Ich habe im August'23 über Amazon ein Ulefone Armor 21 gekauft.
Eigentlich bin ich mit dem Smartphone sehr zufrieden (bis auf den 3,5mm Klinkenanschluß, denn hat Ulefone irgendwie verkackt, der Sound der dadurch aus den Kopfhörern kommt, ist total kraftlos, über USB ist es um ein vielfaches besser), allerdings bin ich mit der Updatepolitik von Ulefone NICHT einverstanden.
Denn ich hänge mit meinem Armor 21 immer noch auf Android 13 rum, es gibt allerdings schon Android 15.
Das bekommen aber nur die Smartphones wo schon Android 14 installiert ist, daß Problem ist nur, ich habe nie ein Update auf Android 14 bekommen und hänge, wie schon geschrieben, auf Android 13 rum.
Ich habe daraufhin den SOGENANNTEN Ulefone Kundenservice angeschrieben und um eine Lösung gebeten, die Antwort war "Sie können Android 14, auf dem Armor 21, mit einem Computer installieren"...NEIN kann ich nicht, da ich keinen Computer besitze und auch niemanden kenne der einen Computer besitzt!!!
Ich habe daraufhin "kulanterweise" um einen Austausch gebeten, sprich Ulefone schickt mir ein neues Armor 21 mit Android 15 zu und ich schicke ihnen meins mit Android 13 zurück.
Antwort war "wenn Ihr Smartphone defekt ist, wenden Sie sich an Amazon"...
mein Smartphone ist nicht defekt, aber ich bin megs angepisst, da man eure Updates nur per Computer auf's Smartphone bekommt und ich habe nun mal keinen Computer!!!👎👎👎👎👎👎🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Ich wollte mir jetzt eigentlich noch das Armor Pad 5 Ultra für 799€ kaufen, das werde ich jetzt natürlich nicht mehr tun!!!
Stattdessen werde ich mir das Blackview Active 12 Pro kaufen, Blackview sichert den Kunden wenigstens 3 Jahre Updates zu!!
Ich hätte zwar lieber das Ulefone Tablet, aber MISERABELE Updatepolitik + noch MISERABELER Kundenservice (quasi NICHT vorhanden), geht gar nicht und dann heißt es nun mal NIE WIEDER Ulefone!!!
Schade...weil die Smartphones und Tablets ansich sehr gut sind, aber ich laße mich nicht ver.rschen!!!

This phone is a total joke. It’s built like a tank on the outside but has the brain of a toasted sandwich on the inside. You press the power button and then you might as well go make a coffee, have a nap, and move to a new house before the screen even realizes you touched it. And when the display finally does decide to wake up, it doesn't just "turn on"—it loads every single individual pixel one by one like it’s hand-painting a masterpiece from the 90s.
TikTok freezes the entire system so hard the audio keeps playing like a ghost in the machine while the UI just gives up on life. Every five seconds, I’m stuck in a "Not Responding" loop of hell. The only "pro" is that, by some miracle of gambling, the thing occasionally actually turns on, which is a genuine shock every time it happens. It’s not a "rugged phone"; it’s a 200-gram brick that’s testing my will to live. Ulefone managed to build a device that’s basically unbreakable, which is a shame, because I’ve never wanted to smash something against a wall more in my entire life.
Kein Support, fehlerhaft
Ich hab vor 2 Jahren ein Amorpad 2 von Ulefone gekauft. Es hatte von Anfang an heftige Mängel wie zum Beispiel dass man keinen Standard Player auswählen kann. Oder überhaupt eine Standard App für irgendwas.
Ich hab seit 2 Jahren versucht, den Ulefone-Service darüber zu befragen. Alles was die sagen ist immer, "schicke einen Screenshot und beschreibe dein Problem" und ich beschreibe mein Problem und schicke einen Screenshot und dann sagen die noch mal "Schicke einen Screenshot und beschreibe dein Problem" Seit 2. Jahren nichts anderes! außer diesen dummen Textbaustein in paar Varianten. Absolute Frechheit! Nach 2 Jahren ist das Gerät jetzt so defekt, dass es praktisch gar nichts mehr kann. Es verliert die Verbindung zum WLAN alle 20 Sekunden.
Während andere Geräte das Problem nicht haben. Also das liegt wirklich nur an diesen drecks ulefone, der nur einen fake Service hat.

È telefono di alta qualità con un prezzo basso. Rilascia aggiornamenti ed è veloce. Se si vuole trovare un difetto è che non è così intuitivo come quelli più blasonati perché ha una versione di Android differente. Lo consiglio

Ich habe erst das Armor 13 gehabt was nach 4 Jahren immer noch super funktioniert hat.
Danach hatte ich ein 8849 Tank 3,jetzt bin ich wieder bei ulefone.
Ich hab mir das Power Armor 34 pro+ geholt es wiegt zwar fast 1 Kilo aber der Akku hällt bei meinem Gebrauch 2,5 Wochen,genau so wollte ich es haben.
Was hier so manche rumgeulen verstehe ich nicht.
Man sollte auch mal mehr als 100 Euro ausgeben für ein Telefon dann hällt das auch vom Chinamann.
Nicht immer geiz ist geil vertreten und dann jammern.
Auch das es wenig bis keine Android Updates gibt ist doch auch nur Geheule auf hohem Niveau.
Das Telefon geht auch ohne Update und ob eine neuere Version jetzt das Telefon sicherer macht sei erst Mal dahingestellt.
Ich hab mir ein vernünftiges Sicherheitsprogramm von zonealarm draufgemacht und gut ist.
Selbst wenn das Telefon nach kurzer Zeit nicht mehr geht,sollte man so schlau sein wenn der Support sich nicht meldet,einfach eine fall bei PayPal aufmachen und sich das Geld wieder holen.
Wer das nicht macht ist halt selber schuld.
Ich hatte schon immer diese riesen Outdoor-Smartphones und bleibe auch dabei.
Diese flachen Kindertelefone braucht doch keiner.

