My experience with cargo force was great. I had direct and quick responses to all my queries from Anwar, who was a great help. The service was well price and delivered with no problems. Everything went smoothly with no fuss when, even when I needed to change dates. Great service I will be using them again.

After sending a shipment "door to door" to Aqaba. The goods were searched and items broken, it was repacked without any care. This was prior to leaving the UK. I was then charged extra clearance and shipping in order to receive my goods . The total fees for nearly 57kgs was half the cost of what I shipped a 20foot container to the same location. I have been chasing a refund for 6 months with no success. Failed promise after failed promise. Mr Anwar Shaikh and your colleagues should be ashamed of yourselves. I sincerely hope that this company is not allowed to continue ripping people off. Disgusting behaviour like this should not be tolerated.

No doubt they are cheap and that comes with the price of your trust and hardwork. Go with slightly expensive company who deals with ypur job more PROFESSIONALLY. Cargo force people are very unprofessional and they betray your trust at very last minute. They must be acted upon legally, they'll leave you in limbo. I'm sure all the five star reviews are fake and scams like them and they must have written them themselves.

Big, bulky item sent from a farm in UK to a farm in South of France. Surprisingly quick too.

Where to start from!!
1. They expect you to stay home from 9 to 4 with only half an hour notice for pick up. Not just that, they also charge you £40 for it!

2. They will charge you the money if you miss a pickup. However, they won't compensate you if they miss the appointment and you waste your day. Which exactly what they did with me!!

3. I received my shipment in a bad condition. Teared boxes and very dirty. And most importantly, some of my items were damaged!!!.

I'm very dissatisfied with their poor service and would not recommend anyone to use them.

I don't usually write reviews but after receiving a truly remarkable service by RAFIQUE from Cargo Force, I just want to tell everyone how best this company and it's employees are who can make you feel special as a customer and provide the best ever ongoing and after sales customer support.

his After sales service was truly made me feel how serious these people are to win the customer for a life time by exceeding customer services.
He made his best efforts to make sure I did not have to pay heavy custom fees on my arrival port. He contacted me after the whole process completed to make sure we got the stuff without any issues.

For a first time personal customer shipping excess luggage abroad I found it very difficult to ship things with Cargoforce. I paid them promptly by bank transfer and after several e-mails and 3 phone calls I was told I had not paid them yet and they only realised I paid them after I constantly argued on the phone that I had already paid them! Once they realise you have paid them they send you labels for your bags. You are left to print these shipping labels yourself and you have to securely attach them to your bags and drop them off to a depot at Heathrow airport. This is where it became very frustrating! The depot at Heathrow seem to only have delivery drivers dropping things off and they do not expect personal customers to show up in a car! It took ages to find the depot office (only to be wrongly turned away by the staff in the depot office once I got there) and it was not straight forward giving them the luggage either! Cargoforce put the wrong numbers on the labels of the baggage and the recipients in Abu Dhabi airport had to wait 2-3 hours till they could locate their luggage! Overall difficult and unorganised service but I suppose you get what you pay for! Cheap but far from 5* service! I had similar quote from another shipping company (I'm not allowed to say who they are, I was asked to remove their name, probably because cargo force reported my review to trustpilot) who for extra charge would bring courier to pick up luggage from your house, which I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone thinking to ship things abroad

Initially Caroforce were very helpful but I suspect they are more used to business customers than private individuals! There are a number of things which it would be helpful to have had spelt out, firstly the package tracker - I did eventually get to it but t didn't seem to be working so I was unable to track it, Secondly it would have been helpful to have been told what the process in New Zealand would be. we ended up exchanging emails 2 or 3 times a day and I am still not sure what the problem was which held up the package delivery! It would have been better if they could have dealt directly with the recipient who was wafting for the parcel, and when a response was urgent to have phoned rather than emailed. The package eventually arrived after 3 weeks instead of the 6-7 days quoted which was partly my fault as I gave the wrong contact number, but could have been lessened if the communications had been better.

The employees at Cargoforce were extremely helpful! It was my first time sending parcels to another country and so everytime I would email them with an enquiry (and I did so many times) they would always patiently explain the procedure and reply in record timing. I am very grateful for that because it enabled me to remedy any problems on time and not miss any deadlines (such as Bnak closing hours). I am glad I chose to send my parcels through Cargoforce because once everything was put into motion they made sure it all panned out smoothly and effectively. I would definitely choose to contact them again in the future!

Overall very good experience and Rafiqe has always been prompt and helpful right through the process. Only area of improvement would be to give more advise around special export items such as TVs in exporting country as faced some challenges with customs. Even so Rafiqe was prompt in helping as best possible once i sought his help.
