Bought vegan loafers some 7 years ago. Still going strong. Absolutely amazing I this day and age. Yes, COVID and flexible working means a lot less use, but anything that takes a pounding over this span is valuable. Will definitely buy again.

Over the years I have bought many items of footwear from Wills which I have been extremely pleased with. I had a quality issue with the last pair of sneakers. I contacted Customer Services yesterday morning and it was all satisfactorily resolved by the evening. Excellent customer services.

Beautiful shoes and excellent customer service! I ordered two different pairs of lug sole loafers and they are well-made, very stylish, and vegan which is so important to me! There was an issue with shipping, and they took care of it immediately. Their customer service was extremely responsive. Highly recommend Will’s Vegan Shoes!

Really high quality vegan leather items, delivered within a few days, packaged well. Very pleased.

One of my loafers gave up on me after about 8 months of light use (1-2 days a week). I really liked these loafers, because they look real nice. Luckily, the customer service responded quickly and helped me resolve the issue.

I also own a belt from this brand. It’s very study, no issues whatsoever. And it looks very chique. It’s great a brand like this allows me to wear fancy-looking stuff during formal occasions, without animal cruelty.

Will's shoes are lovely and very good quality. They arrived quickly and very well packaged. However, I had an issue with one of the sandals I ordered so the customer service gave me a voucher for the full amount of the purchase! I am definitely going to buy again!

I ordered these black boots from Willi’s Vegan Store because I wanted a 100% vegan pair with a modern design. They’re a bit wider than I expected, but the style is exactly what I wanted, and the overall quality feels very good.
I had to contact customer service several times to trace the shipment. Each time, they were responsive, forthcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the shipping issue far less stressful. The delivery itself was the only major downside — it was delayed and required follow-up — but the team resolved my concerns professionally.

Super Kundenservice. Ein Produkt, welches nach einem Jahr defekt gegangen ist, wurde anstandslos durch ein neues ersetzt. Kommunikation ging super einfach, sehr schnell und freundlich.

I’ve never had any problems with a product — everything was always great. But the last time, we had to make a reclamation about a pair of sneakers. I contacted the shop, and within a few hours they got back to me with several options for how we could proceed. I was really happy with the solution and how quickly everything was handled. I can’t say anything bad — great customer service!

I have ordered two pairs of shoes from Will’s after researching where I can find quality shoes without costing unnecessary harm to the environment. They’ve been great!

When the heel of the work boots popped off, and I was unable to glue it back on, I reached out and not only was I given eco friendly advice, but fantastic customer assistance by Aarti as well as a gift voucher to replace my boots.

Ich habe die Gleissohle Brogues und der Vegane Wollmantel mit Kapuze bestellt. Es gab Schwierigkeiten mit DHL in die Schweiz zu liefern aber der Kundenservice von Will‘s Vegan Shop hat mich super betreut und immer sofort zurückgeschrieben.
Mit den Produkten bin ich sehr zufrieden, vorallem mit den Schuhen, welche sehr hochwertig verarbeitet und bequem sind. Beim Mantel dachte ich er sei wärmer aber er ist sehr formschön und komfortabel.
Bin sehr zufrieden!

I ordered a pair of shoes on 29 September, and it took two full weeks to receive them — even though I live in the Netherlands and the website claims to ship from Europe.
The size was too small, so I immediately requested an exchange and sent the shoes back the same day. It took 7 days for them to confirm receipt, and only on 16 October they said a replacement order was placed.

Today is 24 October, and I still don’t have my shoes. I received a track & trace link 4 days ago, but the status hasn’t changed at all — exactly the same issue as before.

It’s now almost a month since I ordered, and I’m still waiting. Clearly, the shoes are not shipped from anywhere near the Netherlands, despite what the website suggests. Poor logistics, poor transparency, and very disappointing service.

Eine Jacke in der falschen Größe erhalten. Mein Versuch, Kontakt/Umtausch zu erlangen, funktioniert nicht. Angeblich schon mehrfach einen Code für einen Rücksendeschein erhalten.
Mein Tipp, Vorsicht bei diesem Portal, mich hat es vermutlich 200 € gekostet !

These are without a doubt the most painful shoes I have ever worn - ever. I have no idea how they get so many positive reviews.
I was sick of plastic shoes that would wear out so quickly so finally decided to invest in a pair of their knee boots. They look good and fit my calves which isn't always a given, so I had high hopes. I wore them around the house for a while but they just don't 'wear in'. I had hoped they would have more of a leather feel, but they feel like solid plastic wrapped around your feet and ankles.
But eventually I needed to wear them to an event, the reason I had bought them in the first place, so I wore them out just hoping for the best really. My god - the pain! My two middle toes and ankles bones on both feet were cut to ribbons within an hour.
I emailed customer service who said I should have worn them in more before wearing outside so they wouldn't accept a return.
But if I had worn them in as much as they suggested, put pressure on them as they suggested, surely whether that's inside or not doesn't matter - they would be just as worn looking and un-sellable as a pair worn outside? Not to mention that no one is going to spend months wearing shoes inside. Winter would be over by the time these give, if at all! I'm so disappointed. I waited years to be able to afford these and they were a total waste of money. I would never buy a pair of their shoes again.

I have placed several orders with Will's Vegan Store over the years. The shipments have always been received in tact and in a timely manner. I appreciate the biodegradable packaging. The products themselves are of fantastic quality and ethically-sourced. Apart from one pair of shoes developing an annoying sqeak, they have all held up incredibly well. And I continue to receive compliments on their appearance.

I recently had a problem trying to receive a package that somehow shipped with an incomplete address. Unfortunately, USPS sent the item back with no way to claim the item or redirect the package. Will's offered great customer service, going above and beyond, by sending a replacement order immediately!

I absolutely love Wills Vegan Shoes and I recently had a fantastic experience with Aarti from customer service in regards to a pair of boots I’ve had for some time but still they felt a little tight around the toes and was able to buy a wide fit pair with an extremely generous discount. Thank you so much! I love your shoes. Please do think about doing a gorgeous pair of block high heeled black ankle boots in wide fit too… I’m sure they’d sell out fast! 😘 xxx

Very happy with the new jacket i just received, it looks really good quality. Also very happy with the walking boots i bought from WVS 10 years ago which are still going strong and no signs of damage! The only frustration was the tracking number i received didn’t work so couldn’t track the package but customer service was very helpful. Highly recommended !

I'm incredibly happy with the shoes I bought, it's like they were made specifically for my feet. I admit to being a bit apprehensive before they arrived, because some years ago, I ordered vegan shoes from another London-based company which I won't name. Despite measuring my feet in every way possible, those shoes were an ill fit. So. Like I said: apprehensive. Maybe that was a good thing, as it made my joy over these shoes greater. I will return as a customer, and I will check out, and maybe order the other stuff you sell.
