C'est mon 4éme Blackview, oui je suis insistant dans la bêtise. Et encore une nouvelle emmerde. Ces téléphones ne sont pas fiables, après des problèmes d’obsolescence et un écran cassé voilà des problèmes de connectivité. Actuellement, même avec une carte sim changée, mon téléphone ne capte plus le réseau. Je précise qu'avec un téléphone lambda, c'est fonctionnel....... Laissez tomber Blackview

Asked for help, got attitude. Asked for escalation, got ignored. Asked for accountability, got blocked.

After raising a genuine customer service complaint and repeatedly requesting escalation, Blackview stopped responding and then blocked me from their Facebook page instead of addressing the issue.

This is extremely concerning behaviour from a company selling phones and tablets internationally, especially when the complaint related to poor support handling and refusal to escalate by senior staff.

Rather than resolving the problem professionally, they chose to silence public feedback. Blocking a customer for raising a legitimate issue only reinforces the concerns about their after-sales service.

I would strongly advise buyers to consider how warranty or support issues may be handled if something goes wrong.

Venho através desse, expressar minha indignação, comprei um tablet da marca Black View em dezembro, já parou de funcionar e consegui restaurar, isso com um mês de funcionamento 
Porém agora, travou e não liga de jeito nenhum , já leve na assistência técnica e disseram que não tem conserto !!!!
Um tablet novo, moderno, porém de PÉSSIMA QUALIDADE E SEM CONCERTO !!!!!
Gostaria de receber meu dinheiro de volta 
Pois me sinto EXTREMAMENTE 
ENGANADO , com um aparelho que custou caro e não funciona e o pior , SEM CONCERTO !!!!!!

dans mon metier nous avons que des blackview bv7200 toujours des problemes sur ce modele en tout cas : au bout d'un certains tps le 1er qu'on a eu ne chargeait plus du tout au bout d'un an et la màj ne se faisait plus du tout , gmaps ne marchait pas playstore non plus..., le 2eme en etant en mode sonnerie il se comporte comme si il etait en silencieux bilan de l'histoire on rate des appels tres importants , fuyez cette marque de me...! dautres sous marques et surement moins cher font bcp mieux le taf! mon tel perso est un crosscall jnen fait pas la pub mais jen suis satisfait ds l'ensemble.

My phone arrived quickly and seemed fine until I tried to use the NFC part of it. No matter what I tried it didn't work so I contacted tech support. They messed me around for over a week with codes that didn't work, they either couldn't or wouldn't answer my questions about what was going on and their answers to the fix and the two year warranty to the phone came with was send it back to where you bought it and get your money back. I personally don't think they had the slightest Idea of how to fix the phone.

First black view I brought was good,till I broke the screen,my fault,so I brought a more expensive one,,,what a piece of crap,,in two months it's all over the shop,screen turns orange,switch's of by itself,then flashs black view constantly then when I finally turns on just does all sorts of weird stuff,with some small messages on top of the screen,half the time when it does work, doesn't ring often,changes settings,does my head it,,going brand name,never again

I ordered Blackview DCM6 on February 14, 2026 (Order #PO50763, 1,798 DKK). 49 days later — no parcel, no refund. Tracking 4PX3002524921547CN dead since March 3. Danish carrier DAO confirmed they never physically received it. I contacted support multiple times via chat and email. No resolution. This is unacceptable for a company selling to EU customers.

I purchased a Blackview N6000 Phone some time ago. It's software is out of date and it comes with a lot of bloatware/malware. I accept that, can remove those and it's otherwise OK.

I have started receiving advertisements from the preinstalled applications that I cannot remove through the normal Android interface, nor via ADB. I do not care for "sparktube dramas", "redeeming Amazon giftcards for points", and whatever else they deem to send my way.

Another thing to consider is that there is no way to to purchase spare parts for this phone. While it may be a durable phone (Except for the parts I've glued back together), once it's broken you are completely out of luck.

Just buy a cheap Oppo or Samsung device and get a case + screen protector. You'll have a better experience for the same cost.

Do not buy a black view, if you want to look in your gallery of photos random publicity videos jump up and won't switch off,realy loud music so can make you jump you have to try to get out of gallery switch off then on again it takes so long to go from one photo to the next like this, if you accidentally swipe too fast up or down on an app the phone says turn off app and blocks till you turn it off and on again, if the battery gos dead you charge and turn on a notice says phone is corrupt and can't be trusted,I learnt how to factory reset to get back in but this can take 10 minutes! You type and the keyboard bugs and takes ages to spell,if it goes too fast again it says close app and bugs till you close then re open! When someone calls it won't show you the respond button till the person has hung up, if you click on Facebook it opens Instagram,then 3 other apps before finally opening the one you chose, the screen bugs and leaves half a screen of advertising and your home screen, the clock gets stuck on the last time you opened you phone so when you look at the time it's not the real time and takes a while to adjust,At this point I'm ready to use a cup on a piece of string for communication! This phone is new 2 months ago,it's going in the bin next month and I will be going back to Redmi

