Not satisfied at all. The process was confusing and took more time than it should.

Llevo federado en trailrunning desde 2015, corriendo un año con The North Face, muy contento con la tienda distribuidora, gente competente, pero a la vez muy decepcionado con la compra de las zapatillas que he comprado para la temporada de media distancia FEMECV , las vectiv infinite 3 compré dos pares y he hecho como mucho 250 km y me ha salido un hollo o bulto en el metatarso , la respuesta de north face ha sido que es por desgaste, espero que se me gaste las siguientes y gastar los dos pares que tengo para la larga distancia vectiv enduris 4 , había apostado por esta marca ya que son muy cómodas pero una empresa como the north face, más la respuesta recibida por la empresa, no merece mi compra de más modelos , doy un diez por comodidad y resultados en los terrenos pero ninguna por incidencias, más que yo la tenía como un motero tiene a harley davison. Vuelvo a repetir , la tienda distribuidora un 10, de tienda no cambio, de marca por supuesto ya que no te ofrecen un servicio coherente.

Compre un abrigo buscando calidad y me encontré una prenda que se mancho con agua de lluvia en el primer día. Y al tercer día me encontré que se habia descosido la parte del bolsillo.

Iluso de mi, escribi a la empresa , creyendo que con el nombre de marca que tienen, me sustituitian la prenda. Y cual fue mi sorpresa que después de estar escribiendo email y enviando fotos. Me encontré con la sorpresa de que dicen que no cubre la garantía dichas roturas ni mancha.

Y mi pregunta es. Entonces que cubre la garantía?

Una vergüenza. A los pocos días me compré otra marca y estoy encantado con ella.

Moins 10 étoile sincèrement Achat d’une doudoune à 500euros au bout de 10 jours la doudoune se déchire à cause du scratch je contacte le SAV avant le délai des 30 jours pour constater le défaut a plusieurs reprises qui sont de mauvaise foi ils me refusent tout ni remboursement ni remplacement du produit ni réparation ils inventent un faux prétexte mécanique sur simple photo sans contrôle par un humain le service client est catastrophique il comprenne un mots de français sur 10000 vraiment une marque honteuse avec des pratiques pas claires ne perder pas votre argent ce n’est clairement plus une marque fiable il cherche qu a faire du chiffre Même en bafouant sciemment les droit des clients a vomir a fuir de toutes urgence une marque sous dictature clairement et en voyant les autres commentaires je suis loin d’être la seule

Le SAV aucune compétence problème avec ma gourde qui fuit quand on la retourne et surtout à l'intérieur des points de rouilles comme réponse du SAV problème de séchage je n'ai pas de problème avec mes autres gourdes bisar surtout au prix d'une gourde donc le contrôle n'a été fait sur la chaîne asiatique et en plus il ne retrouve pas à gourdes pour me la rendre comme par hasard ils font autruche

Can't give zero unfortunately. Avoid these scammers if you know what's good for you. Utter useless. Arranged a return, their drop off point who take parcel, take email address, and send you confirmation it's returning. Yodel (yes, that complete disgrace of a delivery company) don't return it. North face want proof I returned with a receipt they don't give you. Emails and photos to prove this. If you buy from these more fool you, complete clowns who will basically steal your money.

This company and their delivery partner are a complete scam. They claim to of delivered my package, it was only a sweatshirt, on 24th March. However, there was nobody home as I was working away in Scotland until 26th March. Despite clearly stating on the delivery details that any parcel has to be handed over to the person at the address, photograph taken, and signed for. They said it was left on the step. This is a house which is situated on a main road. Well, you can guess, when I got home it was nowhere to be seen.
I took the matter up with the delivery company and also NF. Absolutely useless. They both didn’t want to know, despite being in breach of their delivery terms and conditions. I now don’t know what to do about this. I’ve even thought of reporting them to the police.
But my advice is that you avoid purchasing from this company at all costs.

Producto defectuoso y un sistema de cambios que obliga a devolver y comprar de nuevo adelantando dinero por un error de la empresa.

Opté por esperar al reembolso y, mientras tanto, el artículo se quedó sin stock. Resultado: me he quedado sin la prenda que compré.

La solución ofrecida (20% en otra prenda) no compensa en absoluto y el caso fue cerrado como “resuelto”, dejándome sin una solución real. Tras exponer mi descontento, da la sensación de que me han dado un portazo en la cara.

Gestión claramente deficiente. No recomiendo la marca.

I ordered items from The North Face online store (northface.com) and several products I paid for were never delivered.

I contacted customer support, provided all requested evidence, and instead of resolving the issue, they refused to take responsibility. When I tried to push the case further, they simply stopped responding.

I was left without the missing items and without any resolution.

Very disappointing and hard to trust an online store that handles issues like this. Absolutely do not recommend buying directly from them.

Produit Summit Series haut de gamme dont les coutures thermocollées se dégradent prématurément. Refus total de prise en charge malgré usage normal. Décevant pour une marque positionnée sur la durabilité.

Products easily break, tear apart, rip, etc. Even expensive products aren’t as good products like Patagonia and Arcxtrz. They also do not hold their promise on warranty. Customer service are unhelpful, unknowledgeable and unkind. I suggest you buy other better products from different companies. Better products, better warranties, better customer service.

Hi, I'm not happy with the quality of the hoodie. I first bought a light-colored one for $65. I washed it by hand to avoid using the washer-dryer, but the bottom elastic on the hoodie stretched out, I left it as is, but when I bought a white hoodie for my son and the elastic also stretched out, and then the patch pocket came off after the second wash, that was just too much.

I bought one online from MEC and I got one with a shorter right sleeve, one of the caps got stuck one the other side when I buttoned it right after two weeks, also the feathers come out too easily and to top it up it had imperfections with the strings from the zippers, yes little things but for a coat costing me 400 dollars I am very much disappointed. This brand I will never buy NORTH FACE EVER AGAIN and DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone, their standards are very low indeed and they make very cheap work you can tell by the quality of the material, the thread they use to sew is very cheap it breaks very fast. This parka should cost around 100 to 150 based on the quality they provide us as customers with. Not worth anyone's time or anything at all. Do not buy it or you will end up very disappointed. 0 stars out of 5. Not a single good thing about it we just pay a brand name and it's way overpriced. I am simply tired of all this nonsense this guys lost me and a lot of other future customers I hope. AWFULL, DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS ONLINE. Ho eseguito una serie di acquisti tramite il loro sito internet, dove in prima pagina c'era la promozione che se si acquistava 100€ di una serie di prodotti senza scontistica, si riceveva un buono Strava. Ho cliccato appositamente su quella promozione che mi ha portata ai prodotti prescelti e poi ho scelto ed acquistato il giorno stesso. La promozione non mi è mai poi arrivata e contattando il servizio cliente, rispondimi che la promozione era scaduta. Ma il loro sito internet non era aggiornato e io ho ben seguito la loro procedura sul sito internet che sarebbe stato dovuto esser aggiornato e quella procedura chiusa. Anche contattando il loro servizio clienti non ho ottenuto il buono Strava. Molto insoddisfatto, non acquisterò mai più

As a long time loyal customer of this brand I'm disgusted with the way I've been treated. They dispatched my order through DPD which in turn was delivered elsewhere to a safe place which the proof photo wasn't my property, they weren't interested and said contact the sender. Back to North Face and they sent an email back saying to the effect it's been dispatched, it's been delivered no refund will be issued. Absolutely not
Acceptable, you've lost a customer never again. Funny you don't respond to any of these reviews either, no customer service.... disgraceful!!!
