After my order didn't arrive, I was sent a second one free of charge, much to my delight

A great company to buy vegan footwear and clothing. I have been buying Wills shoes for many years and they are good quality, comfortable and hence last for a long time.
I have only had one problem recently with a pair of hiking boots I had bought but the problem was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I am very impressed with the customer care I received.

Two orders were cancelled as the gift card that we had received from Will's Vegan, by Will'S Vegan, to a different email address of my family, but still our email as that is how we received it.

Followed their instructions after the first order was cancelled, and yet second got cancelled.

Will's Vegan continuously blamed their system and service providers that what flagged as fraud as the email addresses did not match. A gift card is a gift card (for full disclosure it was only for USD 20). They took no responsibility.

Instead of trying to rectify Wills Vegan simply recommended that we place the order without using the gift card sent to us by them for orders.

I am and want to be fully supported of the Vegan cause as I fundamentally believe in it. However, as it relates to Will's Vegan store you need to up your customer service game .

Poor delivery service and unhelpful customer service. I placed an order on 20th August and now on 10th September I still have not received it and customer service is unhelpful. This is for order number #26758EU. I just want to cancel my order and get a refund but they say they will refund when they receive the order... but I don't have the order so can't return it. Really disappointed as I like their products, but I won't be using this company again.

Update: I reached out to the CEO shortly after posting this and he immediately resolved the situation and explained they were having some difficulties with shipping which they think are now resolved. Great response, but a shame that I had to escalate this.

Will's Vegan Store is outstanding on all levels: the quality of the products is far beyond what you will find elsewhere, in my experience. On top of that, when packages were lost when shipping my shoes to the USA (not Will's Vegan fault at all), they reshipped my shoes without any extra cost, twice! This place deserves your money and business in every way!

Ordered shoes. According to their website, they deliver from their warehouse in the Netherlands (my address is in the Netherlands, so that seemed easy, especially with a possible return if the shoes don't fit). Then I received a non-working track and trace code from Deutsche Post. That's remarkable for a delivery within the Netherlands. I waited a few days because a delivery within the Netherlands usually takes a few days (we are a small country, after all). After a few days, nothing, so I sent an email and received a response that Deutsche Post was looking into it. A few days later, still nothing, so I asked for update. All I got was a response that delivery would take 7 to 10 business days. I still find that strange with a delivery within the Netherlands, but fine, I'll wait as long as I have a track and trace code so I know when I need to be home to accept the package. So I emailed back again asking for a correct track and trace code. No response anymore. In meantime 10 working days in and no idea where the shoes are and if they will arrive. This is not helpful with an upcoming wedding. Order #26659EU

Update 14/09; After I sent them the link to above review, they offered to resend the shoes. I asked for a refund because it was already too late for me. I received my refund within a few days. The shoes finally arrived after a month, and I returned them. Therefore, still 3 stars, but this could have been done sooner instead of leaving the customer wonder for weeks till a negative review is posted.

Seit 10 Tagen ist meine Bestellung angeblich unterwegs. Mehrfach probiert Kontakt mit dem Shop aufzunehmen. Immer wieder nur an einen KI Chat geraten, der sagt "Es tut uns leid, ihre Bestellung ist unterwegs" Langsam glaube ich, ich seh weder Schuhe noch mein Geld.

Will's Vegan Shoes have been a game changer for me, and I have been ordering shoes and accessories from them for YEARS. I have a bunch of favourites that I keep on rebuying every time I wear them out and I honestly wear their handbags and shoes every day. They're well made and ethically made, comfortable and last a long time.
They also offer a WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, they answer within a few hours every time I had an inquiry and always offer help and assistance.
I will never stop buying their shoes, love them lots.

I ordered some sandals in size 6. When they arrived they were too small for me so I emailed them asking what to do, they emailed back telling me what to do and ensured I got a 6.5 which took only a few days for me to receive. The sandals look gorgeous and I am so happy to have them 10/10 delivery 10/10 customer service 10/10 my gorgeous sandals.

