I did not like the kinde of Balance in the Team. I would search for higher Mentalität, that is leading stronger and better. Like, to be to easy is pointing out your own behaviour. TP is in some topics great, I had the application process, which completly worked. Onboradi g steps were nearly fullfiled completly. All in all this emplyer deserves a bit more respect by those who work there.

Great company! They booked a plane ticket and paid for the hotel the first 1,5 Months. Got a free taxi from the airport to the hotel. Working from home is great! Greece is a amazing country. Working here for a few months and i dont understand all the negative comments.

I relocated to Greece through Teleperformance, and my experience was extremely disappointing.
Shortly before my start date, my original project was canceled. I was offered another one without the promised relocation package, simply because I was already in Greece. I was put under pressure to accept and told that if I didn’t sign, I might not get any job at all.

After just a few days, I was moved again to a different project due to “higher demand.” What was not clearly communicated is that this demand was only temporary. The company knew this, yet I was still placed on that project.

After around four months!! I was let go due to lack of demand, along with other employees. I was left without a job in a country I had just relocated to. It felt like being completely left out in the cold.

A few days later, I was offered another project starting in !!three months!!, which is not a real solution when you suddenly have no income.
I felt used and left to deal with the consequences on my own.

I want to warn others. The job market in Greece is not what it seems, especially outside of Athens or Thessaloniki. Even living in a fairly large city, I am still unable to find stable work, despite having experience in customer service, tourism, and hospitality.

When you search online for jobs with your language, it may look like there are many opportunities. In reality, most of these listings lead back to the teleperformance or very similar outsourcing projects. Many of these offers are repeated, outdated, or simply not real opportunities.

If you are considering relocating based on these offers, think very carefully. Without a solid backup plan, you can easily end up in a difficult situation with no job and no stability as me.

I wouldn’t recommend working here. The job is extremely draining, and the worst part isn’t even the workload. it’s the way clients are allowed to speak to us with misogyny and racism while management stays silent. They only react when CSAT scores drop. Even a simple resignation request made by the book turned into gaslighting, with managers pretending that only the “contact center manager” could handle it, which delayed the whole process. Schedules are also completely unreasonable.

After the latest events, I can say that this company has no respect for people and their time. It is unacceptable that such a large company with such a number of employees cannot organize or even simply cancel an interview on time, but at a different time. After I passed their test twice, I received an official email giving me an appointment for an interview. I took the necessary actions at the right times, but on their part I saw only disorganization and negligence. In the 1st interview, no one showed up at the online pre-arranged appointment. After I entered teamviewer and waited for half an hour, I looked for the person in charge we were talking to and then she informed me that the meeting would not take place because it is a holiday in Greece today and they are not working. On the same day, I received a new email to reschedule the appointment and in the end they did not cancel it again. I took the required actions again and entered the meeting ten minutes early. As a result, I waited again for 30 minutes and no one showed up. So again I informed that I was waiting and no one was here for the interview and again I was informed later that there were no positions and they were not looking for new candidates.

Worked twice for them. Once in Lithuania were the only issue was late salary

In Athens wow. Wrong salary extremely rude management that REFUSE to help and punish you even if you have proof.
Instead of helping they just terminate you.

They have a test at the end of the “training”
I got 81 a colleague got 82. I had to redo the test she didn’t….

Avoid having to deal team lead Sandy Qumseya or god forbid you have to deal with her boss Mari Moisander that only know corporate words 101

They now refuse to pay the correct amount for me and my colleague… calling and getting an answer is impossible.

One girl left the job on the first day due to rude behaviour from the trainer
They dismissed me for missing one question “trainer” asked

They had a meeting with me.
They allose t an email about it. When I didn’t reply they waited for 15 minutes and contacted the “traine”. When I questioned it and why didn’t sent a message directly to me Mari Moisander said
We have 12000 people working here.
I responded with that Sandy Qumseya have me on teams so she could have easily sent a message there but no. I explained that I have an apartment viewing. Was hunded for it even though I have written proof that is was ok to go.
Mari Moisander was rude and didn’t want to accept that.
I said that I can easily have the meeting early next morning. No Mari yelled at me. Very unprofessional behaviour.
So yes avoid this company at any cost!

Mari Moisander, Sandy Qumseya and peter kost ate the ones you really don’t want to deal with!!!

A friend of mine applied and was informed when he got the job. Oh by the way it won’t start until end of may… seems like a very important thing to inform someone who is applying a job!

Teleperformance have now 48 hours from 13:30 feb 2026 to correct the incorrect salary for me and my colleague.

Hiding behind saying incorrect paperwork and when asking what exactly they need she doesn’t answer!!!

OBS!! You won't see a permanent contract ever in this company. They are just taking advantage of your cheap labor and won't ever raise your wage. A multinational company has managed to adapt to the Greek system, fraud and injustice. Look instead for work at Foundever or TTec.

This company is bullying people away, also SV, here they do cronyism, they say vanaals but have no proof bad company stay away

I was contacted from a Berlin number for a job in Greece, which already seemed off.
The person who called me was Katrina Nathan Jadallah, not a German citizen, nor a Greek citizen, but with a Latin American Spanish accent, for a Spanish-English-Greek job in Athens, Greece.
I've never been contacted by a more deceitful person than her. Just five minutes before, she was telling me we were going to have a video interview because I had passed all the tests: English, Spanish, computer skills, customer support case studies, etc. And then, five minutes later, she sends me this message:
We appreciate the time and effort you put into the application and the interview process.
Unfortunately, in this case, we have encountered an unforeseen shift in our staffing requirements. This means that we are unable to proceed with your candidacy. The reason for this decision is that we currently have an overabundance of candidates for the same position, making the selection process highly competitive. We genuinely appreciate your interest in TP and the time you invested in the process.
Thank you for considering us as your potential employer. We wish you the very best in your job search and professional endeavours.

