High-quality, timeless products made out of beautiful vegan leather. I own several pieces, most of them already some years and they're still in perfect condition. Helpful, lovely and fast customer service too.

Following a minor issue raised only a couple of days ago I have received an unexpected & unrivalled level of customer care. An almost immediate reply via Trustpilot, a follow up email & following my reply, another reply with an offer to replace the damaged boots. As stated previously, the product style, fit & comfort are fantastic. Now the customer service has demonstrated an amazing high ethos. Will definitely recommend.

I've shopped for footwear with Will's Vegan Store for a number of years now. I love their company ethics and of course being a vegan I want to buy vegan products with strong ethics behind the product.
I recently had cause to contact them about an issue with some footwear which was fully sorted amazingly quickly. I can't praise them highly enough and look forward to continuing to purchase items from them for many years.

In my opinion, Will's Vegan has the best vegan leather shoes available. Not only that, their customer service is exceptional. They make returns an exchanges very easy, and are quick and responsive to questions. 5/5 stars!

Awesome overall experience with Will's Vegan Store.

Firstly, the suede Derby shoes I ordered were really great quality, and honestly exceeded my expectations regarding their materials, feel, and overall look. They were better than I was hoping.

I did unfortunately order a size too big, and Will's provided a free return label for exchange with a smaller size without question.

They also reply to emails very quickly whenever I had questions about the exchange process.

Finally, when my return package was lost by my local post office, after I informed them, they immediately went to work to start on the exchange process themselves as their shipments to and from are all insured.

All communications are very polite as well.

I will definitely not hesitate to order more items from Will's knowing what great service and products they have!

I bought my first pair of shoes from Will’s this month. The quality, fit and style of their shoes is top-notch. So is their customer service. I’m in the US and I’d been hesitant because I thought the delivery time would be slow. It wasn’t much slower than if I’d ordered from a US supplier and vegan shoes this stylish and well-made are hard to find in the US. Now I will be ordering from them all the time.

Just received my first order from Will's Vegan Shoes. I am in love with the Barefoot Sneaker straight out of the box, Stylish and Comfy!!! My new go to for shoes I am sure.

Will's is our go to shoe source for my husband and myself. High quality, beautiful shoes that are kind to animals, humans and the planet. They are so transparent in their practices and have top notch customer service. One of my favorite stores!

Durch meine Bewertung hier, konnte mein Problem am Ende doch zufriedenstellend gelöst werden - mein Geld habe ich wieder, insofern glaube ich mal, dass es sich um einen einmaligen Fehler handelt. Entsprechend habe ich meine Bewertung von 1 auf 4 Sterne verbessert.

Ursprünglich habe ich nachfolgende Bewertung abgegeben: Bestellt und (da zu klein) postwendend retourniert. Bestätigung erhalten, dann wurde ein falscher (zu geringer) Beitrag als Rückzahlung bestätigt, der jedoch nach mittlerweile 4 Wochen und mehrfacher Erinnerung nicht angekommen ist. Finger weg von diesem Laden!

This company never fails to deliver excellent customer service. Any issues at all are dealt with promptly and efficiently and the quality of their footwear is excellent. If you want vegan footwear from a company which has excellent eco credentials and is very transparent in it’s policies dealing with sustainability and protecting the planet, shop at Wills vegan footwear.

Absolutely impeccable customer service - highly highly recommend!

Returns/exchange system very smooth. Business great at replying to enquiries promptly, professionally and with friendly approach.

I've ended up with the barefoot boots and excited to use them in the autumn. Gorgeous boots and great to be able to purchase from a business run with such integrity and compassion.

If you're undecided then I would definitely recommend giving them a try!

I ordered a pair of shoes and returned them within the required return period. According to the tracking information, the returned item was delivered back to the seller over a month ago. Despite this, I have still not received a refund or any meaningful update regarding the status of my return.

What is particularly frustrating is the lack of communication. Delays can happen, but leaving a customer waiting for weeks without a refund or a clear explanation is simply unacceptable. After trying to resolve the issue directly, I eventually had to escalate the case through PayPal.

At this point, Will's Vegan Store has had both the returned product and my money for more than a month. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store and would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering.

