Using 3 of the Autopot systems
Have a tray system and 4 pot system and both working well, especially in the not weather. Have also purchased 2 of the Aquabox straight systems. Early days yet on whether a success or not, but seems to be working.

Fantastic product. Purchased the autopot system for my greenhouse and growing tomatoes and in it works like a dream. In all this early may heat haven't had to touch tomatoes. System just works, perfect amount of water delivered.

Fabulous watering system
I really love my watering system, it was easy to build and means that I can happily go away for a break and not worry that my plants will wither. This is the third year of using it and I have changed the layout on many occasions, at times requiring new connections etc, it has been very easy to order new parts and they come promptly. Totally recommend the company and their products 🤩

Just had delivery of a second lot of Cocomats as they work brilliantly to keep my greenhouse plants hydrated as they need. Easy to top up the tray they stand in.

Replacements
I have used AutoPots for about 15 years after seeing them demonstrated at the Eden Project. The originals have been added to over the years. I have always been very pleased with the product. I recently had to replace a couple of the original Aquavalves. The technical & sales support were excellent, the goods arrived promptly and in good condition. My experience with this company has always been extremely positive.

Effective, easy to install, the AutoBox Straight is a great system.
The AutoPot Watering system is excellent. The video and written instructions are very clear, the equipment robust and fits together well. It operates very effectively making it perfect for watering while you are away.
We bought two Aqua Box Straights to feed 18 established greenhouse tomato plants in 2 rows. In a warm week, the header tank goes down about 100mm per day and the plants are quite 'perky'
The system is very effective but we may need another header tank to keep the plants watered for the week.

Lost my discount.
I've used Autopot for a number of years and found it to be a good way of growing my chillies, peppers, tomatoes and aubergines. I made an order for a new 4-pot system last week and it was delivered next day, which was very good. However, I find it a bit expensive and look around for a discount voucher. I found a 10% discount, applied it, and placed the order. Now I find that the order is at full price and I didn't get my discount!, That's a poor show, Autopot. Keep your promises and you might do better.

I purchased the two-pot system…
I purchased the two-pot system second-hand at a village fair. It didn't work because some parts were missing. I have now purchased the missing parts and will assemble the system this weekend and have high hopes for it. The purchasing process via the Autopot website was easy and trouble-free, and delivery was prompt.

great products, great customer service
i've been using autopot products for a number of years. the products are designed using the simplest of physics, and accordingly, have proved to be very reliable. i've used customer services a few times, not for problems, but to seek advice on new purchases. they are a bit old school and actually reply, like super fast, which is becoming rarer!! great products, great customer service :)

Poor Service From DHL
My delivery from DHL was notified by text and email as between 09:39am and 8pm but was cancelled by DHL at 8pm that evening. This occurred because of a typo with the last letter of my postcode on the DHL label. DHL could not find my address. However, Autopot apologised, put everything right, and were extremely caring in their approach. No thanks to DHL as the Autopot invoice, also next to the courier label, had my correct postcode.
