This company have NON-EXISTANT COMMUNICATION to top it all off. Exactly the opposite of how a company should operate in every possible aspect from our experience.

It is an international shipment, but DAYAM!!🤣 I thank customer service for getting this order cancelled! I’ll keep an eye on your site, maybe I’ll need enough to qualify for free/cheap shipping sometime in the near future..?? Tanks!!

Stay away from them, they're scammers. When I realized I had to pay 9 pounds for the HPS I purchased, after accepting payment, I ended up paying 34 pounds. They assured me they'd refund the money within 5 business days. They sent me this HPS instead of giving me my money back as they promised

The HPS lamp you ordered was £9.99 but shipping to Ireland is £24.99. It displays the costs to you prior to taking any money, but we'll look into if we can make that any clearer during checkout.
We will always send a full refund for purchases including shipping if we're made aware prior to them being dispatched.
In this instance, it looks like you'd spoken to our chatbot rather than a member of the team and unfortunately the notification to process your refund prior to the order being shipped wasn't made.
Hopefully that clears things up and if you've got any further questions please reach out to us.
