Don’t recommend to order anything from Will’s vegan. I have ordered shoes and jacket a few months ago, but haven’t received my order, they didn’t return money back, they just don’t answer on e-mails

I have two pairs of shoes from Will's Vegan Store - a pair of waterproof boots and a pair of sneakers - that I bought about a year ago.

The boots are good, I'm not sure how long they will last. Looks like they get worn pretty quickly..

The sneakers I basically can't wear because they hurt my achilles so bad. I only use them for skating, because then I'm not walking so much in them - which is silly.

I like the idea of vegan foot wear, but it needs to be durable and "walkable", for it to be sustainable. Otherwise you buy to many shoes and that kind of takes the sustainable idea out of it...

Fantastic business and customer service. I love my carbon neutral, biodegradable, vegan shoes.

I've bought a few pairs of shoes and boots from Wills. All great quality and last for years. I've met Will at vegan fairs and he is a lovely friendly guy who cares very much about ethical and cruelty free footwear which looks good and is made to last. Will definitely purchase aagain. 100% happy with Wills.

I love this brand sooooo much! Great products, better for the environment, comfortable, and cute!! Their return process is extremely easy and they are very quick in issuing the refund or sending out the different size! BEWARE: In my experience, shipping to the USA takes 1month+ which had me concerned my first order wasn’t coming. But now I know, and it’s worth the wait! If you need them right away it’s like $15 for 2 day shipping.

I still havn´t received my order from den 5th of Febuary,
I have contacted the company several times, and get the one excuse after another.

Ich habe inzwischen mehrere Produkte bei Wills Vegan Store erworbern, Schuhe, Jacke, Gürtel.
Alles erstklassig verarbeitet, sehr haltbar und im Vergleich zu konventionellen Produkten günstig.
Absolute Empfehlung!

I put in a grocery order on 20 March and I am still waiting for it. The only information I receive is when I chase up about it. They then give me false information that it will be with be that week and it didnt turn up. If there is a problem then an email from them updating would sort the issue but to hear nothing is very bad management. If you are in a hurry dont order from them

Bought a pair of Wills Vegan hiking boots. They are so comfortable, but also very strong and sturdy. I'm delighted with the fit and the service. And happy to know that my purchase is ethical too.

I wear vegan shoes but I was nervous about buying shoes online, and sure enough when my shoes arrived they were too tight. So I had to do a return, and then another. But it was all very easy, the packaging is made for re-sending, and the staff kept me in contact by email straight away, no problems. Finally I've got well-fitting pair of "City Oxfords" that are like solid workshoes that will last for years. Well, they've lasted me a few months so far, but very comfy and strong.

J'ai commandé deux paires de chaussures le 09/02 et elles sont encore plus jolies et confortables que ce que je pensais ! (j'avais vu d'autres commentaires avant de commander, je suis d'accord pour dire que les talons sont assez rigides, à assouplir avec le temps, comme pour toutes chaussures !)

Bonne qualité, bon prix, livraison pas ultra rapide (mes chaussures sont passées par Amsterdam, donc 10 jours se sont écoulés entre ma commande et l'arrivée) mais l'emballage était nickel et le suivi de la commande parfait !

Niveau taille, j'ai suivi le conseil du site internet (prendre sa taille normale; et si entre deux tailles (ce qui est mon cas) préférer la taille haute. Et je ne suis pas déçue au contraire ! C'est parfaitement ma pointure, pour les deux paires !

Je recommande donc cette marque et je recommanderai sans aucun doute quand j'aurais besoin d'autres chaussures !

6 years after purchasing a pair of grey dock boots that I’ve worn pretty much every day and they still look brand new! I’ve had so many compliments and it’s great that a vegan material can rival the durability of the non vegan competitors.

Chaussures parfaites! Je les ai depuis des années et elles vieillissent très bien ! (j'ai tendance à les abimer aux niveaux de la pliure d'orteils, mais pas encore de trous, contrairement à toutes mes autres marques!) Elles ont même survécu après avoir été mangée par mon chien, qui a juste réussi à arracher la semelle intérieure, c'est tout dire!!! Je les ai depuis au moins 4 ans et je les mets presque tous les jours!

Le prix est très correct, surtout quand on voit la durée sur le long terme!
Je recommande à tous les protecteurs d'animaux (et aux autres aussi) Un choix large et intemporel!

Love my belt and poncho. Great quality and product selections. I hope they continue to expand their clothing sector. It is quite difficult to get fully vegan clothing.
