One more ridiculous thing. I went to flagship store on regent street to get a runway trench coat I like, I liked it and got it. However, only one week, when I bend a knee and a crack appears next to the button, a straight line. I went to the shop to change a new one. They say will order new one in stock for me . When i went to get new coat, I was too focused on the stitching and color style , as length quite similar with boots didn’t notice. Two days later when I open put on I feel a bit longer, so I messged the staff they say it only comes with one length, so I send the pictures of me in old and new coats. And tell them the first time their staff told me it come with both short and long. Then they reply me say by investigation, it should be two short and one long , my short was special activity version and don’t have my size in stock anymore, this is quite similar. I was considering but asking them to confirm what if anything go wrong again if the same 2 year warranty like other shops? They say no only 6 month after that they need send to assessment center to see its defect or not . So you are trying to tell me this is so called luxury shop where staff even don’t know the difference between the lengths. Ridiculous, never shop with them again. Enough.

Bonjour, je possède une écharpe Burburry en cachemire, je me suis aperçue qu'il y avait un petit trou, et qu'un autre etait en train de se faire (pourtant je la mets très peu et j'y fait très attention)....je leur ai demandé s'il pouvait faire quelque chose, réparer les trous, faire une broderie ou autre...moyennant paiement bien sûr... après plusieurs mails avec photo, leur service qualité mis dans la boucle, ils m'affirment que c'est un trou de mite alors que je n'ai pas de mite chez moi...
Du coup ils ne veulent rien faire...
Je trouve ça honteux...
Je n'achèterai plus chez eux.

I had used this bag few times a week.
When I reached out to them , they simply denied liability and simply blamed normal wear and tear.

DO NOT BUY FROM BURBERRY. ZERO STARS if I could. I purchase an earring from Burberry with taxes for over $400 dollars, used it 3 times and the back broke off in my ear. Burberry of course refuse to fix it and wants me to pay $85 to fix there defective product plus shipping and handling to get it repaired. This is the worst luxury brand that exits out there that I had encountered with. Please save your money and do not shop with them.

I will NEVER SHOP BURBERRY AGAIN. Worst return policies I’ve ever encountered. I wanted to exchange my Christmas gift (clutch, sneakers and card holder) (purchased 12/9/23)… don’t love the line they currently have. So when I went in to possibly exchange for something I do like, the gal told me she helped my husband out with my purchase. Said I can exchange it for something of equal or higher value only. I walked around and didn’t see anything I liked. So I asked for a credit so I may return at a later date to get something I’ll use. She told me I can’t get a credit, and got the manager for me. He also told me it’s their in-store policy that I only have 15 days to return or get a credit. If I purchased o line, I’d have until January 17, but because he got it in-store, I only had 15 days (which would be before Christmas and I hadn’t even received it yet!) He told me under no circumstances I could get a credit.
So, I exchanged the shoes I will never wear and kept the clutch and card holder I’ll also never use. Really hate that I feel this way now as I’ve been buying Burberry for years. Not anymore.
Do yourself a favor… DO NOT SHOP BURBERRY unless you’re absolutely sure you’re going to love and keep the items.
Burberry customer is awful 0 star
Placed an online order , their so called courier UPS failed to delivered the item. Raised the complains few time their worthless customer service and they have one agent named Gabriel is useless , still haven’t got my order neither the refund.
Never ever buy from Burberry , they are grim company to shop for.
They customer service over the phone and by email are grim with zero manners , avoid them at all costs

I have placed an order over a month ago which is never arrived I did omplain about to back and forth but their useless employer names Gabriel has zero customer skills advised me that they can't help anymore that you have to ask for your bank for the refund regarding your missing order.
I have never received such kind of pity and grim customer service.
Burberry you should be ashamed of your awful customer service and I need my money back regarding my Order #20690543.
Today I also spoken to a lady over the phone she was also useless like rest of the typical customer service agents.
Never ever buy from Burberry, day light robbers , robbing innocent UK customers, grim shopping experience.

I wish i looked into all these bad ratings before making a purchase. I bought a pair of gloves. I loved the style of it. but oh my i regret getting it. I bought it spring time so obviously didn’t get to wear them until late autumn. after like only 5 wears the leather broke. They refused to do anything about it even though it should have a 2 year warranty. When my louboutin shoes broke ( and they were worn a lot) even thought it was the end of 2 years warranty the louboutin store still exchanged my pair of shoes with no problem.

