Truly awful company
Truly awful company. Clothes hideously overpriced, yet often of mediocre quality. Customer service poor and a bloated management team that is running the company into the ground, whilst continuing to reward themselves handsomely.
If they're still around in 12 months time, in their current format, it will be a miracle, so be careful with purchasing goods, as any future guarantees may be prove to be worthless!
I won’t be buying from Burberry any more…
I ordered two pairs of the sneakers and left a note just in case. UPS rather to re-deliver the parcel again, according Burberry CS (supposed to be 3 attempts), sent my items to the collection point that is far away. So, I contacted Burberry regarding this. They have told me that they provided the wrong information. I said to them that I don’t want anymore these orders and would like a refund.
The orders had been delivered and still no refund. They orders never reached me, I never opened them. So, they have been returned back to you the same way as you posted them. So, where is my refund? I want my money back.
Customer service luck of the draw
I ordered a few items in the Burberry sale. The items arrived relatively quickly and they were lovely. In the end I returned both items for various reasons nothing to do with quality. I had an issue/query with return shipping slips etc so contacted customer service via email which is why one star was dropped as the issue wasn't resolved and didn't really help much. I ended up contacting again via WhatsApp instead and this was much better, quick resolution and soon items were returned and a refund issued. Maybe it's just luck of the draw who you get in customer service but via WhatsApp the service was excellent, helpful, accommodating and even going out of the way to look for other sizes in stock that might not show online.
Poor Product Design and terrible customer support
So some trainer less than 3 months old have leaked the under colour onto the front white part. Absolutely a design fault and Burberry do nothing! Say go back to where I purchased them. No Burberry trainer should not bleed colour in the rain that’s your product design teams fault and you should help your customers. Horrified given what you pay for Burberry items.

Comprata mesi fa una cintura nel negozio Burberry di Regent st. a Londra. Dopo qualche mese di utilizzo "invernale", l'ho indossata su un paio di pantaloni estivi in una calda giornata di maggio e, inevitabilmente, ho sudato. La cintura si è "sciolta" incollandosi ai pantaloni "in cintura" anche macchiandoli. Inviate foto al servizio clienti, con foto della scatola e del codice a barre allegato al prodotto, mi hanno detto che senza la "prova di acquisto", ossia lo scontrino, non prendevano in considerazione la questione. Secondo voi dobbiamo conservare tutti gli scontrini degli acquisti ? E per quanto tempo ? Non sanno risalire alla fornitura attraverso il codice a barre ? Stessa qualità di una cintura fake, pagata 30 volte di più. Addio.

Don't expect any help from customer support
Bought Barberry named perfume from Burberry so any issue you have one would expect to contact Barberry. I did that and they washed there hands off and said that Cote manufactures the perfume for us so contact them. They will sort out any concerns.
What an answer !! They did not provide any contact details of cote to help me contact them. They expected me to find details of there sub manufacturers. Terrible customer support from Barberry. Luck that my purchase was small amount. I subsequently read many reports where people have lost lot of money. Not to mention stress.

Jeg har købt en kortholder til min mand som er ved at gå op i hjørnet. Han har haft den halvanden år, altid haft den i inderlommen på sin jakke kun sjældent haft den oppe da man jo mu bruger sine kort på IPhone. Men de er stadig så frække at sige den er brugt forkert…
Jeg forstår sku godt folk køber fake! 1400kr for en latterlig pung der knap bliver brugt og så kan den ikke holde 2 år!
return label not included and lack of support
And today the cherry on top of the cake of this atrocious experience of buying online from Burberry:
I finally received my items (Finally! their express shipping method is one of the slowest ever experienced) and decided to send them back as they don't fit as expected.
I tried to process the return online, as I always do - and in the meantime called the UPS collection. The person who delivered the parcel was still in the area and came back straight away to collect my return but I had to send him away because the Burberry website was not working and was not able to finalise the return and print a label.
I would have expected a return label already in the parcel (that's what I am used to from numerous brands I shop from online) but I guess their procedure is different, or simply someone forgot to put a return label inside my parcel? In both cases, this is ridiculous and not up to standards I would expect from such a brand.
I called immediately the customer care which was totally useless and they told me I could only receive a label tomorrow as this is the procedure if a label has to be created manually.
Tomorrow a collection for me is not possible because I will be away the whole day and the day after we are going to leave for holidays.
I am astonished by the level of unprofessionalism received every step of the way during this order: the most disappointing experience ever had, which I will make sure to not repeat not buyng anything from them ever again.

I very much hope that this was my first and last complaint with the brand, because this hassle, the time and the outcome of a "concession" are absolutely unacceptable. Unfortunately, this brand does not understand customer orientation at all! Disappointing and frightening how little organization and coordination is behind my case

Excellent Customer Service
I have a trench, but one epaulette was missing. I contacted the customer service. The woman was very friendly and helpful. In less than ten minutes I had the order ready for the replacement pieces. Would really recommend!
Terrible customer services
Terrible customer services, I bought two pair of shoes at the outlet store and found that there are some problems, I contact the email they provided on the website, they replied they will follow up and communicate with that outlet store within 3to 5 business days, but now more than a week, I didn't receive any call and email to follow-up, and I send email and also replied to those old email, no more reply.

le tissu est râpé et l'on voit la trame, aux manches, et aux poches, il bouloche, tous les boutons tombent les uns après les autres, et en plus ils marquent un rond sur le devant pour le "pseudo service clients" c'est normal! Pire ils m'ecrivent d'aller voir un tailleur!