Absolutely amazing phone. My Samsung Galaxy broke so was looking for a new phone that had to be rugged. I thought buying the Armour 16 was going to be a downgrade but I was so wrong.
It's super fast and works very well. The night vision camera is incredible and I'm really not sure how they've managed to create this phone given how much it costs.
All in all it's the best phone I've ever had and definitely sticking to the brand now

Ho acquistato questo tablet Ulefone Amor Pad ultra 5 circa due mesi fa Ordine n. 2025128792 con grandi aspettative, ma purtroppo si è rivelato una vera delusione.
Fin da subito ha dato moltissimi problemi: continui blocchi, rallentamenti e la necessità di riavviarlo spesso. La cosa più frustrante è che proprio nei momenti in cui mi serviva per lavoro, non era mai immediatamente utilizzabile.
Ho provato anche a fare il reset di fabbrica, ma la situazione non è migliorata: lo schermo continua a bloccarsi e il touch spesso non risponde. Un vero incubo che mi ha causato non pochi problemi lavorativi, considerando che l’avevo acquistato proprio per quello.
Nonostante il peso decisamente elevato, ero disposto a scendere a compromessi perché la presentazione prometteva molto. Purtroppo, la realtà è stata completamente diversa.
In conclusione: soldi buttati. Esperienza pessima, assolutamente sconsigliato.

I purchased a Ulefone, note 6, on the 14th of September 2022, and it was only meant to be used as a back-up phone for my Samsung Galaxy S3 mini phone.
I only use my phones for emergency purposes.
The Network connection for my Samsung phone has been playing up since November 2025, so I decided to use my Ulefone note 6.
I had to use the Ulefone in order to stay in contact with people, I had used the Ulefone note 6, many times over the past few years and have not been impressed, so the phone has stayed in it's box, the main issue I've had with the phone was the slowness it took to connect to the internet, while trying to do a basic internet search, this would take me at least three minutes.
On my Amazon's page of the items, I've purchased, when I click on the Ulefone order, it says:
Looking for something, the web page you have entered is not functioning on their website, meaning even Amazon removed the order, because they even know it was CRAP.
ULEFONE, ARE CHEAP, CHINESE, CRAP.

Final Update (April 15, 2026): I am updating this review to reflect that I have finally received my phone in full working order. The company has reached out with a formal apology and explained the logistics delays. While the 90-day waiting period was very frustrating, the hardware itself remains excellent. Ulefone builds some of the strongest phones on the market, which is why I will continue to be a customer. I am satisfied with the repair quality and am glad to have the device back. I hope my experience was an outlier and that their after-sales service improves to match the high quality of their hardware.

Terribly disappointing. While Ulefone is capable of producing decent hardware, their lack of accountability in handling repairs significantly undermines confidence in the brand. Ulefone makes solid phones, and I was initially impressed with the hardware quality. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service — specifically their repair process — has been extremely disappointing.
My phone was received by their Hong Kong facility over a month ago, and I am still waiting for a simple repair quote. I was repeatedly told the process was being “expedited,” only to later learn that the phone needed to be transferred to their Shenzhen repair center — a process that is somehow taking weeks, despite the short distance. I still haven't gotten a quote as we speak. Its been over 1 month since they received my phone.
What’s most concerning is not just the delay, but the lack of clear communication, shifting explanations, and absence of concrete timelines. This level of service does not meet the standard I would expect from a device manufacturer.
In short: good products, but unreliable after-sales support.

I had the Armour 28 phone for 6 months then died. Tried to reset to get working, this worked for about one day then it just broke down again. Contacted ulefone they said they found a scratch on the picture and refuse to help me and said it would cost me to fix it. They didn't even see the phone personally. Avoid this company. They will not refund you. They will screw you over. The phone is a piece of garbage. Their customer service is a joke Absolutely terrible I'm stuck what this piece of crap paper weight. Typical Chinese garbage. Don't buy it. Don't trust them. Typical China garbage avoid this company. They will rip you off.

J'ai acheté un Armor X12 sur le site d'ulefone en novembre. J'ai refusé le colis à son arrivée car il était vide (pas de téléphone). Deux mois plus tard et après avoir relancé plusieurs fois l'entreprise pour obtenir réparation : ils refusent de reconnaitre leur tort malgré les preuves apportées par La Poste. Ne faites pas confiance à cette entreprise.

Problemas serios con terminales Ulefone
En el segundo trimestre del pasado año 2025, compré un móvil Ulefone Armor X31 pro. A los tres meses de comprarle varias app dejaban de funcionar, entre ellas y la mas importante las llamadas telefónicas. todos los días tenía que reiniciar, una o varias veces para que pudieran funcionar de nuevo.
Contacté con Ulefone y me comentan que al no haber comprado el terminal a ellos no daban garantía.
En Septiembre pasado volví a comprar otro terminal del mismo modelo. Funcionó bien tres meses después tenía el mismo fallo. Volví a contactar con Ulefone recibiendo la misma respuesta, que me buscara la vida.
Por eso mi consejo es no comprar teléfonos de esta marca, por los problemas sufridos, por el mal trato recibido y por los comentarios que existen en la red referente a las brechas de seguridad de los terminales de la marca

It was necessary for my smartphone to visit the service. I live in Greece and there is not a distributor. After my communication with Ulefone I send my phone to Europe service and they replaced my screen without any cost because it was in guarantee time.
