Pessima azienda
Pessima azienda! infatti non riesco a capire come mai un'azienda importante come GiGroup possa consigliare ai suoi clienti di lavorare per Webhelp, perche è una delle poche aziende che non fa attenzione al lato umano dei dipendenti, che sono sottopagati e inutilmente attenzionati in modo esagerato per errori banali anche dopo averinvestito nella loro formazione, che dura circa un mese, il mio consiglio è che dovrebbero investire UN MINIMO sulle risorse umane.

This company handle customer service for curry’s, and they are burying them. Iv been a customer at curry’s for 30 years and now I wouldn’t urinate on the place if it was on fire.
Web help are based in Sheffield and South Africa. You can tell they treat their employees badly as they are all psycopathic liars!
It’s really made me question people in general.
A guy called JAY D dealt with my complaint about a curry’s store manger. He made it seem like he would listen then just completely waved all my consumer and human rights. And it seemed like he enjoyed it. Just like blockbuster back in the day, I’ll laugh when curry’s goes under. Sick of their adverts they need to go.

I wish I had read the comments before I joined this company! Based on my experience, it’s no wonder there are so many overwhelming negative reviews on Trustpilot. Unfortunately this company has a very toxic bullying culture and unfortunately your hard work is ignored and your mistakes are highlighted. The crazy thing is that I thought it was just me until I read the comments confirming other people’s similar experiences. I resigned due to a Deputy Team Leader named Miguel Teixtera who is a BULLY who would ignore my accomplishments and actively look for every mistake I made and threaten me with a disciplinary showing 0 sympathy for people with Dyslexia which put me under immense stress and made for very toxic work environment and there were other colleagues who said have said same about him! I also previously worked with a Team Leader named Kate Sapwell who was unprofessional & would swear at colleagues during Team
Meetings & talk bad about customers but the company does NOTHING when it’s their own! They have been outed for racism before (Google search Images: Sonia Muneer Webhelp) where evidence is shown of an Operations Manager making fun of someone’s African culture and being insensitive at there offence to it and threatening the colleague with an investigation just because they were understandably offended! Apparently when it was reported, no action was immediately taken! To those who are reading this: Do NOT be fooled by this company’s false image claiming to care about its employees, they do NOT. The team is very clique-y, (Unless your Scottish it seems) They do not treat you as human (God forbid if you need to go to the bathroom for more than 5 mins), your days off on your rota will be changed and instead of giving proper notice they literally expect you to check your rota to see if it will change EVEN if your currently on your day off! I was on my day off and they called to ask me why I wasn’t working today, so they expect you to check your rota on your day off to see if it will change to a work day! The pay tends to go up & down with little done about it, they put on this professional Image but during the initial training, the team leaders were VERY unprofessional with the amount of bad language & talking bad about customers. This company will lose business if it continues to treat its employees this way! In all my work history I have never worked for such a negative company!

They will promise, but will not do
Low payment, but high promises about promotion, opportunities, career growth etc. Obviously, none of those promises have any base.
The company can "by mistake" not pay you for work hours or "lose" some of them (Especially on the course. You've been warned!).
The course itself is terrible and will not give you any useful information.
There is an "effectiveness" model that is totally broken. It actually will count your responses by hour and not include your total work.
The communication between employees is also broken. Seems like no one knows what the other side does and doesn't care.
Don't believe the slogan that this company is "human oriented" or however they calling it. They will probably listen to you, they will promise to do anything for you, but won't move a finger. Maybe they'll give you a free beer or buy you a pizza on the first week, but that's all. If you like to work for food - go for it.
And they will ask you to make photos of how happy you are to post them in social media and create an image of successful and trusted company. But it's a dust to the eyes.
Some say that this company is stealing your personal data. Don't know if it's true, but saw this information on different sources, so be warned.
Stay away from this company if you don't want to be a slave.
They will only promise, but will not do.

Best company to have as a partner is you want to outsource and reduce cost on customer service, since they only hire from latin america, africa and asia.
The company is French, but not even 1 call center agent based in france.

Not serious company. Low payment. Lack of communication between employee and staff. Arrogance and unethical work and cooperation to solve problems. I don't believe it can ever be improved. One of my shortest and fewest experiences ever in 14 years of work. I do not recommend it to anyone as a place of work. If there were zero, I would rate it as zero.

Sage das aus Nutzer Erfahrung, webhelp moderiert die Info Seite 20minutes. Das ist die reinste Katastrophe: Hass- und Desinformations Kommentare werde nicht zensiert, Kommentare die alle Regeln einhalten werden einfach gelöscht. Die Moderation ist einfach auf einem Power-Trip und ihre Arbeitsethik und Moral ist schon längst fort.
An alle, die überlegen, ob Sie webhelps Dienste nutzen wollen, seid euch darin im Klare, dass deren miserable Leistung sich auf euch reflektiert.

Nach Bewerbung, Testverfahren und Videobewerbung erhielt ich eine mündliche Zusage. Nach 2 Tagen dann eine standardisierte Absage per Mail ohne Begründung.
Wenn man erst mündlich zusagt, sollte man die Absage wenigstens begründen.

Ich liebe meinen 100% Homeoffice-Arbeitsplatz. Das ist bei Weitem nicht selbstverständlich und solche Angebote bieten nur wenige Firmen.
