Flug storniert wegen Corona. Unaufgefordert und völlig bürokratielos nach ein paar Tagen das Geld zurückerhalten. Davon können sich so manche Airlines eine Scheibe abschneiden! Danke Bangkok Airways!

Preis- und Leistung stimmen einfach. Selbst auf Kurzstrecken gibt es immer einen Snack und guten Service. Da zahle ich auch mal ein paar Baht mehr.

Malgré un billet non modifiable et non remboursable acheté en ligne sur leur site en janvier 2020, la compagnie a remboursé en intégralité, sans frais et rapidement sur mon compte bancaire mes billets et tout cela via internet. Je précise que je prend régulièrement cette compagnie et que les prestations en économique sont bonnes (salon et wifi à l'aéroport, sandwich chaud servit à bord même pour 45mn de vol).
Notre chère compagnie nationale Air France devrait prendre exemple sur Bangkok Airways!!!!

Sehr gut! Wir haben unser Geld innerhalb von 5 Tagen zurückbekommen. Durch die Corona-Krise konnten wir nicht fliegen. Der Flug von Bangkok nach Krabi wurde durchgeführt nur wir konnten nicht fliegen. In diesem Fall hätten wir nie gedacht das wir unser Geld zurück bekommen. Da sollte sich die AUA ein Beispiel nehmen. Flug storniert und kein Geld zurück, keiner Erreichbar.

Due to COVID-19 we are not able to fly to Thailand this June. Our internal flights with Bangkok Air are still running but the airline gave us a full refund as they understood the circumstances. This was a pleasant surprise and we felt like they really value their customers!

The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because we booked our return flight through a travel agent (GoToGate) and the agent is refusing to give us a refund, even though Bangkok Air have already refunded our outbound flight. However, I am hoping that Bangkok Air will be able to help with this.

Tivemos um bilhete cancelado no meio de uma conexão e não conseguimos chegar na Tailândia. Desta forma, não conseguimos fazer o check in no voo comprado na Bangkok air para o dia 18/3, desde então estamos tentando o cancelamento gratuito, a empresa so envia email automatico e nao resolve esta situação .

I've booked tickets to my wife and myself from Myanmar to Bangkok - decided to pay more (compare to low-cost airlines that operate the same route) for better service and to avoid any hassle. As dates are public holidays - I've booked tickets in advance to ensure normal prices.
Month later Bangkok airways sending me a mail saying that they are changing flight to have it 6 hours earlier. So it's completely destroying my travel plan and putting overall travel schedule under risk (as we have to take now some early flight from other city or make up another solution). It never happened with even low-cost airlines - that's why I was so surprised. As it's popular dates now I need to book another tickets and pay twice of initial price (compare if I book normal company from the beginning and not buy Bangkok airways tickets).
Another point - right after I got notification about flight change I've sent back request for refund. After 1 week of silence and several additional mails from my side I've called to their call center (which I'm usually trying to avoid as it's great time waste in general) and requested refund. They confirmed that they got it and will send me a confirmation letter. 3 days after - still silence (update - they refunded).
Not sure what motivation can be to use this airlines (except places where no one else goes) - but for premium prices you are getting lower than low-cost service.

Unable to get a live agent. Attempted to call many times and use social media avenues and email but they were unhelpful in giving flexible travel credit or refunds based on the recent epidemic. I cannot get into the country to take the flights scheduled.

You manage to delay our luggage on arrival in Samui and on departure you opened our checked luggage and confiscated our souvenir gifts 5 lighters although they where empty and securely stored so no danger at all. Bangkok airways never ever again.

Pleasantly surprised with Bangkok Airlines. Such a lovely service on a very short flight. No sooner had we taken off we were brought a lovely Thai meal, no sooner had we finished eating the staff cleared everything so promptly & then we were starting to descend for landing. The staff were so lovely & the flight was just perfect. Would highly recommend Bangkok Airlines.

I flew in this Airline.Its not good but its cheap thats why i prefer this instead of EMIRATES or QATAR.

J'aime pas du tout cette compagnie.
Personnels de bord désagréable, avion pas confortable, nourriture pas bon et souvent en retard.
Y a des formation a faire pour être au top comme thai airway.

I Made a booking online Through Another company 2 times But it didnt go Through. I went to Office in Suvarnabhumi Airport and they helped me cancel the 2 bookings and made a new one to same price. They where very friendly and showed very good service.

Yet again when making a booking on line with Bangkok Airways, their company that they use to authorise credit card payments, DID NOT EVEN ATTEMPT Twice, to authorise said payment. Confirmed by my own CC company.
How much business do they lose by this.
An International company that asks the public for funding by IPO's!!

Bangkok Airways declined to forward 2 suitcases DIRECT from Phuket to Manchester via Lufthansa flight (separate booking) on return flight. This lack of customer care subjected two passengers (aged 74 years) to a two and a half hour immigration queue at Bangkok airport.
On the outward journey Lufthansa booked 2 suitcases from Manchester directly to Phuket. (great job Lufthansa - 5 stars)
Disgraceful customer care by Bangkok Airways this was our twelfth annual 6 weeks visit to Thailand. We will never fly Bangkok Airways again.......

Pilot couldn't land 3 times so we been back at bangkok airoport 3 times,he said its not he s day,i dont wanna hear that in the air from the pilot

I would consider it the best airline in thailand. Every passenger can visit the bangkok airways lounge before the flight with complimentary drinks and snacks - nice to have!! I never had any delays or issues with this airline. Still, all has its price, which is mostlt around 20% more expensive than competitors like air asia or nok.