I ordered a pair of brogues for my son’s prom. They were his perfect pair but I had to wait until the week before to order. His feet had grown in the weeks since he tried for his size and I was so sad that I wouldn’t be able to get his amazing vegan shoes. He is at a rural school full of farmers and I didn’t want to let him down with some plastic supermarket shoes. I contacted wills and explained my plight and they got back in touch immediately saying they would make sure the new size arrived in time.
Aside from the amazing customer service through Aarti and the team, the shoes are gorgeous. My son says they are the most comfortable footwear he’s ever had! He feels dapper head to toe now and I’m so pleased. My husband is now totally jealous and ordering a pair for himself. Thank you all x

We are very happy with the WVSport Waterproof Hiking Boots and shoes. They offer everything a superb boot/shoe needs: perfect fit, very comfortable, good grip, sturdy cushioning, waterproof, warm and dry feet, etc, etc.
But above all they are vegan ☮️🌿
Their service is first-class!!

Placed first ever order with Will's Vegan Store. Next day got a curt, dismissive email stating just 5 words "Your order has been cancelled", No apology, no explanation. There was then a copy of my order and promise to refund, but it is shockingly bad customer service and plain bad manners. I have contacted customer service for an explanation, but having read some of the reviews I won't hold my breath. I cannot comment on the quality of their products, for obvious reasons but I am not impressed and have now bought from a different online site.

Ich habe mir im Januar ein Paar Schuhe bestellt, die gut aussahen, mir jedoch nicht passten. Ich habe die Schuhe deshalb umgehend zurückgesandt an eine deutsche Adresse, von der sie mir geschickt wurden.
Leider habe ich von der Rücksendung keine Tracking-ID. Ich habe das Problem in mehreren Mails unter der angegebenen Mailadresse beschrieben. Immer bekam ich nur ausweichende Antworten auf englisch, obwohl auf der deutschen Internetseite steht, dass alle Probleme gelöst werden, wenn mal was schiefgeht. Es gibt keine Telefonnummer, unter der man anrufen kann.
In dem Rückgabe-Formular, was es auf der Seite von Wills Vegan Store gibt, wird mir sofort angezeigt, dass ich den Artikel nicht zurückgeben kann. Da komme ich gar nicht weiter.
Über das Hilfe-Formular habe ich gar keine Antwort bekommen.

I purchased Chelsea boots from WVS around two years ago, although they started showing signs of faulty craftsmanship after a few months of minimal use. At the time, I was very busy and did not think of returning the boots or even had the time to.

Eventually, I contacted them after almost two years, and they were more than happy to provide me with a replacement and assured me to would do the same in the future.

It is so easy to buy their products and I always get my sneakers there and they last so long . Very honest also.

I shop so much online. Way too much.
But I have never had a better experience with a store. The quality of the products is amazing and I bought something as a gift that my boyfriend decided some months later that he didn’t like (he only sadly wears trainers) so i returned the classy shoes with the free barcode they provided me instantly and got issued the refund the next day! 365 no fuss returns are too convenient! Thank you so much! Will shop again and again without hesitation.

Will’s products are phenomenal. I’ve had several pairs of shoes from Will’s that have lasted me over 5 years. The customer service is quite literally the best I’ve experienced with a clothing or accessories retail company in the past decade – responsive, generous return policy, friendly, helpful. But most of all, their ethics or something I can get behind. The materials they source, the way they build products—I’m proud to be a Will’s customer.

Ich war anfangs sehr zufrieden mit meinen Stiefeln. Allerdings riss nach nur wenigen Tragen die Naht der Schlaufe hinten am Schuh. Der Kundenservice hat sich diesbezüglich seit einem Monat nicht bei mir gemeldet.
Hier würde ich mir wünschen dass man mit mir Kontakt aufnimmt um eine Lösung zu finden.

I ordered a pair of boots to Germany. Unfortunately DHL cut off my adress twice and could not deliver the package. The costumer support helped me figure everything out (thanks again, Aarti!) and the boots made it to me. They fit perfectly. Even after the initial struggle, I‘m really satisfied with the service and the product.
