Have just put my walking boots through a week of seriously hard use and they are superb. Fabulous grip that put my more expensive boots to shame and a very impressive waterproofing
No rub, very comfortable and great ankle support. A boot to rival the heavyweight brand hikers but at half the price.
No breaking in required. If you are thinking of purchasing these, go ahead , you won’t find better

Terrible customer service. I ordered a belt, was told it would be delivered a few days later and it never turned up. I didn't hear anything from Will's so dropped them an email. They said there was a warehouse upgrade and it would be a further two weeks. After that period my belt still didn't arrive. I sent another email and they just cancelled my order with no explanation. One month of waiting and still no belt.

Bought some black knee high boots. Really good quality and the customer service was AMAZING. Firstly I was having issue with making an order and customer service assisted me with the technical issue. Then my order did not ship, after a week I contacted them and they looked into it straight away and made sure they were sent. Okay it wasn't absolutely straight forward for me, but honestly I'd order from them again because the customer service were SO responsive, professional, helpful and quality of the boots is fantastic.

I ordered a pair of boots. I was told the delivery date was 2nd February. On the 2nd February I still hadn't received a notification to say they had been dispatched. I contacted them and it was only then they told me they were out of stock and there was an error on the website which allowed me to order them, They said they'd even checked the Netherlands warehouse. Of course mistakes happen but it was very unprofessional of them not to highlight the issue and it was down to me to ask! I wanted the boots for a holiday, but as I was leaving on the 3rd February, it was far too late to find an alternative. Poor service indeed!

EDIT I have received an apology and an acknowledgement of their poor service along with a discount code.

I ordered a beautiful pair of mens shoes for my son. Paid the extra shipping fee hoping they would arrive by New Years eve so he could wear them. But paying the extra didn't rush the order to arrive early. I did contact the company & got a response explaining there was a holiday at the time which delayed mailing since they were closed. But I would have liked to have been refunded for the express shipping fee. The shoes are very nice, fit well,have a great cushion insole for comfort. I do recommend this product but shipping is way slower then in the United States.

I LOVE this company. Not only do they make beautiful shoes (and now also clothes) that are of fantastic quality. They are also all vegan and socially/ecologically sustainably made. Their customer support has been very helpful and polite at each and every encounter.

As if this was not all they have a 365 day return policy and are very quick with sending out new variants when the size was off.

Purchasing shoes online without trying them can seem daunting but given the customer support and the fact that most shoes have a fit guide that enables you to make decisions on the margin once I found my size all shoes have fit perfectly at first try since.

Ordered an item as a gift and paid for express shipping so I could get it in 3-4 business days. After 5 days of not getting tracking info I contacted the company to find out they hadn't even shipped it yet. Since there was no assurance I could get it when needed I had to cancel the order. Now I have to scramble to get another gift. Thanks for nothing.

J'ai récemment passé une seconde commande, après une première qui s'est déroulée sans problème.
Mais là, je ne comprends pas ce qu'il se passe... Tout commence par une livraison de 2 produits qui a été faite partiellement (ceinture reçue, mais pas les chaussures). Le service client a d'abord été réactif (création d'une seconde commande pour livrer les chaussures), puis je vois que celle-ci est annulée, et le service client ne me répond plus. Donc j'ai payé près de 200€ des chaussures que je n'ai pas, et que je n'aurais pas !

Mise à jour : après moultes péripéties, j'ai finalement reçu ma paire, qui est top.
Je mets 4 étoiles et non 5, car problème résolu, mais j'aurais préféré ne pas avoir de problème.

I have bought a number of shoes and accessories plus a coat from Wills Vegan Shoes over the years and everything has been top quality and looks just like they do on the website.
The service is excellent and if I need a bigger or smaller size the exchange or refund service has always been very good and easy to use.
WVS is definitely my favourite online store for shoes and accessories.

Recently bought a Edwin Jagger DE89 razor which arrived quickly and at was a excellent price and was a lot cheaper than the previous DE89 I'd bought a few years ago.
A quality razor and good service.

Les chaussures Will's sont vraiment au top au niveau look. J'en ai possédé 4 paires (work boots X 2, desert boots, 1 NY trainers, brogue boots). Par contre je trouve que la qualité laisse vraiment à désirer. Les semelles se décollent trop rapidement (sauf sur les NY trainers) et les chaussures ne sont plus étanches. Sur une des paires, Will's a reconnu le problème et m'en a renvoyé. J'hesite vraiment à recommander une nouvelle paire. Peut être des Goodyear Welt...

Very poor quality shoes. I purchased a pair of black ballerina flats and when they arrived, the glue had run all down the sides and the stitching was wonky. Giving them the benefit of the doubt and hoping this wasn't the usual standard, I requested a replacement, only to find the second pair were worse! The customer service team were completely unfazed in their response to my photos pointing out my concerns re the quality. You would expect excellent finish and quality for a premium price of £65! You can get better quality for half the price at a supermarket selling accidentally vegan shoes. Given I had received two pairs of sub standard shoes, I asked if they could arrange a courier to collect them. The Customer Service team replied with a standard template email saying I had to go to the post office if I wanted to return them. All in all, poor quality shoes and service.

These boots are both stylish and comfortable.
I feel great wearing them with both smart and casual clothes. A go anywhere and everywhere boot.
Love them and will certainly be buying them again.

The Oakes trainers as well as being smart and stylish are some of the comfiest trainers I have ever had.
Living in Pembrokeshire I often walk the coast path. It can be quite steep and slippery in parts so the tread on these trainers makes them a perfect choice for these walks.
I will certainly buy them again and recommend them to my friends.

I ordered the Munich trainers as I needed a new pair of white trainers for summer, they have been brilliant! Super comfy and easy to wear casual or smart. Will definitely order again!

Ordered next day delivery on Friday. Hasn't even been posted as of Monday evening.

Rang - hung up on three times. Left a message, emailed, used the online form to try and get in contact. No response. Utterly awful service.

[Follow up: A response email was received and the order was refunded promptly. Apparently the numbers listed online for the store on third party website aren't accurate/in use. I get that issues can occur, I just needed some communication, which was lacking either pre-emptively or in response to emails/form requests]

Ordered shoes on 27th June, with a delivery date of no later than 22nd July. I accepted this, as I only needed the shoes for the 24th July, so they had plenty of time to ship them. No update by the 12th July, so I asked if I would still get them by 22nd. I had an instant reply saying I would. Sent email on 20th saying I had still had no notice of shipping and everything went quiet. Chased again and explained I needed the shoes for the 24th. On 26th I cancelled the shoes and asked for a full refund. They then shipped the shoes on the 27th, expecting me to pay the costs of shipping them back!!! I complained and to their credit they waived the delivery charge and gave me a full refund. As well as not getting the shoes until after the event, it was annoying they had told me I would get them in time, as it give me little time to find replacement shoes for the 24th.

Took over 2 weeks for the order to be dispatched, despite delivery estimated within about 4 days. They use an outsourced warehouse company so appear to have little to no control over the process of orders getting dispatched, customer service cannot help you. The order was eventually dispatched with Hermes where it has encountered a "problem", 1 week later and still no order update from Hermes.

It's quite clear that the shop has no control of any part of the order fulfillment chain therefore do not expect good, reliable service.

Excellent customer service. Had a few problems at first, but sorted quickly and professionally.

Don’t recommend to order anything from Will’s vegan. I have ordered shoes and jacket a few months ago, but haven’t received my order, they didn’t return money back, they just don’t answer on e-mails
