I have used Autopots for over a year now, I have ordered from them a few times and delivery has been very prompt. I had to contact customer service about an order, and I was treated politely and my query was dealt with efficiently. I have 2xl pots and 1 tray to grow, they work excellently and do produce healthier happier plants!

I inadvertently snapped one of the pieces for the 9mm pipe so ordered another & a spare just incase. Extremely fast delivery and again a good all around customer experience.

I'm very happy with the equipment but !!!
I'm very happy with the equipment and I think its of good quality but I'm not so keen on the cost of delivery for the odd small items here and there. They also use FedX which are not a very good company. Anything delivered by them take nearly 2 weeks to get to me as they keep taking it back to the depot for someone else to deliver as I live 1 mile off a main road up a country lane on a large Park home development.
It's very frustrating.
Also I ordered 3 or 4 easy to grow trays with a reservoir etc etc and Im sure that at the time Autopots were adding a free 1ltr of liquid fertiliser with orders my size but I never got it. I've now built my system up to 5 x easy2grow trays. 10 pots and lots of accessories but it's so frustrating waiting for it to arrive every time with Fedx and got getting the free fertiliser that I thought I would get.
Never mind. Life goes on. 🤣🤣

Another postage charge rip off
There is nothing wrong with the products but I am so fed up with being ripped off with delivery charges because of where I live! I put an order for £47 and was charged £14.95. Stupid me, then realised I had forgotten to order silicones - which could have been sent in a small, padded, envelope and incurred a further postage of £5.50, more than the cost of the products, £4.80. To add insult to injury both orders were sent together which meant I paid a total of £20.45 delivery for 'UK Offshore'. No refund! And... sent Royal Mail Tracked 24 which costs the same whether sent to Brighton or Shetland! If I had sent that box (1.3kg) it would have cost me £5.70-£8.25, depending who measured it! I'm sure a large company would have a lower business rate. I try and not use companies who use Royal Mail and charge more for certain UK postcodes but sometimes there is simply no choice.

Auto pot tray2grow & easy2go kit
Ordered 2 tray2grow and a easy2go kit along with the micro herb trays, seed trays and lids. Set up was easy thanks to the many videos available. Currently growing microgreens a first attempt using the tray2grow system and the results look great 😊 This system works , looking forward to growing all my herbs indoors on the other tray2grow. Will use easy2go for my houseplants.

I have been using auto pots for some…
I have been using auto pots for some years now and they are quality. I recently ordered the 24 autopot system and can't fault them. I had a issue with DHL apparently they attempted delivery 2 times but I wasn't home. I called up autopot and attempting to chase the delivery. The gentleman who delt with this issue was amazing (Regretfully I can not remember his name). Within a couple of hours I had my parcel.
Amazing system, amazing staff, amazing company. 10/10
