I attempted to get a quote from this company to ship items from the UK to the USA. I filled out an online form and was specific about what I need to move. I also mentioned where I currently live and where the items are. The person I spoke with failed to comprehend any of this basic information and kept making non-sensical statements. After a 5 minute ridiculous phone call, I abandoned the mission.

I really reccomend this excellent moving company, with good communication and support at every stage.
I'm looking forward to receive my belongings on the other side of the planet :)

Excellent service received from Anglo Pacfic from the first call to the team that came to pack up my belongings for my move to Hong Kong. On the day the team arrived early and worked non stop packing very carefully and professionally my belongings.
I would highly recommend them.

Do not use this company. They gave one of my boxes that arrived on Perth Australia to someone else and whilst I was waiting for them to locate it, they informed me I was to late to make a claim. Tried to contact them but have been ignored

Having an absolute nightmare with this company, would honestly avoid them like the plague. They collected my belongings almost 2 weeks ago and since then I have had radio silence. I have tried emailing , calling and have had 0 updates on my things. I have now moved abroad and am without most of my belongings so am having to pay to replace things. No idea if or when I am going to hear about my things to lodging a formal complaint and then will take it to the Ombudsman if needed. At this point I just want them to return my belongings so I can go with a different company. I have never experienced such bad customer service!

I'm having a terrible experience with this company. We accepted a quote and paid £100 deposit for the shipment of six small crates of my son's personal belongings to America. Once they had the crates they sent an invoice for double the accepted quote's shipping cost. They say the crates are different sizes and weights, well, they're the ones who supplied them so WTF! We rejected this revised figure and we'd like the crates returned. However we are getting no response from the company to sort this out. When we do get through it's to someone who can't help, who promises to get someone to call back, which doesn't happen. It looks like I'm going to have to notify the authorities to try and get anything done. What a mess! This company's getting terrible reviews on all the revelant review sites. Be sensible shippers and use a different company!!

Update 17/09/2026: Following the above the operative dealing with my shipment left the company. I contacted customer services and spoke with Darryl Sharpe, who promised to sort out the return of my crates. They arrived today after some to'ing and fro'ing settling outstanding costs and arranging suitable delivery dates. A big thank you to Darryl for sorting this out. I'll rate this as a three. I still can't go any higher because they changed the formal, accepted quote, sealed with a deposit, without discussing it with me first.

The communication and correspondence are abhorrent and unprofessional. They ignore you for days, fail to deliver and collect on time after paying a deposit of £100. I had to change my flight at the last minute due to their lack of responsiveness. I will never forget how horrible I felt after being treated like this, and I have worked in customer service for over 10 years, so I would never leave a customer out to dry like that.

This “company” is an absolute scam. Took my deposit & filled out the relevant documents, only for them to fall off the face of the Earth. My booking was supposed to be for yesterday and I haven’t heard a single thing. I have tried multiple different emails and have called every number I can find relating to this company, but each number is saying their inbox is full. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I would strongly advise anyone considering Anglo Pacific to think very carefully before using them.

Our air freight collection was booked well in advance for an international relocation, yet as the collection date arrived despite providing all of the requested documentation in advance, emails went unanswered for days.

Over a 48-hour period I called more than 50 times across multiple office numbers and extensions without anyone answering. I also emailed every contact I had, with no response. When you're moving overseas on a fixed deadline, this level of communication is simply unacceptable.

The lack of contact left us having to urgently seek alternative shipping arrangements at the last minute, adding unnecessary stress to what was already a major international move.

If there had been an issue, I could have accepted being told. Being ignored completely is far harder to accept.

DO NOT USE. Anglo Pacific were great up until the day before collection when they didn’t answer any phone calls to multiple different numbers or emails and they DID NOT COLLECT, nor did they communicate at all. This is two days before we are due to move abroad. They had taken our deposit which we will chase through the ombudsman if required. I am disgusted by this behaviour from what used to be a reputable company but looking at other reviews it seems we aren’t alone.

They have taken my deposit and now will not reply or pick up a phone.

I have been requesting confirmation on the value of my final invoice/price and trying to book in a pick up date for the boxes since the 23/07/2026 with no reply.

Trying to call last week and today with a general enquiry and it says 'sorry the mailbox is full' and hangs up. How can you have a shipping company that you cannot even get through to? (and I haven't even booked yet)
Pretty crazy, so will try elsewhere.

Quoted for 15 boxes only sent 10 out.
Never collected my shipment, unable to contact anyone, no answer on the telephone, multiple emails unanswered.
Would not recommend.

Elai their manager is a scammer.

Waited all day for the courier to come, couldn't ring as the call cut out as their inbox was full, multiple emails over several days, and no answer.

They took my deposit and ran with it.

I am moving to Malaysia and decided to hire Anglo Pacific to move 10 boxes and a few picture frames.

The communication has been shockingly bad. It started well, as we received confirmation that we had booked and that boxes would arrive to help us pack. That was great.

From then, we have received almost nothing in way of communication and our contact, Elai Friere, has apeared to ignore emails with questions, clarifications and pleas for help. The boxes were supposed to be collected today but we never recieved any confirmation that it was happening. I sent 7 emails, including CC'ing more senior representatives of the company to check whether they were being picked up today, all with no reply. I have tried calling, but all of the numbers go to voicemail. The mailboxes are full (!!!) so I can't leave a message even.

It is Friday, we are leaving the country on Monday, and we will have to leave our beloved belongings behind. I cannot believe the poor service that is being provided.

Where are our boxes?! There’s no update since July 08. The agent told me that the shipment has been processed and she will update us with the tracking/shipment number but until now there’s no update! I’ve tried calling the numbers online and send some emails but no response! What is this? I need answers!

The response time to my enquiry was really quick. Jack Connolly was friendly and informative. He went out of his way to assist me, including taking after hours calls. The item was picked up promptly by two very capable removalists, who were also very friendly.
A really positive experience so far. Looking forward to receiving my delivery in Australia. Thank you to all.

Jack D was really great with helping with my shipment to Australia I have used you when I went the 1st time and he made my experience equally smooth and stress free. I am having a horrific experience with Anglo Pacific.

The air shipment of my belongings was supposed to arrive over two months ago, yet it is still sitting in a customs warehouse. Throughout this process, Anglo Pacific has taken no ownership of the situation and has done very little to move things forward. Instead, I have had to contact their subcontractor (TNT) myself almost every day to chase updates and push the process along.

We also have a separate sea shipment with them. It has been several months, and it still has not even left the port. At this point, I have no idea when—or if—I will receive my belongings.

I would strongly advise others to avoid using Anglo Pacific. Thankfully, we used a different removal company for the majority of our household goods, and the difference has been night and day. They were professional, proactive, and reliable, whereas Anglo Pacific has been disorganised, unresponsive, and extremely disappointing.
