I would say, for me it was amazing. And the reason is it was so fast we couldn't believe. The four boxes around 55 kg left my flat in Liverpool on 10th April 2026 and reached Mandi, Himachal on 21st April 2026. Just in 11 days. We were thinking, definitely it gonna take at least a month and on Cargo Force website it was showing 6th May, the expected date. I guess we were lucky to have our timing coincide with the timing when they would have been sending there latest lot.
One thing that I found negative that even after delivery, tracking was still showing that it's in Liverpool Warehouse. And Even after calling they had no idea but they informed it has reached India. It's something I can understand, as it could be difficult to track as not all services are and their databases are in sync.

Overall we are really satisfied.
Fyi: It charged us 244 £ for 56.8 kgs.

Very bed service, because of your server down & i have to struggling and I waste my whole day for 18.1 gm parcel.

Packaging was good, reached well before time committed. However I’m quite disappointed with the way they weigh. I sent 6 boxes and all the boxes I weighed were at least 250 gms less than 10 kg. Yes they may do some additional packaging but they took 5 boxes as 11 kg and one box as 12 kg. This is where I’m quite dissatisfied.

Absolute Rubbish!! They won't tell you how they have calculated volumetric weight until you probe. When I probed I was told all carton boxes have been brought damaged by DPD with bulges which were charged. I calculated £700 to be the estimate as per their volumetrics and I was charged £900 with absolutely bizzare measurements. If I hadn't asked none of them would have even bothered telling me how they measured. I will formally take this up with the independent citizen support and consumer protection with all the evidences. Customer service have no clue how to handle or respond on time except for when sending invoices.

Excellent service with live tracking and speedy delivery, went to their warehouse to ship items and the staff was very helpful and polite. The items have been delivered within the timeframe provided without any losses.

Absolutely horrible experience. They failed to pick up my courier 3 times and then asked me to send it through dhl which was their third party . Lost the parcel in transit and said they were not liable for the loss . Asked me to provide invoice for the items inside the bag i gave them invoices worth 800 pounds which I could find but had stuff worth around 1200 in my bag . They gave me 50 pounds as refund. It is better to throw your stuff away rather than using them for your shipping purposes

attempted 3 collections!!! iwas outside my home 3 timess in the cold!!!! they have no way of contacting the driver or the parcel service!!! completely useless!! update as of jan 2026. do not use their service especially they dont work on saturdays and sundays, you cant even work from home normally that bad service. these are fellow indians handling it from india, not capable to do anything overseas and has no real control of anything unfortunately

Excellent service. I received my package without any loss. I went to their warehouse to deliver my stuff and I went alone. As a girl I felt safe and the team made sure I was comfortable. They were really patient and helped me packed my stuff. Great job you guys

Don’t even consider using this company.
I sent 8 boxes with them. They lost one box weighing 12 kg, valued at £350, and after all the back-and-forth, they offered me only £100 as compensation.

No proper accountability, no fair resolution, just excuses. If you value your belongings or your money, avoid them completely.

Practical and clear website forms for booking. Proper notification at every step of door to door delivery. Extra packing at their side. Follow up post delivery by Raghib Sayyed.

We are a charity which sent out Christmas gifts to the remote colonies of children. We were skeptical looking at the reviews but can highly recommend Cargo Force. When we were at the warehouse we were reassured and given all the info needed and the fee was reasonable at £4 per kilo.

We have now received confirmation in India from the mission that the packages arrived without any damage or problems. We are delighted - so thankyou cargo force!

I would like to recommend Cargo Force for handling and delivering my package to India. The service was impressively quick it took just 10 days for the package to reach my home address.

The staff at the Wembley branch were very nice, helpful, and handled my package with great care, including secure packaging. The fact that they provided home delivery was really appreciated.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Cargo Force. During the transit of my shipment, one of my boxes — weighing around 30kg and valued at approximately £2,000 — went missing in the DPD warehouse. Despite raising a claim and providing all the necessary details, both Cargo Force and DPD have failed to locate the missing box.
What’s worse, I was offered only £100 in compensation, which is completely unacceptable given the value and importance of the items that were lost. I also find it concerning that two boxes were collected from my location, but only the smaller one was delivered — how can a 30kg box simply disappear without any proper investigation?
My name was clearly written on the box, so even if the shipping label came off, it should still be traceable. I have repeatedly asked Cargo Force to request a more thorough search from DPD, but the response so far has been slow and dismissive.
Overall, the lack of accountability, poor communication, and minimal compensation have left me deeply frustrated. I trusted Cargo Force to handle my shipment professionally, but this experience has been stressful, disappointing, and costly. I would strongly urge others to be cautious before using their service.

I will NEVER use this worst kind of excuse for a parcel delivery company. I sent 5 Parcels from UK to India and when i got to India a few months later every box was damaged. Every item was beyond repair, all my pictures in frames, and a wooden box i had made for a relative. I had really packaged them well, as i knew they were precious cargo, but looking at the box i could see it had been thrown around, almost like it had been kicked. I sent my old x-box that too was damaged. It was heart breaking and very angry at the same time. Even the ones i had clothes in had been tossed around. They don't re-enforce the box, all they do is put a flimsy tape round itwith their logo, Plus my last box had been opened by them and sealed. PLEASE PEOPLE AVOID THIS PARCEL COMPANY. Is it worth saving just a little to find that all is destroyed by these good for nothing company.

I sent a parcel to India using CargoForce and they have been amazing! The whole experience was very good. The customer service agents were always very quick to respond to my emails and calls. I chose the door to door service, the collection from my UK address was very quick. My parcel was delivered earlier than the expected delivery date. No damages to the package, it was wrapped very securely by CargoForce. I am very satisfied with their services and would highly recommend. Thank you CargoForce.

they lost my bag and now refuse to pay anything in damages. They a bunch of thieves and extremely unprofessional. Definitely don't recommend them

Had a real good experience. When I planned to move to india from UK I was little worried about transferring my luggage. I reached out to the cargo force customer representative who helped with explaining the process in detail. I had luggage picked from my society in leeds , UK. There was least hassel. At the start I had the problem with dpd missing my pick up as they don’t call you and they expect you to deliver them at the reception of your building or outside of your door. However, after that I sent 3 consignments at different times and the process was really smooth. They even help you with removing the items that presumably may create problems with customs in advance. This further smoothers the process.

Very poor experience with Cargoforce. We booked a door-to-door pickup, but no one showed up during the scheduled time. Despite being present at the exact location for over 30 minutes, the driver marked it as a “missed pickup” with no call or attempt to contact us.

The tracking system was unreliable and inaccurate, and we received conflicting information throughout. To make matters worse, we were sent a payment reminder even after the payment had already been confirmed. We also had to deal with multiple phone calls, repeating the same issue to different people with no consistency or follow-up.

Overall, the entire process was frustrating, disorganized, and a waste of time. Definitely not what you'd expect from a professional courier service

Worst experience, first was they said parcel would be picked up by the DPD person but he never came so we had to drop it at the nearby post office, after that they delayed to give us tracking number and finally when the parcel came, it was soaking wet, all the items inside shoes, clothes, books were all wet. The books are of no use now. Clothes and shoes had mouldy smell. The package was very badly handled, will not recommend any one