Købte jakke til 14.000 kr på ferie i Paris. Den går i stykker ved en knap bagpå efter 6 uger. Kundeservice i England sender mig til butik i København, som sender mig ud med en bemærkning om at de er en franchise butik og dermed kun tager i mod reklamationer fra varer købt i egen butik. Men nærmeste flagskib store er i Tyskland - der kunne vi prøve!
Tilbage til kundeservice i England, som efter 6 dage nu kan fortælle mig at det er “Wear and tear”, altså kundens skyld. En jakke brugt maksimalt 4 gange ind og ud af en bil. Til 14.000 kr. De anbefaler at finde en skrædder og få stoffet fikset. Tusinde tak for det gode råd😊

Absolutely shocking! Not sure how this business is still operating.
Don’t purchase anything from Burberry if you don’t want to lose your mind dealing with them.
I have purchased a pair of sneakers (not cheap!), which has fallen apart in less than a year. Requested exchange! After twenty odd emails with photos etc and numerous phone calls, they decided to give me a refund instead of sending me a new pair. While I was on the phone I was asked to make the payment for a new pair. I was happy to do that. Not sure what they did from their end but I found out that I was charged an additional amount which no one can explain what it was for and no one is taking any responsibility for it.
I have received the new pair today, which was not even brand new. Damaged box, creased paper inside the box, dirty laces and the shoe itself has a mark on it also.
I am absolutely disgusted with the whole thing. Will never buy from them again.
Expensive boots plastic coating on top of leather
I bought a £650 pair of Burberry boots that were reduced to £350 in Harvey Nichols. The leather upper is coated with a coloured plastic laquer - a very thin layer of plastic. After just 6 or 7 outings the plastic layer started to flake off and peel away from the leather or suede underneath. I couldn't believe it. I thought if I looked after them I'd have them for decades. Now the plastic coating is flaking off all around the boots uppers. They just look like trash. The sole is almost perfect. What happens is that the plastic coating flakes off at stress points around the boot.
I contacted customer services and that was a waste of time. They seem to think they can be repaired but I have taken advice from a leather specialist and there is nothing that can be done. This is really quite bad. Effectively, this is faux leather or leatherette. That's appalling for the price and the supposed high status of the brand.

1 star because I can’t give a zero . Recieved a scarf as a gift in April off my family . As it has been warmer months I have worn this scarf about 6 times . Put it on last week and noticed a tiny hole . Absolutely gutted . Such poor quality . Expected it to last for years with a bit of care and looking after .Customer care said they will not repair item . Disgusting

Sadly like most reviews on here i have to rate Burberry products and customer service as very poor. One star is too many!!
Bought a very expensive scarf in March 2023 as a one off luxury present.I have noticed a couple of holes appear in the fabric.- quality obviously not very good
Contacted customer services who sent a response saying basically it fair wear and tear and fobbed me off.Even suggested taking it to a taylor to get repaired
The scarf has been worn about 10 times maximum which makes a mockery of their response
My advice to anyone considering purchasing any items from Burberry is to avoid at all costs and choose someone else. Their products are over priced and poor in quality. Customer service is non existent- i am putting it down to a lesson learnt on my part but hopefully can help others with this review

Trying to get a refund as only has it for 1 month but refusing to. Tried PayPal, Fair Trading, bank, burberry isn't responding to them. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Ho comprato camicie, borselli ed altro, mentre la mia prima cinta burberry circa 15 anni fa al negozio ufficuale burberry, pagata circa 200 euro. È durata almeno 12 anni, perciò non posso assolutamente lamentarmi. Ne ho comprata un'altra 2 anni fa,sempre al negozio burberry, pagata 280 euro. Dopo neanche un anno e messa non piu di un giorno a settimana, ha cominciato a staccarsi il classico disegno burberry (avana nero rosso), all'altezza dei buchi. Sono tornato al negozio per avere una spiegazione e mi è stato risposto che non potevano far nulla perché io avevo fatto accorciare per conto mio la cinta. La cinta è stata fatta accorciare una volta rimossa la fibia, cioè nel modo esatto, mentre si è scollata al centro. Non capisco cosa centri il fatto di averla accorciata, quando il problema è di tutt'altro motivo. Mi viene da pensare che questa cinta sia un falso venduta dal negozio ufficiale e che loro con la scusa della mia modifica comunque fatta da un calzolaio vero, se ne siano lavati le mani. Sicuramente il mio ultimo acquisto Burberry
