Rafique worked well with me throughout the booking and collection process. After encouragement he provided me with the Tracking Details of the Parcels in India and helped me track them to the destination. There was some delay in India on the part of DTDC - but I cannot fault Cargo Force here in the UK.

Absolutely appalling service. My package was supposed to take 4-5 days and I am still waiting 2 weeks later. When I ask for updates I have to wait days for a response, when it finally comes from Mr RB he tries to blame the airlines. I don't care, you are the courier company. I would not recommend this company at all, they are a disgrace.

Emigrated from Manchester UK to Montreal Canada. Needed 17 boxes of Cargo shipping. Rafiqe took care of our booking and promptly answered any questions from start to finish. All went well and cargo arrived non damaged. Would definitely use cargo force again. Thanks!!

I found cargo force bit expensive compared to other air freight companies but their service was excellent There website was extremely good and staff were very helpful. They have got price list which is same for everyone not like other freight company whose staff gives you different answers to your question like cowboy company. I will recommend cargo force for sending parcel without hesitation . You pay for what you receive.

this is definately not a door to door service...they do not deal with customs charges even if they say its all inclusive and when you call for help with the clearing they just bluntly tell you to ask recipient to clear it.... once parcel is picked up they really dont bother much as they have received their payment...i definitely will not use them again and i do not recommend anyone else to either...especially if you are someone looking for hassle free and low charges...don't be deceived...

I was thrilled when my cargo took just 4 days to be delivered from Leeds to UK though one of the box took 8 days to reach. The customer
Was good, my husband gave them agood review as well. but then we had a shock when we reached the US and opened the boxes. Many of our cherished well packed decorative items were broken a few missing.
Cargo force will never tell you that the boxes will be opened later if you dont pack in front of them . They will not respond when you complian about it either, we are totally disappointed and my son was upset as quite a few of his toys went missing too.

I just had to mail a member in cargoforce and then they followed up the rest. They gave me flexible payment option and cheapest rate possible to send cargo to India.

I was impressed i managed to send cargo in a fantastic DIY manner. We coordinated paperwork online and just dropped the cargo in the Airport drop off. Will definately use CargoForce again. Good price, responsive, efficient, answer emails, take calls......well done

It only took 3 days for the delivery from UK to US.

A very good Cargo service

We had to go to Heathrow twice before getting our air freight at the third attempt and incurred additional cost. Amjar Shaikh from Cargoforce did not demonstrate to us in depth knowledge of the process of custom clearance and releasing goods. We experienced a lack of communication at the key stages in the shipping process and we incurred sudden additional cost in Pakistan that he did not communicate to us. In fact the relationship between Cargoforce and the sub-contractors in Pakistan was not managed in a very professional way and we had to communicate ourselves with the subcontractor and the airport in Islamabad which was stressfull. We are unhappy customers and will not recommend Cargoforce's services to any UK expats planning to move to Pakistan or return to the UK.

I am so glad with my experience using cargo force. Especially RAFIQUE who was responsible for my case. Thanks for everything. He was more than perfect
