I ordered a pair of boots to Germany. Unfortunately DHL cut off my adress twice and could not deliver the package. The costumer support helped me figure everything out (thanks again, Aarti!) and the boots made it to me. They fit perfectly. Even after the initial struggle, I‘m really satisfied with the service and the product.

Anfang Januar haben wir Schuhe und einen Gürtel bestellt. Bisher ist hier nichts angekommen, trotz angeblichem 2maligem Versand an uns. Ich bin gespannt, ob wir unser Geld wieder erhalten. Die Sachen brauchen wir nach nun 7 Wochen auch nicht mehr, die Hochzeit ist vorbei. Sehr schade.

Will's Vegan Store - Hiking Boots. Absolutely amazing. The Customer Service (and response time) from Aarti and Will has been wonderful. I Ordered Hiking Boots in October 2024, there were "technical issues" with the Online Order Payment Process which Customer Service dealt with immediately... (which I've also Reviewed in greater detail previously on TrustPilot)... Then during December there was a "Boot/Material/Adhesive" issue (which isn't Will's fault). I e-mailed Will's about the issue and was extremely surprised by their offer to Reimburse me for the cost of getting the Boot repaired at a "Cobbler/ShoeStore". Will and Aarti have been prompt and professional with their responses and approach to the Boot/Order Issues - The standard of Customer Service that I have received is exceptionally amazing, it is the best Customer Service that I have ever experienced with Online Purchases/Companies/etc. I highly recommend the actual Hiking Boots also. It has been a wonderful experience dealing with them from the beginning, I'm looking forward to future purchases and also supporting Will's Vegan Store with their quality products, ethics, impeccable values and high standard of Customer Relations. Great customer service all around. I recently bought a pair of shoes which were the wrong size, and the return process was smooth and painless. The customer care rep was respectful and got it all sorted without any trouble.

I recently bought a second pair of shoes from this brand. My first pair still holds up really well after three years of near-daily use and I wanted to add a different variety of boots to my wardrobe.
They're well worth their money, the quality is impeccable.
There was an issue with the delivery and their customer service was quick to respond and could not have handled it any better - they were so helpful and on top of it!

Hiking shoes are very comfortable and of great quality, customer service is outstanding, I highly recommend

The vegan shoes generally have a better quality than others in the market. However, some have quality issues. The customer service helps to repair or refund, but communication with them is difficult.

Arrived promptly responsibly well packaged ( via Royal Mail.) Shoes look beautiful and high quality
Fit is perfect and comfortable
I had a query about the outer sole and raised this with customer service (Aarti) who clarified this within the hour with excellent detailed information.
Very impressed and would definitely purchase again.

Excellent quality shoes. Last pair of brogues I had lasted some 10 years of regular wear (with resoling).
However, I was prompted to leave this review by their truly exceptional customer service. I had an issue with my last purchase but Will and Aarti were extremely helpful in resolving it satisfactorily. I was really impressed with how quickly they got back to me which meant it was really easy and painless to resolve. Thanks to Will and Aarti :) I will definitely be buying from here again.

Best vegan winter boots for Québec!

I look like the prettiest princesse and my feet are warm, dry and cozy!

Unfortunately not that convinced. Beautiful website and information. And fast delivery as a plus.

But photos on the website are different from actual products. One pair gave me afwul blisters and pain after wearing once. Second pair was too big, Sems to be a known issue ragrding the reviews but no information from seller on that.

Worst part is the service, emailing is frustrating as I dont get a real reply. Or its a robot or the service agent and i are from different planets. I dont feel taken any serious.

The are supposed to have peperless returns. But I have the nearest UPS service point at 5 km distance and the return requires a printer. And Wills doenst really respond. Not sure what to do with the painful pair of shoes, the other ones need a return or replacement.

Wills replied after this review with a person email and information. Thanks. I still thing the return process is difficult (although: they offered easier options after review) and the quality has to convince me in use.

Há mais de cinco anos comprei botas femininas muito boas, de qualidade.
Esse ano, no entanto, comprei novamente duas botas com proteção para a chuva, e o formato delas não se adequou ao meus pés. Estou com um problema de articulação por ter insistido em usar as botas. Queria perguntar se mudaram algo na fabricação ou se há algo de diferente na estrutura das botas para chuva? São muito duras e terríveis de andar. Não faço longas caminhadas com ela, é apenas para usar na cidade mesmo e simplesmente não as poderei mais usar: fazem muito mal aos meus pés.

Bought a fantastic coat from Will at a vegan fair and had to return it for a different size. It was all done swiftly with great customer service.
All the eco credentials on the garment are so impressive - i learnt a lot about how things should be.

I bought a pair of winter boots that unfortunately turned out to have a production error. I didn't, however, notice this until the next winter season, nearly a year later, but when I wrote them I got a quick reply and was reimbursed with the value of the boots.
The boots themselves are also of an impressive quality appart from the slight production error in my case, and I highly recommend using Will's Vegan Store due to their absolutely amazing service and products!

Es gab ein Problem mit der Lieferung (die Details möchte ich für mich behalten), das schnell innerhalb von wenigen Stunden am selben Tag behoben werden konnte. Der Inhaber hat sehr schnell reagiert und eine schnelle optimale Lösung angeboten, ich hatte selten so einen freundlichen Mega Support erlebt, ich habe zwar noch nicht die Möglichkeit gehabt die Schuhe auszuprobieren, aber allein die Empathie und sorghafte Reaktion auf Anliegen ist viele Sterne wert. Ich bin mir sicher das ich weiterhin in den nächsten Jahren bei Ihnen bestellen werde, seit ich Vegan lebe kann ich mir keine Timberland Stiefel mehr kaufen

Ich habe meinem Freund zu Weihnachten eine (teure) Aktentasche geschenkt, handgefertigt, veganes Leder aus Italien. Die Tasche kam rechtzeitig an, sah Bombe aus und mein Freund war begeistert.
Im Juni (6 Monate) war bereits nicht nur die Schnalle ausgeleiert, so dass sich der Träger ständig löst, noch dazu ist der Henkel oben an der Tasche abgerissen. Man kann sie also nicht mehr benutzen. Ich habe sofort eine Email geschickt mit Fotos. Es hieß, man würde Ersatzteile schicken. Was ich damit sollte, habe ich nicht verstanden, sollte ich den Henkel dann selbst annähen?
Jetzt warten wir seit Juni auf die Teile und nichts ist passiert. Absolute Abzocke. Habe heute nochmal eine Erinnerung geschickt, ich will inzwischen einfach mein Geld zurück.

Bought a belt, broke it by accident, then I ordered the part that was broken again at wills vegan store. They had to order that part but it took 6 weeks. After complaining that it took so long, they sent me a whole new belt and eventually also two of the broken parts for free. Customer service at its best! Thank you!!

Good products but...unresponsive customer service and unreliable delivery service (DHL parcel) : big delays, tracking number not working, and damaged packaging...
