Terrible customer service

The customer service refused to change a mistake on the address on a package that hasnt even shipped. So I have to have it delivered returned and delivered again. Absolutely stupid!!!

Crocs lie on their U.K sizes

I ordered a pair of Crocs last year, and even though it stated all sizes were in British size and that the stamp on the bottom was just American sizes, well, they are not, they were a U.K size 12. I have just bought another pair because again they said definitely U.K sizes but again the pair delivered are size U.K 12 again. I don't have a printer to print a return on, so I do not get my money back. Crocs are a complete scam.

Think very carefully before parting…

Think very carefully before parting with your hard earned cash. My experience was that the Crocs I purchased became faulty after just one season. Crocs customer service was very quick to respond but unhelpful. I sent images and I expressed my disappointment in the product but it fell on deaf ears with a standard, non personal response.
I could have bought two pairs of copy Crocs for what I paid for genuine Crocs. Wouldn't buy Crocs again.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The customer care team are terrible. Crocs cancelled my order and over a month later I am still waiting for my refund. I called them today and this woman on the phone was trying to tell me that pounds and euros are the same currency after saying that my refund was in dollars. I live in the UK so very confused why it was first apparently refunded in dollars and then by some miracle I was refunded in euros. But to make it even funnier, she said that I would receive my refund in 7-10 working days. So first I had an apology for not receiving a refund and then told oh actually it was refunded on 20/02. I was still waiting for my invoice from the time I called them to complain on 20/02. What kind of show are these people running???? It is disgusting that we can have our money stolen lien this and no one does anything about it. Where are their CEO’s and managers and to tie it all up in a pretty bow. These people don’t even have an email address you can send a complaint email to. It is appalling! 0 starts for Crocs!!!!!

Me mandaron unos zuecos con defecto de fábrica y les escribí a través del chat que tienen en la web y también un correo con fotos de los zuecos. Pues no contestan. Es nefasto el servicio y si quieres devolver, o tienes un problema con el producto, tienes que ponerte en contacto con ellos, y no contestan. En el caso de contestar, la devolución cuesta 5€. Mejor comprar en tiendas autorizadas con mejor servicio post venta. No recomiendo nada. Me he gastado en unas crocs defectuosas más dinero de lo que me hubieran costado en cualquier otra tienda, y no se hacen responsables ni contestan. Un desastre.

Offered one price charge another

They sent me an email with the offer of two pairs of crocs for
£60..free postage, (I still have it) tried to buy at this price but they conned me, quite bad really. Put two pairs in basket at £30.00 each which it stated was correct. Went to complete and pay. On checking price I seen that the two pairs had now increased in price to original price of £49.99 each.
Good job I checked before paying these SCAMERS. Talked on line to an " agent" and they said the one I chosen, the colours were not reduced.
THEY ACCEPTED THEM IN THE CART AT £30. EACH THE CHANGE ON NEXT SCREEN TO £49. 99 It's called lies and deceipt, sharp practice.
BEWARE OF SCAMMERS,
CROCS.COM are an example.
You have been warned.

Love crocs and they do good deals and…

Love crocs and they do good deals and free shipping, however when it comes to returns, although they are free which is a rarity, they only give you Royal Mail print yourself. I had to run around town to get a label printed at a cost, I’ve never come across any company that doesn’t offer choices depending on the customers accessibility. I emailed about it and never received a response, which is off putting. I wouldn’t order off the direct website again for these reasons.

Appalling customers service

Absolutely shocking lack of customer service for such a huge company.
I ordered 2 items from them 1 of the items was cancelled ( no email, no warning nothing)

I emailed asking why it was cancelled and if it would be sent Separate and got no reply, After 3 more email trying to get a refund for the item they cancelled I’m still yet to get a reply or a refund from crocs. I’ve opened a pay pal case and they have responded with a tracking code. Which has no explanation, so PayPal will presume they sent the whole order.
The customers service is absolutely shocking, Customers shouldn’t have to send multiple emails asking for a refund for items that this company cancelled.

Worst company I have ever dealt with!!! AVOID!!!

Spent over 1 hour on live chat!
It took 20 mins just to speak to a human!
Took the agent 5 minutes in between every reply!
They don’t have a phone line unless you want to pay for international calls!!!
Absolutel nightmare if you need to return an item?
They can’t send simple QR CODES - it’s 2026! - C,MON!
So need a printer - who has a printer unless you work in an office!!!
I haven’t even sent return back yet as I know that is going to be a further HEADACHE TRYING TO GET A REFUND FROM THEM!!!
I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN - AND WILL ONLY ORDER MY CROCS FROM “NEXT” - WHO ACTUALLY OFFER REAL AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
£60 down the drain as the hassle of returning and fighting to get a refund just won’t be worth the stress and time! They know this and that’s why they make it so difficult to return and get a refund!
AVOID at ALL COSTS!!!

