En la oficina de Sevilla, despiden a gente de forma masiva e infiltrada, un ERE incubierto. Te cambian horarios y condiciones de trabajo para forzar a la gente a que se vaya y no tener que indemnizarles. Los superiores hacen bullying y tratan mal a los trabajadores. Permiten la discriminación entre compañeros. Me despidieron hace un mes de manera injusta, inventando una bajada de rendimiento, manipulando los resultados de mis evaluaciones. They play with your salary and bonuses, and on top of that they don’t care about doing the job well—what matters to them is that you hit the numbers, which is very unprofessional. If you complain about the processes they themselves impose—processes that negatively affect your productivity—the first thing they tell you is that if you don’t like it, you can leave. They demand a certain level of productivity without providing the necessary tools, with mediocre team managers or skill managers who often don’t even have answers about the processes, and then they blame you for not having them. They don’t take service quality into account. I don’t understand how companies request services from this company when their service quality toward clients is terrible, because as an organization they are a mess.

Durante una formación inicial de aproximadamente cinco días, esta no estaba suficientemente adaptada ni resultaba útil en mi caso, ya que no se proporcionaban materiales claros de apoyo (como documentación o guías detalladas para la identificación y gestión de casos), lo cual no me permitía repasar las cosas en casa. Durante esta formación, el formador realizó comentarios en tono burlón sobre personas que no continuaban en el puesto, mencionando incluso un caso de una persona con TDAH y autismo que tuvo una crisis el primer día y no regresó, riéndose de la situación. Usan llamadas grabadas de ejemplo de cómo se tiene que atender y cómo no, y en las que son de cómo no hacerlo se ríen de el trabajador y el cliente.
Tienes que pedir permiso para ir al baño y ellos deciden cuando te lo dan, al igual que deciden cuando haces el descanso para comer, en mi caso mis descansos duraban entre 5-10 minutos.
Como la formación no me sirvió de nada tenía que pedir ayuda a compañeros o supervisores, por eso mismo a mis espaldas empezaron a criticarme llamándome irritante y pesada, esto me enteré ya que una compañera que estaba LITERALMENTE al lado los escucho criticando a todos los que éramos nuevos.
En resumen, no respetan a nadie, te tratan con superioridad y solo hablan bien con los que ya tienen experiencia en el puesto.

Worked in the virgin media campaign and it was beyond mind blowing how there was so may rules which just confused and contradicted each other in every possible manner literally cannot do right for doing wrong targets are just crazy expect you to be a robot which just annoys customers as they have had the same conversation twice if your lucky or three times more than likely and if you try and feed this back your basicly told straight just to do as your told and continue too annoy customers then get a hard time for stats mines were always ok but constantly seen this same thing happen with other staff members

I'm from the Philippines. I was invited to take the online assessment yesterday which I passed. Today, I was scheduled for an interview. I was able to enter in the zoom link sent via email but this is where all of the tragedy will begin.

You'll need to enter multiple break-out rooms. When I finally reached the room for initial interview, we've been there for over an hour! We even had the chance to chit-chat with each other talking about how poor the recruitment management they have. Some says they've been there for 3-5 hours with no facilitator in the room! Some also says they've been there back & forth for days!

This is the worst experience I had in my job application. This company is legit, it's just they really have a poor management on their applicants! Avoid this at all cost!

Incompetent recruiters, very bad experience with Amel. They offer you another role than the one you applied for, don't reply to emails anymore, then when you let them know that you're no longer interested and got another opportunity, they send you an automatic rejection email lol

I thought Teleperformance is bad but oh no, by far the worst company I've ever dealt with.

I worked as a John Lewis technical support representative through Foundever, and I would strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs.

During my time there, I faced constant system issues completely out of my control. I often had to log in over 45 minutes before my shift just to ensure I could actually start on time. If I couldn’t, it became a battle over whether I’d even be paid for that time.

While my overall performance was never an issue for management, one manager marked me down simply because I wasn’t very chatty in the work chat. This was despite the fact that I was focused on my job, especially during peak periods when I didn’t have time to gossip.

My role was swapped around multiple times without any consultation. At one point, I was told I’d been “promoted” to Customer Support Manager. I had no choice in the matter, my workload increased, and I was still paid minimum wage.

Eventually, I was made redundant because John Lewis and Foundever chose to outsource the work to Morocco, where the minimum wage is around £1.40 per hour, rather than pay the UK minimum wage.

The final straw was my last paycheck. I wasn’t paid for all the hours I had worked, and when I raised it with HR, they claimed I was on a salary. This meant I had effectively been working below minimum wage.

