Wealth doesn't buy class
Having shopped with Gucci for watches for years, I needed one link and having phone and researched via Gucci- nothing. I even went to shop in Bond Street, London who almost laughed me out the door. Couple of months later, I managed to find a company in Essex, UK. They sorted link (at some cost!), cleaned watch at another cost and sent back in cardboard box.
Unlike Thomas Sabo, with a watch of theirs, whose staff were incredibly respectful Lakeside, UK store, sourced couple of links to Germany (free) and when returned, the watch had been cleaned perfectly and presented wrapped like I had just bought.
I have had a wonderful experience with Gucci
I have had a wonderful experience with Gucci customer service after contacting their corporate office. I purchased a pair of Jordan Loafers from Bloomingdale's, and there was a defect. Not only did Gucci contact Bloomingdale's, but they had them ship me a new pair. The staff, GIGI, and Nicolete, who work for Gucci, went above and beyond to help me rectify the issue. The shoes themselves are the most comfortable shoes I own. The leather is very soft and comfy!
The worst customer service
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from such a prestigious brand. I ordered a shoulder bag on March 13 and was expecting delivery by March 19. But there was no updates on the order even after that delivery date passed. I tried contacting customer service multiple times through the website and live chat, but received no response. So, I had to call and cancel the order after 19 days of placing the order.

Terrible customer service. Refuse to cancel order that I made 2 minutes ago , apparently already processing in the warehouse. For a luxury brand , you expect much better.

Tragiczna jakość butów i torebki. Logo z torebki wyciera się bardzo szybko. Buty tak niewygodne, że rania stopy. Nie idzie w nich chodzić. Reklamacja odrzucona w obu przypadkach. Drogie rzeczy, niewarte ceny. Dramat.
Dishonest.
Bought Gucci guilty edt, new and sealed in plastic, therefore brand new (so not a return from someone else).
Opened it to find it was missing literally 10% of the perfume inside. They didn’t fill it up.
When you pay 80 euros for 50ml you don’t expect dishonesty like that. Disgusting.
After some googling, it seems MANY people have complained about the exact same thing. Gucci couldn’t care less.

Ich reklamieren ein Shirt dessen nähte nach nicht einmal 2 Jahren verdreht sind, der Stoff verformt und ein Loch am Nacken durch das eingenäht Label und erhalten nur Standard Mails mit einer Ablehnung. Katastrophe. 500€ und keine Qualität!
Poor company do not trust
Please do not trust this company. I purchased a purse for my wife for Christmas. Was told the purse would have the authenticity tracker. When my wife tried to authenticate it, it did not work. I contacted Gucci. I was told that a tracker was not needed since the purse was purchased from them. After I explained to the representative that this was not acceptable, due to being told earlier by another representative before purchase it would have it. I then proceeded to swap the purse, I was told that I could not swap it because I used the free embroidery to have her name put in it. I explained to the representative that if the purse had the tracker as promised I would not bring trying to swap. Gucci did not care.
As a side note. I used my Citi card. Tried to get Citi to assist me in the swap. Citi sided with Gucci without even asking our side of the story, needless to say I cancelled that card and now we are going back to American Express.
I thought I would never get pair of stud earrings
Really wanted a pair of stud earrings and they were showing out of stock. The online assistant Benedetta helped me and said she would try and track them down at their facilities. Next thing she told me they were being shipped out and I got them the following day. Top class service as always I have never had an issue online or in-store with Gucci. Excellent service and very efficient. Thanks a lot!!

A minha experiência com a Gucci foi profundamente dececionante e incompatível com o prestígio que a marca afirma representar.
Recebi uma encomenda aparentemente selada que, ao ser aberta de imediato (com registo em vídeo contínuo), estava vazia — sem o artigo adquirido no valor de 1900€. Enviei fotografias e vídeo no próprio momento, agindo com total transparência e boa-fé.
A resposta que obtive foi uma recusa baseada exclusivamente em registos de peso, sem qualquer investigação visível, sem abertura para análise das provas enviadas e sem verdadeira preocupação com o cliente.
Se não fosse a proteção oferecida pela PayPal, teria simplesmente perdido 1900€. A marca não assumiu qualquer responsabilidade nem demonstrou compromisso em apurar seriamente o sucedido.
Como cliente, é constrangedor e revoltante ter de recorrer a uma esquadra de polícia para formalizar uma ocorrência por algo que claramente não foi causado por mim. Isto não corresponde ao padrão de excelência, responsabilidade e respeito que se espera de uma casa de luxo internacional.
A reputação constrói-se não apenas pelo nome, mas pela forma como se protege o cliente quando algo corre mal. Infelizmente, nesta situação, senti-me desamparado.

Such a pleasant experience! The website and app are both easy to navigate, super quick delivery (24 hrs from the point of ordering) and the refund process was smooth and easy to navigate. I don't think I was lucky either as each time I've ordered (3 times now) everything has run like clockwork. A class brand backed up with a class experience!
They Don't Know What Customer Service Is
Had an awful experience with their dismissive and rude staff. I took a bag for repair and was informed that there would be a charge as I had damaged the bag. A heavy brass barrel was apparently bent by me despite the bag being used only a handful of .times. As I explai ed to them if I had been using the bag in a way to damage the fixture the whole strap would have broken. Apparently because they had never seen that problem before it meant that I had done it. Any other brand would have acknowledged the fault and repaired the item. Gucci products are poorly made which I guess gives them a chance to gouge in repairs. They do not care that they have so much bad feedback in terms of customer service. I only hope that this review encourages people not to buy their rubbish products and shop with a brand such as LV which provides quality customer care.
Luxury Image, Mainstream Service
I recently placed an online order with Gucci, expecting the kind of seamless experience normally associated with a luxury house. Unfortunately, the reality was very different.
The parcel was blocked at the DHL hub because the shipment was missing required documentation for a regulated item. This is basic shipping procedure, and something a brand of this level should handle routinely.
What was most disappointing is that I had to notice the issue myself through the tracking and contact customer service. There was no proactive communication, no apology, and no real sense of urgency. The responses I received were generic and slow.
By the end of the week, the problem was unresolved, and I had to request a cancellation. I am now still waiting for confirmation of the refund.
Gucci doesn't provide a luxury experience. This brand is mainstream, providing a mass-market service with a luxury price tag. Needless to say I won't ever purchase anything from this brand ever again.

Esperienza negativa per quanto riguarda assistenza clienti, ho portato in una boutique a Milano una cintura da uomo che aveva rotto un perno sulla fibbia e dopo varie mail la risposta è stata che non era possibile ripararla in quanto i materiali non erano più disponibili....complimenti!!!!!
Scandaloso cinte Gucci sono di cartone stampate
Ho comprato due cinte 1 nel negozio di via condotti a Roma, ed 1 è stata spedita dal negozio di Firenze, che dire appena le ho comprate ero molto contento,il costo di 1 singola cinta è di euro 350,00 a distanza di 2 mesi le cinte si sono iniziate a tagliare con la fibbia,ed è uscito furi che di pelle non c’è nulla, cartone stampato un scandalo pensavo che Gucci fosse un marchio di qualità invece na sola. Mai più sconsiglio vivamente prodotti scarsa qualità