Anfang März 2026 das Blackview Tabwee T50 über den Official Store über Media Markt für 89.- gekauft. Nach einiger Zeit musste Ich feststellen das irgendwas nicht mit dem Tablet stimmt. Ich hatte gerade einmal ein paar Apps und Filme ca. 12 Gigabayte drauf schon machte es komisch. Als ich dann noch feststellte das meine verschiedenen Dateimanager mal intern 64 , der andere 128 Gb anzeigten, war mir schon klar das was nicht stimmen kann. Es wird mit Android 16 6+128Gb beworben. Am nächsten Tag, nach dem Starten, ging dann garnichts mehr. Es hängte sich die ganze Zeit auf. Ich wusste, es stimmt etwas gewaltig , Nicht!! dann googlte ich nach meinem Tablet Tabwee T50 und gab das Wort "Betrug" hinten an. Und schwubs die wubs, kamen mehrere Artikel, die das Tablet aufgemacht haben und herausfanden das die angegebenen Hardware nicht dem Produkt entsprach!! Es sind nur 4 Gb ECHTER RAM und nur 64 Gb. ECHTER Massenspeicher!! Natürlich habe ich sofort Blackview angeschrieben und versucht unter der angegebenen Tel. anzurufen aber bis jetzt keine Antwort. Und das ist einfach gesagt ein FETTER BETRUG, den das Tablet wird immer noch so verkauft!!!! Ich werde jetzt direkt zu MM gehen und fragen wie ich mein Geld zurück bekomme oder Paypal anschreiben das es sich ganz klar um ein Betrug handelt!!! Achtung , KAUFT NICHT DIESES TABLET - Blackview Tabwee T50 mit Adroid 16. Gruß Dominik U.

J’ai commandé un téléphone et une tablette chez BlackView, et malheureusement la tablette est arrivée HS. Autant la livraison a été rapide, autant le SAV est inexistant.
Depuis je galère pour renvoyer ma tablette HS pour en avoir une qui fonctionne.
J’ai payé pour le retour SAV et ce dernier est injoignable, sachant qu’il n’arrive pas à éditer une lettre de transport correcte afin que le colis ne me reviennent pas alors que je l’ai déjà retourné.
La société de vente ne me répond même plus au téléphone, je pense qu’elle m’a blacklisté!!!!!
Par mail je ne reçois que des retours qui me disent d’attendre!!!!! Cela fait maintenant pas loin de 2 mois que ça dure!
Je DÉCONSEILLE donc vivement d’acheter chez eux car pas du tout ni professionnel, ni commercial.

I am extremely disappointed. I bought a brand new Blackview Xplore 2 and after only 3 days of use, the 50MP main camera and the flashlight are DEAD. The Engineer Mode (##87##) confirms a RED FAIL for the hardware sensor.
This is my SECOND Blackview device in a row with hardware issues. I have already spent over 100 Euros in international shipping fees just to handle these faulty units. Including the device, my total investment is over 550 Euros, and I have a paperweight.
I am a technical user and I use this as my work tool. I refuse any local repair because opening the device will destroy the IP68/IP69K water resistance. I expect Blackview to take responsibility for this DOA case and send a replacement unit immediately. I have already sent video proof to the support team. Do not ignore your loyal customers!

Have had a BV5200 Pro for two or three years now. It's my second Blackview - the first is still doing hard yards on my bike as a navigation device - had to change because the Android version 7 it runs wasn't secure for banking apps.

The first one had a problem with the microphone early on, but the unit was exchanged and has been fine since. The current BV5200 has worked very well, but again the updates don't come so I'm retiring it soon and have ordered another Blackview (a BV8200). The BV5200 Pro has a couple of small software glitches, but they only surface occasionally and it otherwise works perfectly, although the camera isn't at its best in low light. For the money, these phones are tough and work well and I am looking forward to using the next one, especially if the camera is better.

Das Tablet hat einfach nach sechs Wochen, garnicht oft benutzt den Geist aufgegeben. Da ging garnichts mehr.
Blackview schrieb mir ich kann es in DL an eine Außenstelle schicken auf eig. Kosten und bot mir 80% vom Kaufpreis zurück zu erstatten. Gesagt getan alles original verpackt. Dann sagten sie das Paket sei nicht angekommen. Ich habe aber alles vorgelegt. Dann sagten sie sie wollen meine Daten. Das ging aber nicht. Nach langen hin und her würde ich blockiert. Sitze nun auf den Kosten. Nie wieder! Das nächste Mal bin ich schlauer. Der reinste Abzocker.

I've never been able to get my new Blackview explorer 2 to accept my location settings as always on, I've contacted them multiple times (well tried) after 20 minutes the helpline number goes to the answer phone, they don't respond. The phone itself is great for battery life and satellite when out in the sticks but I need my apps to work. 360° app I need working 24/7 same with my blink camera app. The others are not so important but they should work.

In my town we have a few phone shops and I've offered them money if they can sort out the problem. No luck with anything... I purchased direct from blackview. Be careful if you are thinking of purchasing one of these, it's a very expensive USB charger/MP3 player (sound is good)

I would have liked to be able to write a good review but sadly it has let me down and out of pocket.

I recently bought a Tablet 2025 Android 16 Tablet with Gemini AI 2.0 from Blackview and am really happy with the produce and with the customer service from Liz. Very pleased with everything.

Purchased blackview mega2 seven months ago now battery not lasting more than a few hours.
Ghave 2 year warranty but that is useless as they don't respond to my emails or online questions
So 0 stars absolute rubbish company and after sales none existent
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS RUBBISH!!!!!!!!

Jeg købte en højtaler til næsten 600 kr., men modtog i stedet et par billige earbuds. Jeg har forsøgt at kontakte deres kundeservice via e-mail og sociale medier, men har ikke modtaget noget svar. Leveringen tog desuden over 2 uger.
Jeg er meget skuffet over oplevelsen og kan desværre ikke anbefale at handle her. Spild af næsten halv tusind.