I've been buying their shoes and belts for more than a decade. Fit and wear have consistently been superior. A recent order had a minor production issue, and their Customer Service handled it promptly, politely, and efficiently. I highly recommend Will's Vegan Store to those seeking high-quality products.

Best vegan shoes/boots that I've found so far. Belts not quite so good though (yet!). Good delivery service. Good sustainable packaging. Responsive.

Will, the belt functions and looks good...this may be more a case of my personal preference for belt material that is a little more flexible rather than any kind of fault with the belt.

Initial review:

The shoes are very nice, but you can't rely on the delivery dates they quote and they'll stop replying to you if you ask them about it.

I ordered these for a wedding on the 9th of this month, based on the delivery times on Will's website ("delivered by the 6th or 7th"). They dispatched them late in the evening on the 5th via a 48 hour delivery method, so they were never realistically going to reach me by the date they promised - something they would have known on despatch. The shoes also seemed to sit at their warehouse for a further 2 days before reaching their local mail centre. Will's let me down by over-promising on delivery times and by despatching the item much too late to meet their own promises.

I replied to the email Wills sent with tracking info, because I was getting concerned that they weren't going to arrive on time. Wills replied back to this quite promptly, but only to advise that the shoes had been despatched, and repeating the tracking info I already had. This was all on the 7th, the day they promised I would be getting my shoes. Will's let me down with this very unhelpful response.

I replied, again on the 7th, to say that the shoes were obviously still sitting in their warehouse, as shown by the tracking info. I told them about the wedding and asked if they would get to me in time, or if there was anything they could do to fix the situation. Will's let me down by completely ignoring me.

I replied again the next day (8th) to again ask for an update and to ask them to reply to my previous message. I also politely advised that this had all been quite poor service. Will's let me down once again by completely ignoring my email.

The 9th came along, and it should come as no surprise that the shoes were not delivered in time for me leaving for the wedding. To Royal Mail's credit, they did actually deliver the item later on the 9th, which was 2 days after it reached their office, but unfortunately that was all too late because Will's took so long getting it to their mail centre. Will's let me down by not getting my item to me.

To do better, Will's should:
1. Send items by a quicker delivery method, at their own cost, if they are going to despatch items so late.
2. Offer other delivery options. I'd have happily paid more for quicker delivery.
3. Stop over-promising the delivery times on their website.
4. Stop ignoring customers who politely contact them about their orders.

So in summary, I really wouldn't advise ordering from Will's, especially if you need your item by a certain date. You can't even order earlier to give a couple of days leeway, and they'll pretend you don't exist once you contact them. Avoid.

The wedding was lovely, though :)

Update following feedback from Will's:

I'm not sure why they think my messages were across different channels, as everything I sent was to the same email address as part of the same email chain. I also didn't receive any offer of an immediate next-day re-shipment (including checking my spam folder for anything that could have gone astray). So it does look as if they are having some communications issues at their side, and I hope these are rectified soon.

Nonetheless I'm pleased to see them owning their failures in this instance and I hope they can follow through on their promise to amend the delivery dates on their website. I've also received a nice apology email from Will's, which I appreciate.

I've ordered 3 pairs of shoes from WVS: sandals, Mary Jane shoes, and boots. They are all amazing! Great quality and very comfortable even wearing them for the first time. Customer service was great in resolving a minor shipping issue. I highly recommend this ethical, sustainable brand.

Also, beyond gold star customer service. I had an issue, and it was sorted immediately. I was incredibly impressed by how fast and carefully this was dealt with. Seriously impressive.

Can't recommend these guys enough. Fantastic products, fantastic service. If only all companies were like this!

The shoes I ordered are Just as expected! It needs some walinking time until they perfectly fit, but then it feels good.
Also the shop was really helpful as there was some trouble with the first shipment of the shoes. When I contacted them they helped immediately and solved the problem.

I’ve known this brand for a long time and have bought several pairs over the years. I really like their styles, the quality, and especially their sustainable philosophy. The shoes I own are very long lasting and extremely comfortable to wear, even for long days.

I also had contact with customer support a few times, and the service was always very helpful, friendly, and solution oriented. That’s something I really appreciate.

All in all, a great vegan fashion brand that I can truly recommend!
