Ho acquistato uno stivaletto con tanta curiosità… arrivato il prodotto ne ho constatata la qualità ma la taglia non mi vestiva bene, quindi ho provveduto a renderlo per riaverlo nella misura perfetta.
Aarti mi ha seguita dall’inizio della procedura di reso con molta educazione ed attenzione. Avevo dei problemi a sistema e lui mi ha agevolato inviandomi link diretti per poter procedere all’operazione. I tempi sono stati rapidissimi! Ho ricevuto lo stivaletto e ne sono a dir poco entusiasta… comodissimo da subito!!!! Sono felice di avervi conosciuto come azienda e di aver avuto la fortuna di essere assistito in maniera professionale. Grazie

Excellent customer service. I have some work boots which I purchased 10 months ago. I wear them 5 days a week and they’re starting to let in water. Contacted customer services and they’re sending me a replacement pair. Couldn’t ask for better after care service. Highly recommended. Only criticism is I wish they would sell the women’s boots in a size 9

Update7/29/2023:
Lately, I keep receiving defective or used shoes crossing different models from Will’s Vegan Store. Even for replacements, that means, I have to do several returns to get a pair of decent shoes. Really wasting time and energy.

I think they give customers returned shoes first if there has one. And they don’t check those returned shoes to see if their conditions are good enough to resell again.

This also make me believe their quality control standards for their products has gone down too. That can explain why I received at least 10 times defective products crossing different models.

I am still trying to work with Will’s Vegan Store and buying shoes from them. Hope they will modify their inventory management someday and keep making high quality vegan products.

This company lives up to their free plus easy return and exchange policy. In order to get a right fit, I had to do some returns and one exchange on my orders. The return process was easy and they issued my refunds usually within 5 days. When I asked questions regarding my orders, they always replied politely and promptly.

Their awesome return/exchange policy and very responsive customer service make me believe that this company is dedicated to spreading the mission of “Make A Positive Choice” by providing good quality and animal/environment friendly vegan products.

A good product needs a good support team to gain a long term relationship with customers. To my opinion, Will’s Vegan Store has done that.

As a vegan and choosy person, it’s hard to find vegan leather products that meet my standards. I am so happy that I can have decent quality Chelsea boots, hiking boots and faux wool coats now.

A little tip: If you didn’t receive a confirmation email regarding the message you sent to their customer service. Write the message again. Because that means they didn’t receive your message. It happened to me twice. System bugs I assumed.

I ordered the insulated waterproof Chelsea boots from Will's. When I lived in the UK I bought shoes and boots from Will's and have always been really happy with them. This time I ordered boots to Canada since I live here now and quite like the boots which I'd rate at 4 out of 5. The fit is slightly snug but I'm betting they will stretch just slightly which will save me having the ship them back. The reason for the 3 out of 5 rating is because they are expensive when converted to CAD and additionally I had to pay $40+ in handling fees and GST to pick them up. Presumedly when I'd already paid VAT in the UK. So all in all the cost is very high in CAD, so much so I could have bought a level higher boot in Canada. Lesson learned. Shop carefully from abroad.

I can't speak highly enough about Will's Vegan Store! They are like a proper old-fashioned company who care about their customers and are kind and super-helpful to deal with. I experienced an issue with my beloved WVSport Waterproof Hiking Boots which my sister had bought me as a present, so got in touch with the company to see what they could do. My contact there, Aarti, was just brilliant! He got back to me straight away and we have exchanged a flurry of emails: Will's Vegan Store bent over backwards to help - as I type this, a replacement pair are winging their way to me! The boots are beautifully made with the planet, its creatures - and the customer - in mind. 10 stars to WVS!

Awesome Vegan black suede jacket. Well made and fits perfectly for a medium size. Great communication throughout. Even the packaging was eco- friendly,recyclable. Good work! Recommend!

I have a wonderful pair of boots that I bought from Will's 4 years ago. After 3 years of wearing these boots almost exclusively from October through April, I had to get the heal tread replaced. The replacement wore down much quicker than the original so I reached out to the company asking to order a replacement part. They couldn't sell one but insisted (x2) on paying my cobbler bill. I would have never expected that, given how old these shoes are. Definitely some of the best customer service I've experienced!

I had two experiences with them and I've honestly never encountered better customer support. I don't know how they can afford it. They take returns no questions asked, even when the product cannot be resold again, they send replacement parts with no charge. It's unreasonable how kind this business is to the customer. Items are high quality too. The only reason I had to return a pair of shoes was wrong size.

Since becoming vegan 5 years ago, I've bought several pairs of shoes from this company. I have two pairs of sandals, heeled boots and a pair of chelsea boots. They are all excellently made, long-lasting, and beautifully designed. Each pair will last you years and years. Very reliable.

I had an issue with changing my address for delivery and the team dealt with it so quickly and efficiently!

I love my WVS hiking boots, they are so comfy but do need a little breaking in. Mine were waterproof for two years and then started letting in water because the top layer of the boot had started to peel off. I contacted Wills Vegan Store and they happily sent a replacement pair for me. Their communication and service was excellent. Thank you very much, I look forward to continuing my adventures with dry feet.

I ordered a pair of the Chelsea luxe boots. LOVE them! Super comfortable and great in wet weather. The pull-on tab pulled out of the stitching in the back of one of the boots so I reached out and Customer Service was fantastic. I am going to receive the deep tread chelseas as a replacement. They are a little more heavy duty. The process couldn't have been easier or more supported. Will's is a great company with effective, helpful responsive and really nice customer support!

I have two pairs from Will's Vegan Store and have been eyeing two others for a year. Inquired about one pair and was advised to constantly check the site. The second pair, I ended up purchasing after a 6-month wait and finding out they were in stock. They email me TWO DAYS later to inform me there was a glitch in their system and they would either refund me or give me a 10% discount. It was such a disappointment after waiting that long. The site had these boots in inventory for 2 weeks. I was eyeing it until the delivery was after the holidays since I wouldn't be home. That means there was a "glitch" for 2 weeks if not more. A lack of QA checks and always out of stock. If you want to always be waiting for a pair of shoes to be in stock, this is your store.

I was very hopeful about these walking boots. Communication from the company was good, the boots arrived in good time and they look and feel great. There was some breaking in to be done but no blisters so far, just some tenderness at the outer toes.
If they had been waterproof I would give them probably 4 stars. But they are not waterproof. Water is coming in and making the upper lining wet. The seal between the sole and the uppers seem fine. I think it's the material of the upper boot itself. My toes were getting wet from walking through dewy grass. Even when I was cleaning them off at the end of a walk some water was getting through to my socks.
I though I'd at last found a good pair of vegan walking boots after several disappointments but the search goes on.

Still trying to get a refund for an item I returned two months ago. No-one is responding to my emails and no other way to contact customer service. Please can someone help, order number #17827UK.
