The shoes I ordered are Just as expected! It needs some walinking time until they perfectly fit, but then it feels good.
Also the shop was really helpful as there was some trouble with the first shipment of the shoes. When I contacted them they helped immediately and solved the problem.

I’ve known this brand for a long time and have bought several pairs over the years. I really like their styles, the quality, and especially their sustainable philosophy. The shoes I own are very long lasting and extremely comfortable to wear, even for long days.

I also had contact with customer support a few times, and the service was always very helpful, friendly, and solution oriented. That’s something I really appreciate.

All in all, a great vegan fashion brand that I can truly recommend!

I have been vegan for 13 years and have sought various vegan shoes. Will's is by far the best and seems to me to also be very sustainable in its practices WHILE still being affordable. I have four pairs of their shoes, one women's boot, one women's dress shoes, and two mens dress shoes. I am a woman and like the men's styles for dress shoes. All fit very well, even though I would like a slightly tighter fit for the mens shoes (their smallest size in mens' is a womens' USA 9 equivalent (Euro 40), which works for me as someone that uses 8.5 for daily shoes and 9 for athletic shoes).
I love the material and look. I got a ton of compliments and no one ever knows they are vegan, but I always am sure to tell them because I like the look of surprise. They have very ethical practices all around and the shoes are very sturdy. Very little plastic, with majority of the material being bio-based vegan leather made from plants.

All of my pairs are in great condition! My boots are the oldest, about 5 years now, and look brand new after a good polish. My second oldest shoes are my mens' signature derbys. I've had them for 4 years and are still great! I wear them the most so they are more worn in, but they look and feel great and go with all my outfits.

I almost forgot that I also have their Messenger Bag and two belts (one black and one brown), all of which I use all the time and love so much. The messenger bag is perfect for my job. The belts go with my shoes and make my outfits real snazzy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for good quality and slow vegan fashion clothes.

This company is top of the line!!

The size I ordered were a bit tight (I've tended to buy Clarks in the past which seem to be a bit bigger - not a criticism, just an observation). Despite my having worn them, and there being signs of wear, I was able to swap them for a larger size without having to pay any shipping costs. Top service.

I had a problem with my vegan walking boots. I contacted customer support and they resolved the issue quickly and professionally. These days customer service is in rapid decline and to be treated fairly and politely is a breath of fresh air. Keep up the great work.

The shoes I ordered were a bigger fit than expected and unfortunately very uncomfortable. Due to some minor scuffs on the sole from wearing them at home, I wasn't able to return them, but they very kindly offered a voucher for the full value to order new ones. I've since donated the originals to a local charity. The team were very kind and responsive in arranging the voucher and hopefully the replacement pair will fit better.

Excellent customer service and well-made boots. I have a pair of Will's Aviator 2 that lasted years (might get them re-heeled). Wanting something different, I ordered a pair of Rangers. Measured my feet and used the size guide, but they were too big. They quickly sent the next size down. They were really well made and looked nice - just not on me. I asked to have the Slip-On Booties instead, same price. I'm really impressed with the quality of the boots, the fit is nice. I'm even more impressed that they did all this to get me into the right pair of boots. Super happy about all aspects of my purchase.

I have shopped here for years and I am a massive fan! Their shoes are so well made, look great on, and last for ages. If they don’t fit right when you’ve tried them in at home, they offer an excellent exchange system. I have bought smart work shoes, walking boots, smart + casual boots… my husband has smart shoes and walking boots… we both wear them really often - all so comfy.

Their customer service is amazing and I love their values. Email them if you ever have a query.

I am going to try their kitchen bits and bobs which look good. Love that they are expanding product range.

I am extremely pleased with this company and the walking boots I received. They are stylish, comfortable and waterproof. I had a small issue with one of the boots and emailed Will’s Vegan Store who immediately sent a replacement pair, no questions asked. It’s always been difficult for me to find comfortable shoes. After lots of research I discovered Wills and spent time reading the reviews carefully. I couldn’t believe how easy it was to slip these on. As a seamstress I could tell the quality of workmanship and material. Very impressed! I will certainly tell friends, buy some for my husband and more for myself. I feel relieved I finally found a great company for shoes. Your feet are important so best to invest in them with reliable footwear . Thank you !!

Im so unhappy with my recent experience. I attempted to purchase a belt for $50 and when they were out of the item they said I could either put that towards a different item or get a refund or a discount code to use towards a different item. When I responded with my selection they wouldn't answer. I emailed them for months and nothing. They have ZERO customer service as in there is no way to get ahold of them apparently. I have spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to get in touch with them. I will not be returning to this store.

After my most recent attempt to contact them after emailing for months I got a prompt response and refund. I have no idea why I haven't been able to get ahold of them when its the same email they listed in their reply that I've been contacting.

I returned my order a month ago and I still haven't received a refund. I've directly emailed the company twice but they haven't responded.

Ich habe über den Avocadostore bei Will's Vegan Store eine Strickjacke bestellt.
Leider ist diese bis heute nicht bei mir eingetroffen.
Man erreicht weder den Kundenservice vom Avocadostore noch den Kundenservice von Will's Vegan Store.
Weiter habe ich eine ungültige DHL- Sendungsverfolgung erhalten, auf Nachfrage kam keine Antwort.
Ist ja schön das Will vegane Sachen verkauft aber einen schlechten, nicht wirtschaftlichen Kundenservice hat. Ich werde bei Paypal einen Fall eröffnen.
Schade.
Update: Ich erhöhe von 1 Stern auf 4.
Nach meiner Bewertung hier meldete sich der Verkäufer und veranlasste direkt eine neue Bestellung. Diese ist auch bereits bei mir eingetroffen und die Strickjacke ist wirklich sehr schön und von toller Qualität. Da hat man direkt Lust erneut etwas zu bestellen. Ich hoffe das es beim nächsten Mal direkt reibungslos läuft.
Die Ware kann ich in jedem Fall wärmstens empfehlen!

My query about the width of the boots I wanted was answered quickly and helpfully.

I have worn them almost every day for over 6 weeks, and often in wet weather. They have proved to be waterproof.

Myself and my hubby have been purchasing Wills shoes for years now. In my opinion they are the best vegan shoes around, not only stylish but excellent material and long lasting. Excellent company ethics and sublime customer service. X

I keep buying their work boots. If there's any issue with the quality after some time of wearing them, they're quick to resolve the problem. Delivery has always been pretty fast.

I wanted to write this review on the WVS website but it doesn’t seem to allow reviews for products beyond a short time from purchase. The hiking boots: four years ago they were quite good value, which was when I bought my first pair, since then price has inflated well above the uk inflation rate. My first pair, had weekly usage and lasted for two years before I wore the soles down - not bad and very comfortable boots. My second pair had regular use, twice a week (20miles) but started to get holes in the uppers, either side of the bridge, after nine months I contacted WVS and they replaced the boots. My third pair lasted about six months before pronounced holes appeared either side of the bridge of the foot. I would not recommend purchasing these unless you do very little walking. In their favour all boots have been lightweight and comfortable.
