Superb communications and products all…
Superb communications and excellent quality products all delivered safely and speedily via Fed Ex. On my last order I had forgotten to add some domes for my Tray2Grow and so emailed hoping to add to consignment, save having to pay additional postage. This was accomplished easily and with great professionalism and customer care. This is my third purchase from this company and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, or to shop again, with 100% confidence.
My tomatoes are growing amazingly with v little need for me to watch over them every day. I know they are getting exactly what they need, when they need it.

I have had Excellent Experiences with AutoPot's watering system…
I have had AutoPot's watering system for some years now and have been very pleased with the results for the capital outlay. During the last couple of years I have upgraded my 7 pot system from the original 6mm to 9mm pipework because I was getting a small blockage problem within the 6mm piping. The additional capital outlay has been considered very worthwhile and I continue to get excellent results in growing cucumbers and tomatoes in my smallish greenhouse. I have recently purchased AutoPot's All Purpose Plant Food and although very new to it, I have great expectations for its use. AutoPot as a company are very reliable and provide a good service and good quality products, and would recommend them if you are an amateur gardener like myself.

Everything was delivered on time and well- packaged. The quality of the goods was excellent.
Any communication was informative. Everything was assembled speedily and with ease due to the clear instructions.
I did wonder why the pots and reservoirs were black plastic as these cannot be recycled. However, that may be a possibility by the time they’re finished with.

Ordering of replacement parts was fast…
Ordering of replacement parts was fast and the items were delivered promptly , well packaged. I have used this company for a number of years now for parts replacement, I have just taken delivery of their new Pot Dividers which will be used next season, but a good idea to best utilise a pot by making 4 planting sections. I have also used the Ask Josh helpline and received a prompt response.
Their new approach to advertising is funny and gets your attention to the new products they are supplying.
A good British company to deal with.

Great Product
After speaking to an Auto Pot staff member I finally took the plunge and bought 2 four pot systems for growing my chillies. Delivery was prompt and the systems were the best packaged items of anything I have ever bought online with the added bonus that every single piece of packaging was recyclable, a big plus for the environment.
The systems themselves were high quality, very robust and easy to assemble following the included instructions. My chillies were potted up about six weeks ago in hydrococo 60/40 mix. I also potted up the same amount of chillies using my old systems and normal compost. The difference after six weeks is nothing short of amazing with the chillies in the Auto Pot systems at least 50% bigger and far more bushy, so am looking forward to a bumper crop of chillies. I can't recommend these systems highly enough and will be buying some more for my tomatoes next year

Good quality items and impressive…
Good quality items and impressive delivery timescales- I have ordered numerous items over the past 3 years and all have arrived the following day. I have also emailed Autopots a number of times for advice and always received a prompt reply.
I now have 7 Autopots Systems (28 pots in all) - 5 in my polytunnel and 2 in the greenhouse and they are excellent- I can’t recommend highly enough. The productivity levels and taste of produce is better than anything I have grown directly in the ground. This year I am growing mini melons in 8 Autopots and they are growing really well.

I’ve had autopots for about 11 years ago for growing tomatoes and couple of other veg in the summer months.
The fruit are always massive and incredibly tasty and it always brings a smile to my face seeing my daughter literally using them as a PYO whenever she walks past.
Recently upgraded to 9mm valves and pipes and hoping for same results without blockages. But was also good I didn’t have to replace pots etc unlike many other products out there.
