Quite rude service, didnt provide enough information, package still stuck at customs and the staff at cargoforce blamed me. Asking for 8000rs but without providing a proper clarification and when I asked for one I was told not to ask the same questions again and again. Terrible service.

I want to thank Rafique and his team of Cargo Force for the quick delivery of my luggage to Canada. Your service is second to none; you guys did an excellent job. The luggage got there quicker than expected. Thank you once again.

Great service. I flew out to Dubai on the 20th of August, the same day my cargo was picked up and arrived in Dubai on the 24th.

Fast delivery to US within 5 days. The partner agent in Dulles airport is helpful too.

Great experience. Very responsive. Very upfront and truthful. No false promises. Prompt collection and delivery on time in good condition. Anwar was very helpful.

I shopped around for a price to ship by air-freight 205 kg of oak boards from Winsford UK to a client in Hong Kong. Cargo Force were quickest with a detailed quote and far far more efficient than UPS. I accepted their offer and the pallet was efficiently collected yesterday. The paperwork was all efficiently produced and processed by Rafiqe who clearly kept his eye on the detail, asking very pertinent questions by email. He also answered the phone every time I rang without delay or the usual messing about you get with other companies. To be fair, the shipment is in transit as I type this so we will see how things go with delivery to HK airport, but in the end Rafique and Cargo Force have no control over the handling of the consignment. If some clown in the cargo handling bay damages the consignment, how is that the fault of the agent? If someone decides to shunt the consignment into a corner and forget it for a few days, how does Rafiqe prevent that? My shipment is well packed onto a wooden pallet, well wrapped against the weather, well protected by plywood sheeting and securely strapped, but halfwits with stacker trucks can destroy just about anything. Nonetheless, I expect my shipment to go well and arrive in HK intact in a few days. Watch this space.

I have sent close to 16 boxes (apprx. 300 kgs) when I relocated from UK and bit nervous to send all the valuable items via cargo service. But service is excellent and Anwar always kept in touch to ensure packages were collected on time for delivery. As the packages were sent via 3rd party service (managed along with loads of other deliveries), please make sure your boxes were strong enough to withstand if stacked along with other packages. My boxes (bought from Argos) weren't so strong though it looks and some got damaged when I received in Chennai...upon raising complaint additional wrappers were sealed for further delivery. I will def recommend Cargoforce to my friends in future.

I deposited my luggage on 1st June and I received it in 10 days. I like the service however the only problem I faced was that the pickup was not from my location in London though it is a door to door service. They were charging 13 pounds for pickup from home, so I have to drop-off to one of the shops which were 0.5 miles away from my home.

Efficient and friendly service. Drop-off through one of your partner companys was easy, and again efficient and friendly despite my arriving for the drop-off a couple of minutes after the truck had left for Heathrow. But they called him back. So all round, an excellent service. And the package arrived on time at the other end!

We shipped 5 boxes from the Uk to Brunei and it arrived as scheduled. We dropped the boxes on Friday in Newcastle and it arrived on Thursday. The tracking was reliable and updated except when the boxes arrived in Brunei but we got a call from the airport cargo to pick the boxes from their warehouse.

The boxes were a bit damaged but it’s as expected from any airfreight (you just have to use a good heavy duty boxes or wrap them using cling film like in the airport).

At first we were a bit hesitant to use this company from reading the reviews but it turned out well. I’m guessing it depends on which country you’re sending it to but none of our boxes were opened or got lost whatsoever. We had a few last minute changes with the shipping details but Rafiqe handled it well so thank you for that.

We were told it’s not a door to door shipment so when it arrived in Brunei we had to go to the airport cargo and pay for X-ray/airport fees (BND24) and also an agent fee to declare and release the items (BND30 or BND50 if you want the agent to deliver your boxes to your house). Again this is only for Brunei and not sure for other countries and we didn’t know about this (probably cargo force don’t know either) but if you’re shipping to Brunei and reading this.. now you know!

Would recommend this company if you want cheap air freight shipment from UK to Brunei. Minimum weight is 45kg but they will charge you if your equivalent weight to volume is greater. Our boxes weighed 84kg but because of the volume we were charged 92kg so take note of that and confirm it with the person you’re dealing with and ours was Rafiqe.

I had to urgently move out of the UK and contacted Cargoforce in order to organize shipping of my goods. I was working with Rafiqe and would like to note his patience, immediate responses and all the support with getting quote, payments and arranging collection.

I received my goods in Accra on time and in perfect condition in January 2019. I sent them by air from Aberdeen to Accra, Ghana. Thank you Rafique and CargoForce.

Rafiq is awesome in managing the whole process.

The whole experience of sending 4 boxes of some 140 kg in total by airmail from the UK to Austria was very positive. The goods were collected from my home and delivered to the destination address, where they arrived on time and in good order. Rafiqe was very efficient in managing the whole process from first quote to delivery, timing and costs were exactly as agreed. Based on my experience, I can wholeheartedly recommend CargoForce.

Extremely unprofessional service. We were told 2 days before our international move that they will not be able to ship our items. The complete packaging list was sent to them a few weeks in advance. At the very last moment, were told that the airlines had refused to ship. Will not be recommending this service to anybody. We are having to live in expensive temporary accommodation now for a few months while our items get shipped by alternative means.

I haved used cargorforce's services for the third time and have never been dissapointed by them. Rafique at cargoforce is always approachable, very prompt in all queries one may have and ensures that parcels are always delivered safely.I would strongly recommend them and will continue to use their services when I need.

I have send 3 parcels from UK to Chennai.
Took nearly 2 months, but Out of 3 parcels we got only 1.
Paid 300+ pounds but service is very worst. Contacted Mr. Anwar but no response after paying money for undelivered parcels.
Even no responses from cargo Force.
Not sure whether we will receive those 2 package.
