crocs only said: prices on the website may differ from those in the store, so there is a possibility you may need to pay an additional amount.

Embarrassing customer service
My partner ordered me a pair of crocs, 2 month later they rip. There’s been multiple issues raised with the model I bought and my partner sent an email to replace / refund as they were still in warranty. No reply.
I email them emphasising my disappointment to where they just respond saying, sorry out of warranty here’s a 20% discount voucher. Absolutely joke. At the time of the issue and when it was raised they where still in warranty.

Order marked as delivered but never received — no support from Crocs
I placed an order on the official Crocs website on December 1. Shipping was delayed. On December 11, the order was marked as delivered, but I never received the package.
I contacted both Crocs and the delivery company (OnTrac). After an investigation, OnTrac confirmed that the package was most likely lost and advised me to contact the sender. Unfortunately, Crocs did not offer any solution and eventually stopped responding to my emails.
The complete lack of care from Crocs toward a long-time customer was extremely disappointing.
Please be aware that Crocs does not take responsibility when an order marked as delivered is not actually received.

Bought a pair of Crocs from Crocs Livingston outlet the shop was blowing cold air the shop was so cold the poor two young assistants were absolutely freezing it was shocking.
Maybe you should tell your staff to ditch the gum, the older woman at the till she was chewing her gum with a can’t be bothered attitude

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I returned two pairs of crocs in the SAME PARCEL, and only got refunded for one pair. They claimed to have only received one pair back, and are now ignoring my emails about the missing second refund!

Ordered from their online sale at the end of November and after 10days of nothing, I had the displeasure of trying to get through to someone on live chat. Eventually got someone to then be asked if I wanted a refund as the order must have been lost?! Or did I want a replacement order put through. Opted for replacement as they are childrens Xmas gifts! Told to wait 24hrs for email update and tracking and that was 6 days ago, again nada! I honestly have never in my life experienced customer service as disgusting! I am so angry and will forever boycott this horrendous company!!

It’s been 30 days since I sent back my returns because they were mismarked. Still no mo ey back and when u call they have no info about it. They lost my login info but I can’t reregister. No one speaks good English so communicating is poor

Barely lasts 4 months
I bought a pair for my son who is 13. In August. Received them mid-August and here we are, 4 months later, and they fell apart. This is the second time this has happened. You tout your products as durable, and for what you charge, they should last more than 4 months. Extremely disappointed, yet again. Also, I tried to leave a review on your website, and the review button doesn’t work. Interesting.

I ordered a pair of crocs mid November and paid £35. Crocs immediately cancelled as they had run out of stock.
Mid December I'm still waiting for their refund. I have just spent an hour on Chat to prompt them to initiate the payment. It will now take another two weeks.

My order was missing they processed a replacement to then be told by Royal Mail they haven’t paid enough for delivery, every time I try to contact them they ignore me! I am now contacting my card company!!!

One of the worst customer services for an online retailer.
I’ve never experienced customer service as poor as Crocs’. I waited two full weeks just to receive a return label, only for it to never be issued at all. There were no apologies, no sense of urgency, and absolutely zero customer care throughout the process.
Their chat support is even worse—they randomly close chats the moment they don’t want to deal with your query, leaving you to start over again and again. It feels like they’re actively avoiding helping their customers.
Overall, an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly recommend avoiding ordering from the Crocs website altogether and purchasing through an alternative retailer instead.
Painfully slow processing time, terrible return policy, and non existent customer service.
I ordered shoes for my husband and son for Christmas 7 days ago and my order is still in processing. It's has not started the delivery process and it has been 7 days. I paid for shipping. Company website says I cannot cancel my order, and it has not even left the company yet, not even processed. At this rate I will not have them for Christmas. This is a Croc issue not a 3rd party delivery issue.
