You better not buy anything here. You won’t receive anything and they will try to avoid the refund at all costs.

So i order my board on Juli 12 and the board was supposed to come in 2-7 workdays. It have been more than a month. Every week they are saying "it's gonna be ready on friday" but it never was. Don't order from them, i don't even know if the board is in Europe yet. This is a scam. Asked for a refund they said they'll give a 10 usd discount. Wow what am i gonna do with that? Buy myself a new vaccation where i wanted to use the board. Just don't buy from them they lie.

Whoever behind this, they just a terrible, untrustworthy company. They try cheat you out of your money, saying on website it’s in stock. But oh no, they got nothing and always same excuses, customs delay or something. When things go wrong, they stop responding and act very unprofessional. Just avoid them.

Terrible Experience - Avoid WowGo

I ordered an electric skateboard from WowGo expecting delivery in 2-7 days as advertised. It’s been weeks, and I still haven’t received the product. The company has repeatedly delayed the shipment and refuses to issue a refund unless I cancel my PayPal dispute, which is against policy. The lack of communication and professionalism is terrible. I strongly advise against wowgo!

I bought a Board from them on the 11 of July and their Shop listed a Delivery Time of 2-7 Business days. To this day the Order status ist stuck at "Order Confirmed" and their Support Claims their having "customes Clearance issues", wich i dont believe any longer.
Reddit ist full of Peoples having the Same experience. As far as i can Tell their lying on their website regarding estimated shipping time and the Customer Support ist lying because No Container ist stuck in customes clearance for three Weeks.

Makes me Not feel great about using their product in Traffic. If their not telling the truth about these things i dont feel like beleving their Performance specs they list for their products and it makes me seriously question the Engineering Standard that went into designing and manufacturing their Products.
And even If the Product was great, the best Board you can ride ist the one that actually gets delivered to you. And this Company hast No such Boards.

Great board have had my at2+ for almost a year and still going strong I recently snapped a belt and have to review to get the replacement shipped however the first set of replacement parts was completely free and super easy to get after contacting the company they also added double the replacement belts despite my board being out of warranty

Love my wowgo 3se, got the honeycomb wheels and the ride is so much more controlled now. Great starter brand if your learning to ride.

Great product! I just love it. I have the mini 2 board for a few months now, and I find it very hard to stop riding it. It’s addictive!! 🫶

Dear WowGo, as promised, I believe potential buyers should know how you really treat your customers.
First, here are my orders numbers, so you know who I am:
#31585 #44476 and #45859 for a total of 803$.
So I used my board for +- 100km then it suddenly stopped working.
- You were very friendly to ask me to pay for a replacement cable. I paid. It didn't solve the issue.
- Then you were very friendly to ask me to pay for replacement battery. Having no choice, I paid, you sent me a wrong battery case (incompatible). I made more multiple videos as you requested, and suddenly no news. You won't answer any emails. No more support (email, fb, calling.. I tried all !).

Conclusion: WowGo's support is only active to encourage further purchases, even if the products are incompatible. Then when they see that they are wrong, they start ignoring you 100%.

For those considering a purchase from WowGo, please be aware of how their customer service may treat you. Exercise caution!

I am now proceeding to open a case with my legal insurance provider.

Wowgo replies swiftly and gave a quick solution. Amazing customer support.

My board is burnt in the school for no reason and wowgo sent ESC replacement with the price and even that esc doesn’t work. They are ignoring me at this point. This company sucks

I wanted an electric skateboard that was reliable, fast, and for a good price. I ended up getting the WowGo 3e version board, and for the past 6 months, it has been awesome to ride. The battery lasts for a while, the speed is crazy fast, parts are easy to move and change, and the board gives a super stable ride. It can go up really big hills, it can bomb down steep ones without me worrying of falling off, and holding it while im not using it is really easy with the grip on the board. The stability, speed, curving, ease of use makes the board all around the top of its class. I use it to get to school everyday and it’s worked for me everyday. And the company has good customer support options that are super fast to reply, making the board and company even better. It’s a great board and a great company, no complaints.

Love the support, such a good and helpful team that assists me when the belt brake. 100% recommend

Overall, my experience with WowGo has been excellent. Despite fewer features, WowGo excels in quality and affordability. After nearly two months and approximately 500km (310mi) of travel, I've thoroughly inspected every aspect of my board while cleaning/maintaining it. I researched the components beforehand, and the main components appeared to be top-quality, trusted brand-name parts. I've looked them over, and they are all genuine parts (most importantly, the Samsung battery cells that come with this model). A great deal of experience has gone into selecting the parts of the board that matter the most. Right down to the choice of bushings and bearings is just spot on. I've pushed it to its top speed on a velodrome a few times and checked for overheating using a laser thermometer with no cause for concern. I keep the trucks quite loose, yet the board maintains stability with minimal risk of wobbles. This board is engineered for high performance and durability, and it is capable of maintaining top speed until the battery drains.

As for support, my experience has been very positive. I live in a remote location in Australia. Other companies could not manage to ship to my location, even from within Australia. However, WowGo support overcame the freight challenges and found a way to send the board I wanted by air from the China warehouse instead of domestically for a very reasonable price (I can only assume they absorbed some of the actual freight costs). I was very impressed, as I had done a lot of research and had my heart set on this board as it was right within my budget and perfect (if not a little overkill) for my needs. The estimated shipping was 15-20 days, and it arrived after 16 days (it felt like forever, but I've just double-checked and nope, the estimate was spot on). After-sales support has been responsive, I've sent them a few questions about maintenance, and the staff have always been accommodating and informative.

I'm looking forward to the next generation AT model when it comes out, which will complement my Mini 2S.