In my experience, this company has no respect for its staff, will exploit workers wherever possible, and will cut corners at the expense of fairness and basic decency.

En enero me seleccionaron para una oferta publicada en esta plataforma. Realicé una formación intensiva durante 13 días en horario de 9 a 17 h (8 horas de formación más 1 hora de descanso), con el compromiso verbal de incorporación. El último día, el responsable nos comunicó que no necesitaban incorporar a nadie en ese momento, pero que nos llamarían próximamente. Han pasado 4 meses y no hemos recibido ninguna noticia, pero han vuelto a publicar la misma oferta.

Esto es una falta de respeto hacia las personas desempleadas, que invertimos tiempo, recursos y dinero (gasoil, autobuses, etc.) con la esperanza de una oportunidad laboral real. No es ético utilizar formaciones para cubrir otros intereses sin intención de contratación.

Mucho cuidado con esta empresa. Considero que este tipo de prácticas deberían ser supervisadas y denunciadas.

Allerdings lässt sich über die Konditionen durchaus diskutieren: Die Vergütung bewegt sich oft nah am Mindestlohn, was angesichts der Anforderungen in manchen Projekten nicht mehr zeitgemäß wirkt.

Ein besonders kritischer Punkt betrifft die Führungsebene. Teilweise sehr junge Teammanager:innen wirken mit ihren Aufgaben überfordert und geben Druck oder Frust direkt an die Agents weiter. Das Arbeitsklima leidet dadurch spürbar.

Noch schwerwiegender sind jedoch die Probleme in der Lohnabrechnung. Es kam mehrfach zu unklaren oder ausbleibenden Gehaltszahlungen, obwohl z. B. Arbeitsunfähigkeitsbescheinigungen (AU) rechtzeitig vorgelegt wurden oder tatsächlich gearbeitet wurde, allerdings vom Teammanagement nicht korrekt dokumentiert. Der Vorwurf des „Arbeitsbetrugs“ wird dabei schnell in den Raum gestellt, was nicht nur unprofessionell, sondern auch respektlos gegenüber engagierten Mitarbeitenden ist.

Die Erreichbarkeit der Personalabteilung, Buchhaltung oder gar des Betriebsrats ist zudem erschreckend schwach, besonders problematisch, wenn es um Klärungen rund um Gehaltsabrechnungen oder qualifizierte Arbeitszeugnisse geht.

Als ehemaliger Mitarbeiter musste ich feststellen, dass selbst nach Beendigung des Arbeitsverhältnisses ausstehender Lohn für volle Arbeitswochen nicht überwiesen wurde. Auch hier war eine Kontaktaufnahme extrem schwierig bis unmöglich.

Fazit:
Das Unternehmen hat Potenzial – vor allem durch die vielen Projektoptionen. Doch Strukturen, Kommunikation und der Umgang mit Mitarbeitenden benötigen dringend eine Überarbeitung, wenn man sich als fairer Arbeitgeber positionieren will. Vertrauen und Transparenz sind hier leider (noch) keine gelebte Realität.

En la formación de retención de metlife, que eran cuatro días, más uno adicional, se nos repitió en infinidad de ocasiones que no nos preocupásemos, que en vista que éramos tan solo cinco aspirantes había vacantes de sobra como para cubrir todas las faltantes del servicio.

Como cosa curiosa, en el penúltimo día salimos del aula a la sala de gestiones a realizar las escuchas a los compañeros los cuales estaban trabajando a plenitud puesto que habían muchísimas llamadas de los clientes que deseaban solventar sus requerimientos. El ultimo día, que no era viernes, ¡sorpresa!, volvimos a la sala, y según ellos, casi no había llamadas entrantes; no me llamen mentiroso, pero era LUNES.

Acto seguido, se acaba todo el curso, y cuando nos tocaba retirarnos a la espera que nos dijesen que al día siguiente nos daban los usuarios y contraseñas, en unión con las tarjetas magnéticas, nuestro asombro fue mayor cuando nos indicaron que en un lapso no mayor a 24 horas nos contactarían para decirnos “quienes éramos los elegidos para venir a trabajar en un par de días”. El engaño estaba consumado.

Al poco tiempo nos ubicaron por el móvil y nos dijeron que habíamos pasado la prueba… de idiotas, pero que nos avisarían a posteriori ya que no habían llamadas suficientes como para entrar en ese momento. Nos habían timado; y no me queda la menor duda que nos usaron para advertirles a los agentes del servicio que nosotros estábamos a la espera, sumado al hecho que en vista que nos habían pedido POR ADELANTADO los datos de cuenta bancaria, seguridad social y el DNI, ellos procederían a cobrar la subvención de la formación sin haber contratado a nadie. Aclaro que dicha información solo debe pedirse cuando se va a firmar el contrato, no antes.