I ordered clog on-line and made payment, the following day, I get an email that the order has been cancelled, no reasons given, no more information about refund. I check on-line the item still there! Contact customer service, AI has general answers and unable to answer specific order! In addition, after 3 days, the item still available in most sizes, so many people will be ordering and making payments, to learn the following day that it is cancelled, then they keep your money until it refunded!!! Disappointed!

Disappointing customer experience

Disappointing customer experience. I was sent the wrong item and still had to pay for both the delivery and the return shipping, even though the mistake was not mine.

Being left out of pocket because of a company error is extremely frustrating. I would expect much better customer service and responsibility from a brand like Crocs.

I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

Impossible de payer après 10 tentatives…

Impossible de payer après 10 tentatives sur 3 semaines, règlement refusé ! Crocs m'a envoyé une recette de cuisine, enlever l'historique de navigation, supprimer les cookies, changer de navigateur, décocher une case, mettre les pieds au mur(presque).
Par contre je continue de recevoir des avis de panier en attente. Site nul

Absolutely horrible experience

Absolutely horrible experience. Crocs acted as if I never returned my order, even though I had proof of the return and they confirmed they received it. Despite that, my refund was denied.

Their policy feels like it’s designed to hold your money and hope you eventually give up or forget about it. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, even when presented with clear evidence.

I will never purchase from this brand again. For a company this large, this level of incompetence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Reklamation wegen Falschlieferung: 6 Wochen Chaos, widersprüchliche Aussagen, Erstattung erst nach Druck

Ich schreibe selten Bewertungen, aber diese Erfahrung mit Crocs war so unerquicklich, dass ich andere zumindest warnen möchte.

Ich habe am 19.12.2025 eine Reklamation gestartet, weil ich einen falschen Artikel erhalten habe. Keine „Meinung“, kein „Gefühl“, sondern schlicht: falsche Ware. Was dann folgte, war eine Kundenservice-Kommunikation, bei der ich mich ernsthaft gefragt habe, ob irgendjemand meine Nachrichten überhaupt liest.

Nach den ersten 3–4 E-Mails kam als Antwort, eine Rückerstattung sei ausgeschlossen, weil ich angeblich gegen die Rückgaberichtlinien verstoßen hätte. Auf meine Nachfrage, welcher Verstoß das sein soll, wurde mir dann tatsächlich als „Begründung“ mitgeteilt: Ich hätte den Artikel ja erhalten.

Und da war der Punkt erreicht, an dem man sich nur noch veräppelt fühlt. Natürlich habe ich ein Paket erhalten. Ich habe aber nicht den bestellten Artikel erhalten. Genau das hatte ich zu dem Zeitpunkt bereits mehrfach (2–3 Mal) erklärt. Diese Antwort wirkte entweder komplett automatisiert oder schlicht nachlässig.

Die Kommunikation war dabei nicht nur inhaltlich daneben, sondern auch sprachlich wirklich unangenehm: teils holprige Formulierungen, kaum saubere Sätze, unnötige Widersprüche. Das ist für einen „Kundenservice“ einer großen Marke einfach peinlich. Man erwartet bei einer Reklamation nicht mal Sonderbehandlung, nur einen Standardprozess, der funktioniert: Sachverhalt prüfen, Rücksendung korrekt zuordnen, Erstattung auslösen. Punkt.

Das Absurde: Ich musste am Ende mit Fristsetzung und der Androhung eines Mahnbescheids, inklusive Hinweis auf Verzugszinsen, arbeiten, damit überhaupt Bewegung reinkommt. Und genau das ist der Kern des Problems: Nicht jeder arbeitet juristisch oder weiß, wie man so etwas formuliert. Ein normaler Kunde gibt irgendwann entnervt auf oder bleibt auf den Kosten sitzen. Und wenn ein Unternehmen erst reagiert, wenn man mit rechtlichen Schritten droht, ist das kein Versehen mehr, sondern ein strukturelles Problem im Prozess.

Unterm Strich: Falschlieferung, dann wochenlanges Hin und Her, dann widersprüchliche Ablehnungen, und die Erstattung kam erst, nachdem ich Druck gemacht habe. Das Ganze hat sich bis 28.01.2026 gezogen. Für eine simple Reklamation ist das schlicht unprofessionell.

Ich habe danach auch die Bewertungen gelesen und mein Eindruck: Das scheint kein Einzelfall zu sein.

Fazit: Wer bei Crocs bestellt, sollte sich darauf einstellen, im Problemfall Zeit, Nerven und Durchsetzungsvermögen mitzubringen. So ein Reklamationshandling ist für eine große Firma einfach beschämend. Man könnte bei dem Chaos und dem sprachlichen Niveau teilweise meinen, das sei keine etablierte Marke, sondern irgendein improvisierter Bastelladen mit zusammengewürfeltem Blechhüttensupport.
