Awful customer service
Bought my partner some crocs as a Christmas present, unfortunately they didn't fit and needed returning.
Due to buying in November I was slightly outside the 30 day return window.
They said it's tough, can offer a discount on another purchase. I did not accept so they offered more, I argued and pointed out that most decent companies offer extended returns at Christmas. Eventually they sent me a returns label.
I sent them back and tracking says they were delivered twenty days ago and no refund. Shocking service for a company that has a product people like. I like the pair that I have but I'll never buy any more.
Customer service is a joke
I ordered two pair of Crocs. I received them relatively quickly. One was way too big so I initiated an exchange. I mailed the pair of crocs back and they received them over a week ago. I reached out to the chat and one time it was 20 min and I gave up with no response. The next time it said they were shipped the new one out the next day. Never happened. I called the customer service number and the communication was difficult because of the language barrier. She just kept saying I will get shoes. So, here I am, no refund, no new shoes and no way to find out what the deal is. I will never buy from them again.

Su servicio al clientes no responde, casi hay que rogarles. Solicite un cambio de talla, en el momento me dijeron que sí tenían la talla que quería y que debía pagar a la brevedad para que se mantuviera el stock. Pagué y a los 3 días me dicen que ya no tienen la talla.
Changer de transporteur
Attendre toute une journée votre colis crocs, appeler GLS pour bien prévenir que vous êtes chez vous et que vous attendez votre colis et qu’un p*utin de livreur ne prenne même pas la peine de sonner chez vous pour que vous puissiez récupérer votre colis et dise qu’il est impossible de vous livrer, c’est une grosse blague

Belachelijk slecht te bereiken deze zooi. Maand geduurd voordat ik kon retourneren, ik heb uiteindelijk een label mogen ontvangen en de retourkosten op eigenkosten ok prima, maaaar ik krijg mijn geld van de schoenen niet terug want het is een maand te laat binnen gekomen. F##cking oplichters!

First they sent the wrong size. Didn't think much of it and began an exchange. 2 weeks later I heard nothing even about them receiving my return so I called customer (lack of) service. They insisted it took my return ten days to get back to them and are still processing my exchange. Worst customer service!

Sérieuse client non acceuillant. Commande impossible a annuler et prestataires de livraison GLS catastrophique qui ne respecte pas les délai de livraison ni rien d autres. Je ne commanderai plus rien chez crocs. Ils ne sont pas bon dans la logistique ni dans le service client. On parle a des robert sur le tchat mais avec un agent après ça ne change pas grand chose. Éviter de commander sur le site sii vous voulez éviter les problèmes.

Crocs sent the wrong size shoes but claim the size on the sole is a US size and the UK size is smaller…all I know is the shoes look and feel massive! Should definitely have looked at these Trustpilot reviews before ordering!

Crocs has one of the worst customer service departments I have ever come across. They do not own up to the mistakes of shipping items to incorrect addresses and then want you to do all the leg work to run around to wherever they say they sent the package to in order to find it. It has been almost two months since I ordered and still have yet to find my package

My daughter purchased a pair of crocs for me for Christmas. At the time of purchase, the store was giving out “FREE” box of giblets for purchases over $65.00. Unfortunately, the crocs didn’t fit me. We both went to the store to return the purchase. Instead of refunding the full amount purchased, they deducted the price of the giblets and was told the giblets is Final Sale. I said but you guys were giving them out for free. It wasn’t a purchase. I was fuming and didn’t get nowhere with the young women. I gave up and swore never to purchase any crocs in the future! They’re are thieves!!!

Je fais une commande sur crocs, 2 paires pour ma société. Je mets facturation identique à l'adresse de livraison. Pour finir, la facture est en mon nom personnel, l'adresse de livraison au nom de ma société.
Je les contacte pour qu'ils corrigent leur erreur. Leur réponse : impossible de refaire la facture.
Dans quel monde sommes-nous ! Moi si je me trompe, je fais un avoir de la facture et je recommence.
Et en plus, quand je leur dis que c'est une honte, on me répond qu'il faut que je sois compréhensive ! On se moque de moi. Ils font l'erreur, ils l'a corrigent !

Buggy website and non existent customer service
Complete mess of a website. I ordred the wrong size (my error). They say you can only change within 30 min of ordering. I contacted customer service but after 24 hours of chasing got an AI reponse.
I then replaced the order using a discount code I had. That then bugged and didn't go through and on the second attempt the code didn't work so it was more expensive. After that I put it through on my PayPal so that it would work. They then altered the delivery address to the one on my Paypal without saying so and I still havent recieved a confirmation email an hour later. Complete mess.

If you do in a moment of pure madness , and you need to return them take a photo of the box or bag with the printed crocs label and the reciept from the return carrier . As crocs will deny you sent them back !!! YOU WILL ALSO PAY !!!, FOR THE RETURN POSTAGE COST in my case it was 23.00e to return boots to The Netherlands. Ive sent 35 emails now trying to get my refund of boots that were too big .... they have EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS !!!!!!!!WILL LEAVE RETURN COST TO YOU THE CUSTOMER . Conned for a £1 charity donation
There must be a charity donation option at check out which I didn’t see and therefore was charged £1 to donate to fareshare. Basically conned into giving £1. In these hard times I deserve autonomy to decide who to give my hard earned money to and I resent giving a penny when I didn’t want to or intend to. Not ordering from crooks aka crocs again
Wrong size ordered for Christmas and Crocs refuse to exchange
I bought some crocs in November for my daughters as a Christmas present. Unfortunately one pair are the wrong size so I contacted them on Christmas Day to ask to exchange the crocs. Unfortunately I have had 2 unhelpful replies and no help as the Crocs were bought slightly outside the 30 day returns window.
I won’t be shopping there again in future. Avoid!
Livingston store is awful
Livingston store is awful. The till staff have no idea about the retail world. They wanted to charge me £55 for the crocs displayed in the sale at £41.99. They were adamant the shoes had been priced wrong, and I had to pay £55. I walked out and left the crocs on the counter.