Since I was not given any ID and I’m not sure if that is the real name of that -supposedly - Human Resources person, I just copy and paste her message.

If you plan to work full-time while considering yourself lucky if you’ll be left with 50 euros, that’s the right place for you. The company simply takes advantage of people who are desperate for a job. They pay Italian speakers barely 850 net. Rent in Athens is now nearing an average of 400 euros per bedroom. How do you plan to survive with that amount of money? If you come from Southern Europe, that is the life you’ll be living. Avoid this company.

It's for TEMPORARY employment. The companies they collaborate with do not guarantee consistent employment. You end up working under stress due to employment uncertainty. You can apply for another project as long as it is available and aligns with your skills. Otherwise, you'd be left without a job.. The only advantage is that while you're employed with them, they provide medical insurance and other benefits.

Worst working experience ever. They do not honor their promises. Stay away from this scam! Very unprofessional and hostile place to be.

Do not apply to ANY jobs at this company. I was contacted from a Berlin number for a job in Greece, which already seemed off. A few seconds after the missed call, I got two emails at the same time about them wanting to have a call about me potentially joining their team. I suggested a time and date and didn't get a confirmation back. Didn't hear from them for 2 days. They had to postpone it on the day of the call to the week after (I was supposed to have the call today 10/12 at 1pm) and they never showed up for the rescheduled one. Never heard a word from them after they needed to reschedule. I was basically ghosted. The job description listed a bunch of amazing bonuses that felt too good to be true, and none of them were mentioned in the email when they contacted me. The only thing mentioned was "competitive salary in Greece, Career development and bonuses for referring new collegues". This felt very suspicious to me since the bonuses did not add up to what is said in the job description. After reading others’ experiences with TP and experiencing it myself, I won’t accept any offer from them if they contact me again.

Projet Dyson, arrivé le 18/5/25, superviseurs incompétents, Operation Manager, Tyrannique, délais de remboursement qui explosent (plus de 6 mois...), ....une catastrophe !
Vous avez 30 secondes d'intervalle entre deux appels!
Les pauses pipi sont scrutées, vous êtes harceler par les sup, travailler 8 heures dans ces conditions confine à la folie.
Fuyez TP et surtout ce projet.

I worked for TP from June to August 2025. I stayed only for 2 months but it was a personal decision to leave my job. I worked for Dyson in German language. I think it has to do with the project and the language. I may be wrong but I think the whole management is better in German and Nordic languages. The supervisors were very friendly and helpful and really kind with me. Although I believe that many supervisors are not qualified and they have only a high school degree. Personally, I can speak 5 different languages and I felt somewhat underrated. In my case the management was good and fair. Their client Dyson just sucks. I had to cope with angry customers but the problem was that Dyson was assuring the customers about the duration of the refund processes and they never made it in time. A customer can wait for 30-40 working days without refund although in their policies it is 14 days. I resigned because it was exhausting working so many hours sitting on the chair and I wanted to obtain my degree from the university. I needed more time. Stay for a while if you are in Greece but this type of work is temporary in order to gain experience. I know that many employees receive only 3 months contracts. In my case I signed a contract for 12 months but I left by the end of the second month. Work for them only if you speak German or a Nordic language. The other languages are unfortunately underrated and there are better alternatives.

Working for Teleperformance should only be considered as your absolute last choice.
Pretty much any other company will have better pay, better organization, better everything.
You will earn enough money to splurge on things like rent, bills, food, and transportation to work.
Job offers will be rescinded or changed at their discretion after all parties have already signed, without any regard for you, your relocation, the fact that you made arrangements to change your whole life.

Αυτοί κρατούν την ανωνυμία τους και δέχεσαι επιθέσεις μέσω τηλεφώνων και προϊσταμένων που δεν φανερωνονται. Επίσης, έχουν διασυνδέσεις να σε κάνουν μπλόκο και από άλλες δουλειές, αν δεν είσαι στην κλίκα τους.

I was hired to work for TP, I signed a contract digitally with Adobe and then quit my job that was a better job overall and paid over double the amount. The onboarding was chaotic as hell I talked to over 10 different people via email and 6-7 over the phone. They never ever called me on my phone since it was a foreign number, it’s funny ho cheap they are specially since the majority of their manpower comes from overseas snd they don’t even do international calls.
Then all of the sudden I was inform that my course it’s delayed and I had to sign a new contract this was with less than 40h before my relocation flight. I tried to signed on the mobile but it wasn’t translating well to English so I decided to do it later on a computer but I was busts packing having farewell with family and friends. I went to the airport and to my surprise they’ve informed me on the check in counter that my flight ticket has been cancelled my employer ( TP ) I’ve checked later the emails and they’ve send me like 15emails and one of them said that they could not continue with my job offer since I was unreachable.
I did lost a great permanent job, I have to pay many expenses like notaries for documents, extra luggage for my trip that were not refundable and I made my girlfriend move into a bigger apartment in Greece with me.
Of course I am willing a court sue them for pre-contractual damages.
Be careful with them !
I’ve talked to a couple of guys that they work there and they told me that they take people from overseas for a3 month contract in most cases to get European funding for man power mobility scheme so the get paid for a set new European employer form overseas to come to work and then if they don’t like how they work or their project is finish they get rid of the people.