I got an offer "on the spot" after doing a phone screening. My start date was set for Jan 6th. Let me start by saying it was very difficult to get in touch with 2 recruiters after signing the offer letter. They would not answer emails or phone calls on almost every occasion. After submitting all my paperwork, doing a background check and drug screening, I waited for more info. It was the Friday before my Monday start date. I emailed everyone I could asking when would I receive info on my first day. I finally got an email from one of the recruiters Friday afternoon, stating that my start date had been delayed till Jan 27th. They made me submit new hire paperwork again, and then less than a week before the 27th, they said my start date had been delayed until Feb 24th. I then found out that, according to the recruiters, start dates are not guaranteed to anyone, but the spots in the training classes will go to the people who submitted their paperwork the fastest. Well, on every occasion I submitted my documents promptly. I said I was no longer interested. From the little research I've done, this is actually grounds for a lawsuit. These kind of big companies know they can screw with you because the time and money spent trying to sue them is not actually worth it on your end.

One of the worst places I’ve worked at by far from the agents to the ops managers there’s a grudge against people who have an opinion for example you have agents who are sleeping with mangers and it’s well know to everything expect the managers wife’s and children and then you have the managers them selves making comments about girls half there age to there face about the breasts etc and nothing has been done about it you also have managers who come to work and go to sleep for half the shift when there to BE A MANAGER you also have these same managers who are allowed to work at home certain days who are drunk on shift and couldn’t run a team to save themselves and leave it to the team members who have been there the longest to do there job for them and god forbid you raise a complaint to the ops managers about the behaviour of there managers because the managers will find out and message you abuse about how the will attack you the next time they see you from top to bottom foundever is shambles of a company and I believe the contracts they have with virgin , nhs and OVO should just pull out before it’s too late cause the management you have and the people you employ really shouldn’t have a job to begin with and finally you have the payslips with people getting deducted money from payslips wrongly and getting informed they would get it back the next month but would result in them paying more tax than they should be paying genuinely one of the worst run businesses ever.

The final thing is they employ anyone no back ground checks nothing they have knowingly multiple convicted sex offenders in there employ which for one I think is shocking as they expect you to be all nicey nicey with something who was convicted for offences against children and the things that make it worse I’ve heard and been informed these same sex offenders openly point out in conversation with customers that if they have children honestly the company is a place full sick twisted human beings who either touch kids , cheat on there long term partners or drug addicts and openly pop pills at there so the can get ‘dunt’ or ‘high’ place deserves to be closed

SCUM OF THE EARTH ORGANISATION THAT DO YOU NOT PAY THEIR STAFF CORRECTLY OR SOMETIMES NOT AT ALL. PAYSLIPS SENT WITH AMOUNTS OF SALARY WHICH DIFFER TO WHAT GOES IN THE BANK. AFTER LEAVING STILL TO RECIEVE MY FINAL SALARY AND DESPITE REACHING OUT TO PAYROLL VIA EMAIL (AS THEY DONT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER) I'VE BEEN CONSTANTLY IGNORED. ONLY RESPONSES I GET ARE THROUGH HR WHO ADVISED I OWE FOUNDEVER MONEY WHICH IS NOT TRUE AND THAT THEY WILL GET PAYROLL TO CONTACT ME WHICH TO THIS DATE HAS STILL NOT HAPPENED. HOW ON EARTH FOUNDEVER THINK THIS IS AN ACCEPTABLE WAY TO TREAT STAFF IS BEYOND ME.

1) They don't pay correct salaries. One month you can get salary which is 80 euros less than you are supposed to recive, other month it can be 10 euros less but of course never more. I spoke to HR and managers so many times but only promises and nothing more.
2) They promised so many things but literally nothing was done.
3) You can not even get a coffee there. There don't care about employees at all.

No pierdas tu salud trabajando para esta empresa.
1. El dia de la entrevista telefonica, te dicen una condiciones que luego no cumplen: te dicen que podrás elegir el horario de trabajo, y luego te dan otros sabiendo los inconvenientes que tienes en relación a tu vida paralela.
2. Te deniegan las vacaciones sin darte explicaciones
3. Te dan una formación totalmente inútil. Nada practica, solo teórica.
4. Cuando empiezas a trabajar, apenas hay ayuda para tus dudas y te ponen a trabajar como si fueras un profesional del sistema. No existe para ello la curva del aprendizaje.
5. Una vez que dimites, tienes que ir pidiendo el finiquito.

Realmente es una empresa NO-GO
