We found our stay average
We found our stay average. In the 4 days stay our room was not cleaned the bin in toilet was not empty once, the glass top coffee table was never wiped. Twice I asked for toilet paper, apart from that the room size was good. Evening meals was passable, I feel there is always room for improvements, We found 4 days stay was plenty enough

The Royal Hotels usually receive excellent feedback due to the wonderful service, excellent food and superb live entertainment on offer so it does sadden us to receive your review.
Room cleanliness matters are usually dealt with urgency once notified. We do kindly ask guests to please make us aware of any issues whatsoever so they can be dealt with at the time. We would have ensured our housekeeping team tended to the matters immediately. We do apologise sincerely as it is certainly not our usual excellent standard.
Thank you for the feedback on our food also, we do have a restaurant supervisor on duty at each sitting, should there be any problems with your meal / replacements / suitable alternatives would be arranged promptly. The team will always do everything they can to make sure your dining experience is pleasurable.
With five hotels in our group there is plenty of choice for a wonderful Blackpool Holiday so we do hope you will choose the Royal Hotels again in the future,

hotel was fine .room was fine food fine, first hotel wasn't pleased about having to move on the third day second hotel the ruskin was great wheelchair friendly fantastic help yourself breakfast room was large and great staff very helpful with taking luggage in and out the room but wasn't given a explaination about why we had to move from the royal alexander to the ruskin hotel even though the ruskin hotel was better

Mr Ritchie
Mr Ritchie, this is our third time with Blackpool promotions and it has been fantastic. It’s easy to book just a quick phone call and it was done.We stay at the royal sea bank hotel which has superb food service is fantastic staff excellent, the rooms in general are fantastic. Unfortunately this time we had a very small bathroom which there was three adults sharing it was not practical and the room seamed very cramped. We will be back next year as it was still a fantastic weekend.

Lovely hotel grest location good size room and shower for four but their were five of us so they had to bring in a z bed so a bit cramped asked for a family room for five but their were only four beds however staff were very efficient bringing in another bed very helpful had a sick wee boy one night and the staff were great all nice clean bedding for him so polite and helpful have been before and will b back great food great staff great hotel thank you all xx

Royal Boston
Stayed at the Royal Boston first night we were up twice in middle of night when fire alarm went off. But still had a great time. The staff cannot be beaten on great service and friendliness, from Fiona who ran the restaurant very efficiently with great waiter staff, to the reception staff and the cleaning crew, but the best of all, has to be the young man who was compère and kept each evening going with a swing.
PS. Food was 1st class.

Friday night was a total disaster entertainment not turning up fire alarms off twice breakfast was a shambles no communication from staff they were totally indifferent to the needs of the clients could not answer any questions

Would of been 5 stars but we felt that…
Would of been 5 stars but we felt that the food was not great as no flavour every time I've been thoroughly enjoyed the staff are amazing Vicky and Pamela made us feel very welcome as the other staff I felt wasn't as welcoming keep up the good work girls room was lovely but as I have mobility problems I'd of liked a family room lower floor but it's not put me off I will be back hopefully next year but food in June was fab just didn't enjoy it this time

Do not go!!!
This hotel firstly is shocking!!! The customer service is terrible and the overall theme of the hotel is faulty towers. My elderly Granny went for a little holiday with her friend. When she got to her room she was horrified to discover that there was faeces all over the sheets! When she complained to reception, no one even apologised!!! The whole trip was a disaster so much so my granny was so upset! Everything went wrong!! I would advise people not to go!!!!!

Dining
The dining staff were amazing nothing was to much or to small for them and they was always polite and friendly chatty was a lovely experience dining morning and night lovely people a credit to the hotel the food was ok
The room
The bed was uncumfortable and lumpy like the springs were diging in to us the heating in the room was on all the time was so hot in that room having the window open did nothing
Over all expreance
If it wasnt for the nice dining staff how nice they were we would of left after the first night but to be honest the hotel was not bad and I would stay there again just not in room 34

Had to make a complaint at reception 3 times.
Blackpool promotions let us down this time.
Will think about going with them again unless they start checking the quality of their hotels.
