Could not recommend to anyone.... They know how much the local handling charges will be for 'personal items' but don't tell you.

Then they tell you it was on the quote.... which is just a disclaimer with a link to no where regarding the additional cost.....what a joke. Worst decision ever. Use Unibaggage instead.. I wish I had.

Cooperative Sales Manager (Mr. Rafiq Bandeali) and adequate services.

I sent my books from Cardiff to Hyderabad. CargoForce picked up my two boxes from my home and delivered to my place in Hyderabad, India. Their prices were affordable and services were adequate.

I need to mention that their sales manager, Mr Rafiq was very patient and helpful because there was a delay in my consignment being delivered. He kept me updated and replied promptly without any delay.

All I would say is, the services are great and if you encounter some problems, don't worry, their sales manager will assist you till your consignment gets delivered. Trustworthy!

It was a long wait to finally get my stuff and Rafique was very patient and helpful. Thanks a lot.

Do not use this company.
1. Promised 10 days delivery but came after 30+ days, after me constantly reminding them that they have to pay customs.
2. Packages were damaged/ cut open. Their DTDC India partner was careless to respond.
3. Paid 167 GBP for 26kgs and still incurred 6000 INR for personal goods.
4. The person I talked with, Anwar communicated promptly until the transaction was complete after that took no care to communicate about the undelivered products.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DAMAGED MY PACKAGES AND CHARGE ME TOO MUCH MONEY TO SEND MY PACKAGES. I SEND 175 KG AND BEEN CHARGED FOR 200 WHEN I ASK FOR REFUND THEY IGNORED ME. MY ITEMS ALL DAMAGED. THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUD. I AM UNABLE TO PICK UP MY ITEMS FROM THEIR PARTNER COMPANY WHO DELIVERING THE PACKAGES

My first ever experience with CargoForce in general and Rafiq in particular has been excellent from the word go to final delivery. The response to my e-mails were prompt and action bearing. I even paid twice for the transport fee and they alerted me of that refunded instantly. They collected and delivered my items as schedule. I would certainly highly recommend CargoForce and use them again and again. I must thank Rafiq for his diligence and attention to details.

Highly recommended. Simple, hassle free booking, efficient handling, updates and got the items delivered t o Pakistan on the EXACT DATE quoted! They have fantastic competitive rates and are very easy to communicate with. All staff are professional and very polite.

Would recommend and defiantly use again!

I had to send a large & very heavy suitcase as excess baggage from London to Auckland at the last minute & Cargo Force came thru for me with speed & efficiency.

Much cheaper than airline rates & very good customer service.

Excellent service by CargoForce and especially by Rafiqe. Some of the items I liked with Rafiqe:

- Answers to my queries came within minutes of posting them
- the answers were detailed and the disclaimers were not "hidden". Rather, the disclaimers were well explained upfront
- A sample quote was provided when I started looking around and when the final shipment details were provided the quote came down! So, it cost me less than the first quote

Things I liked about CargoForce:
- The cargo pickup happened right on time
- Delivery reached a day before I reached the destination
- The handling of items seems fine. Though I've not opened all boxes, of the boxes I opened no visible damages at all.

Very fast ,professional and efficient

I used this company for the first time in December. I found the team here very helpful, able to answer my enquiries and help with all documentation.The pick up was on schedule and I was pleased that my packages were delivered swiftly and safely to their destination. The only minor complaint I have is that the courier in Sri Lanka did not phone the recipient prior to delivering the goods though I had provided both land line and mobile telephone numbers inn Sri Lanka .However, tthe goods were safely delivered the following day.
Despite this hiccup I will certainly recommend their services to any individual or company wishing to send goods abroad

Having never used a service like this before I was a little apprehensive.
From my first contact Rafique was quick to reply to my emails and answered all my questions. He could not have done more to help.
The service was excellent from pick up in the UK to arrival in Cuba all on time. Plus a courtesy email advising my items had arrived in Cuba.
I will be happy to use them again and recommend them to friends.

Great service from CargoForce and their Kenyan partner Freight In Time. Communication was good, delivery on time and consignment arrived safely. Would definitely use CargoForce again and recommend them to others wishing to ship to Kenya. Freight In Time arranged onward shipping to Kilifi from Mombasa airport which was not expected and was at a good price.

Best by far in terms of price, organised service in less than 24 hours. Outstanding.
