It was a lovely visit to Abbotsford house the grounds and house were lovely and the tour guide was most informative and also a mention to our driver Marie who was very pleasant and cheerful 😀

Had a bus trip first. Picked up from Glasgow....Stopped at The Kelpies to have a wonder round.
Then on to Bo'ness to catch our steam train for afternoon tea.
Great sandwiches, scones and selection of lovey cakes...all fresh. All served with tea & coffee.
Bus driver, staff on the train all very friendly.
Was a lovely birthday treat 🎂

Had a lovely mystery trip. The clues were cryptic but the trip was great.
The driver was very polite and personable despite a very long day - 9am pick up and return at 7pm.
Would definitely book again as this is great value for money and with only 3 pick ups and drop offs a lot easier than driving

Lovely bus comfortable only thing was a 4.5 hour trip ended up taking 7.5 hours as we were first picked up and last dropped off nice hotel and food was good have booked another trip for next may on your solo trips

The trip went so smooth left on time no hanging about far to long at breaks made it so much better Greg was a great driver explained everything as we went along will book again in the near future
The ferry was very comfortable clean and entertainment was really good

Great trip away to London with two friends to see ABBA Voyage with Loch Lomond Travel which was amazing. Neil our driver was excellent keeping us informed throughout our three day, two night trip. Our hotel Hampton Hilton by High Wycombe was lovely. The trip was great value for money and would recommend to friends and family. Looking to book another trip with Loch Lomond Travel to Belfast and Titanic experience next.

Our driver Nicky was very accommodating with any request from the passengers.Always kept us informed on how long it was between each destination.
He was always calm when driving through the road works in Edinburgh.

It was a fantastic day from begging to end our driver Nicky was so helpful music was great and he included everyone in the choices of what to play highly recommend this trip great value for money we will definitely be back

Seam free journey from start to finish, driver was lovely. Was great to sit back and relax enjoy the scenery, plenty time allowed in each place everyone on the bus is also do friendly

Awful experience with Loch Lomond. Was booked on a trip to Harry Styles concert at Wembley but bus didn’t even show up to our Halbeath pick-up point, seemingly because the driver hadn’t been told there were passengers to be picked up there.

Tried phoning and messaging the company but their offices don’t open until 9am and pick-up time was 6am and there is no out-of-hours emergency contact number so your are left stranded if they mess up. Had to use my own initiative to get there in the end.

My experience is that Loch Lomond Travel cannot be relied upon and have inadequate operational processes and checks for something as fundamental as picking up the passengers who have booked. If you book a trip with them, make sure you have a plan B.

Just back from a 5 day mystery tour, it was our first time travelling with loch lomond travel as we normally use Caledonian travel. What a fantastic time we had. Exceptional value for money. Hotel was great and our day trips were fantastic. What topped this all off was the fantastic driver greig. He was funny, informative and interacted with every passenger on the coach. He really went above and beyond for people and is an asset to your company. I would recommend loch lomond travel and look forward to booking with you again soon 😊

My friend and I had the loveliest time at The Queen Charlotte Tearooms, enjoying the Orient Express Afternoon Tea Experience. 🫖🥂🚂

Our driver, Nicky, was an absolute gem — so friendly, welcoming and full of interesting information. He really helped make the day extra special.

The whole experience was such good fun, and the staff at the tearooms were fantastic. We enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea, and the attention to detail really made us feel as though we had stepped aboard the real Orient Express. 🚂✨

A truly memorable experience and a wonderful day out with a friend. Definitely a day to remember! ❤️

Had a fabulous day out at Afternoon Tea in Leith Orient Express style which was fantastic - driver Nikki was amazing and kept us updated at each stage of the day - one downfall we had some time to spend at Ocean Terminal Shopping Centre - for a bus load of ladies there were only 5 shops and since we had just finished our afternoon tea we didnt really want to go into another coffee/bar so won't go there again but Lomond Travel fab; Orient Express Afternoon Tea fab - day out fab.

Everything was on time and the driver did well to keep to the timelines especially with heavy traffic out of Edinburgh. The venue and afternoon tea were excellent. The shopping centre was not great but we managed to pass the time quite comfortably there. Would recommend this Orient Express tour.

Do not book with this sham of a company. They are happy to take your money and ignore complaints.
People work hard to have wee breaks and trust companies like this and they are sitting happily taking of the public and not delivering the goods. About time something was done about them. If anything goes wrong they dont care one bit just a copy and paste reply "sorry" no your not, your a bunch of liars and not interested. As long as the fat cats fill thier pockets. Customer service is heartless, i would be embarrassed to work for this company. Hiding behind screen sending irrelevant emails not giving a damn about people.
JUST AVIOD AT ALL COSTS!

Reply to your comment Loch Lomond Travel..... you done nothing about my complaint and someone must have wrote it and told lies and gave no resolve for my extremely valid complaint, its was twisted by yourselves and lied about things I have proof off. So I stand by EVERYTHING I said and wouldnt like what I went through to happen to anyone else. If you were what you think or claim to be I wouldnt have needed to write this review. Doesn't matter what kind of 'team' a business is made up off its the customer that matters and your genuine need to resolve and help. There was none of this with my complaint. If you are THAT bothered then let me know where I can take this further. Ill wait......

Coach trip was quite good but could have done with slightly longer stop at Gretna. Driver Jim was good. Hotel accommodation was satisfactory and hotel staff excellent. Food left a lot to be desired, meats were well cooked but service and presentation left you feeling that they were feeding pigs. Restaurant staff were excellent but overwhelmed by numbers at times. Better service and presentation organisation would have elevated the hotel to maybe a 3 star. Bar prices, choice and service left nothing to complain about.
Tour would have been better if hotel choice was nearer to the visit itinerary and would have saved time and fuel for the driver, passengers and the vehicle.
Overall, the coach trip was good and worth three to four stars

We used our trip to Harris and Lewis with loch lomond travel as a ‘ toes in the water experience ‘ and we enjoyed it so much we have booked a second trip with them .
We were picked up exactly on time and had a pleasant journey up to Ullapool to catch the ferry over to Stornoway .
After arriving there it was a two minute trip to the hotel which was lovely ….really clean,delicious food and great entertainment.
Our tour guide was so knowledgable and we managed to cram in so much on our short trip and learnt so much about the history of the island .
The scenery was beautiful,the beaches and water was so inviting and the historical landmarks so interesting .
It was a wonderful holiday and we even managed to bring home some Stornoway black pudding as gifts thanks to the very kind driver .
The trip was easy to book ,a great price and a fantastic few days away .

Just had a great day in St Andrew’s weather was good which is always a bonus,. I liked because we had enough time for a coffee and a walk round shops did not have to hang around for too long before moving on . We then went to Anstruther which is beautiful .
Nice clean bus , driver not to talkative , nice drive home .

Had a fantastic trip to ABBA voyage. Was not looking forward to long journey but bus was so comfortable and people on bus were all so friendly it passed quickly. Hotel was better than expected going by reviews. Driver was very efficient and very friendly. Have not got a bad word to say on this well put together trip by Loch Lomond travel will certainly book again with them.
