I have used WVS for years now and hand on heart, they are the best shoes I have ever owned. Myself and my partner both have the WVSport Hiking Boots. We've walked hundreds of miles in them over the years, through all weather conditions and they are the most comfy, waterproof boots ever.
My job requires a lot of urban walking and I need my feet to be dry and comfortable. I also have a lower back problems and so good quality shoe is a must. I have recently tried the WVSport walking boots and just as expected, they are fantastic! No blisters or sore feet. I can't recommend this brand more!

Wills have fantastic customer service and their returns policy is second to none. I've ordered three pairs from them over the years, two for myself and one as a gift and when I had a problem with one, they were exchanged without question. Will always head to WVS for my walking boots, and the vegan ones last longer than most animal based shoes!

Ich habe Anfang des Monats ein Paar Schuhe bestellt die nicht geliefert wurden. Lieferbenachrichtigung o. Ä. hat es auch nicht gegeben. Auf meine bisher vier Kontaktversuche via Mail kam immer nur eine Entschuldigung. Der Artikel wurde aber immer noch nicht versandt. Nachfragen zur Erstattung des Artikels werden darüber hinaus gekonnt ignoriert.

I really wanted to buy the vegan belt as a present and the belt was due to arrive after I needed it by. I emailed customer support, and they sent the belt next day delivery free of charge and it is beautiful!

I bought 2 pairs of hiking boots and absolutely have loved them, fit perfectly, followed the measuring guide. The customer service team looked after me and nothing was ever a problem. It was so nice, I am obviously coming back for my next items. My experience above was with the UK store but I also had an amazing experience with the Australian distributor when I got some boots for my father, nothing was ever a problem with them and it was also so great.Kudos team

I recently damaged some shoes I planned to wear on my wedding day and having looked at the Will's website wouldn't be able to receive a replacement pair in time. However I contacted their customer service team and they were able to ship out the shoes to me on the same day at no extra cost to ensure I got them in time. It really got me out of a bind and made it so I didn't have to stress about it any more!

I've been a Will's Vegan customer for years now and am still enthusiastic about the brand. Ethically produced high quality stuff at fair prices, super nice customer service. I'm from Austria - delivery is quick, returns are free and convenient. All in all: recommendable 120 percent!

Excellent selection and service, very poor quality of shoes; after receiving several pairs with large dents, scratches, and other faults, I gave up. The other products were of excellent quality, though.

Haben Mitte August Schuhe gekauft. Wurden bis heute nicht geliefert. Auf zweifacher Nachfrage, wann denn mit der Lieferung zu rechnen ist, wurden wir ignoriert. Geld wurde auch nicht rückerstattet. Absurder Scam.

Ich habe am 22 Juli eine Zweiteilige Anzugshose in Dunkelblau / L mit der gekauft. Die Hose habe ich sofort nach erhalt an probiert, diese passt auch, jedoch gestern als ich diese zum ersten mal tragen wollte und die Hände in die Hosentaschen steckte wollte viel mir auf das die rechte Hosentasche ganz normal groß (die Öffnung 15cm) ist so das man auch eine Hand in diese stecken kann, jedoch die linke Hosentasche die Öffnung nur 12cm hat, 3cm unterschied, man kann sich vorstellen wie das aussieht, so das ich meine Hand hier nicht in die Hosentasche bekomme! Wenn ich die Hose von vorne ansehe sieht man das beide Hosentaschen nicht die selbe höhe haben, klar bei 3cm! Beim anprobieren ist mir dies nicht aufgefallen, aber diese Hose hat einen groben Qualitätsmangel, so etwas darf normal bei diesem Preis nicht passieren!!

Je tiens à écrire pour remercier cette entreprise qui reconnaît les défauts de ses articles et propose la meilleure alternative possible. J'ai eu un décollement rapide du côté de ma chaussure ( au bout de 5 mois) et ils m'ont proposé plusieurs alternatives pour que je sois satisfait dont le renvois d'une nouvelle paire sans aucun frais bien sûr . Je trouve que leur réactivité et leur sens du bien être de leur client est excellente. Je tiens donc à leur dire tout mon encouragement pour la suite et l'amélioration de toute leur entreprise.
