Fantastic product
I have now been using autopots for three years and think they are fantastic. I grow show leeks, tomatoes and cucumbers in them with good success at the shows. When you order from Autopots the staff are on the ball and send it out to you straight away and are very helpful. I highly recommend buying from Autopots as I definitely will be in the near future because when your plants are in them you don't have to worry about them for a while just keep an eye on your barrels. Also they are made from very strong plastic so easy to clean and will last years. Totally fantastic.

Hey Steve,
Thank you so much for your fantastic review and for being part of the Autopot community for the past three years! It’s brilliant to hear that you’ve had such great success growing show leeks, tomatoes and cucumbers, especially with your plants performing well at the shows.
We’re also delighted that you’ve found our team helpful and our service quick and reliable. Your comments about the durability and ease of cleaning are much appreciated too, we design AutoPot Watering Systems to be reusable and built to last.
Wishing you continued success with your growing and many more prize-winning crops! 🌱🏆
Good Products, reasonable value
Good, quality products and reasonable value. The systems work, but there are decisions to be made by the home user, things like which growing media and which nutrients to use for what (and when). In use the system is generally easy enough, but making a mistake (like not opening the valves after topping up) can be catastrophic (blossom end rot almost inevitable if not fixed within a few hours).
I have produced good tomatoes and cucumbers in my small greenhouse.
Some "how to grow things" advice for new home users would reduce the learning curve.

My order was actioned and shipped quickly, packaging was excellent and kept the product safe during transit. I have assembled the Watering system which was easy to do and it is now attending to several potted plants, There was a problem with Fedex delivery but Autopot helped me to resolve this with Fedex and delivery delay was only one day. My hydroponics
I started my hydroponic journey nearly 10 years ago with DWC, I had some sucess but not to brilliant. Going around a boot sale I saw some aqua pots and trays, but no reservoir or pipe work. After some research I found Autopots on line and was able to purchase a complete 4 pot set, since then I have been able to buy any spares, extras and nutrients at reasonable prices with delivery normally within 5 days. Thoroughly recommend this company

“ Apologies for the confusion but the information you located below is outdated, we’ll get this rectified on the relevant website pages now – as stated below we did in fact update the design of the 1Pot and XL Trays to remove the groove and replace with the grommeted hole”
Ended up buying 5 new trays when NOT necessary .

Excellent Customer Service
We were looking for a watering system for our new greenhouse and came across the AutoPot website. I needed some customer assistance to decide exactly what was right for our needs. I received a prompt response to my email enquiry and suggestions of the best fit for our requirements. I was even offered a 20% discount code to use. I placed my order the same day and then received an email saying that the order would arrive the following day - and it did! Amazing service...a rare things these days. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Outstanding piece of kit
I've used this company for 20 years and I'm still using the original auto pot system i bought! I have had to replace a few of the parts but it still produces lovely tomatoes and looks after itself whilst I'm on holiday.
It is excellent quality and good service when ordering replacements.
I also have a different system i use, not autopots, but it isn't as efficient.
Full marks for an excellent product.
