Ich finde die Firma widerspricht sich selbst. Ich hatte alles super gemeistert etc. Am Ende Bemängelnte man das englisch. Der test und andere Gespräche mit anderen Firmen zeigten das Gegenteil.

Man bot mir eine stelle an wo ich nicht wirklich sprechen musste, hatte diese aber nie per Mail
Bekommen.

Auf Nachfrage antwortete man mir das das englisch nicht genug sei.

Man merkt hier deutlich das die Firma nicht so selbst weis was sie von sich gibt und sucht.

Concentrix er en rigtig god arbejdsplads med stærke karrieremuligheder for dem, der er motiverede.

Der er et godt arbejdsmiljø med hjælpsomme og engagerede kollegaer, hvilket gør hverdagen både behagelig og udviklende.

Et sted jeg klart kan anbefale.

I’ve been with Concentrix for the past 14 years, starting in Helsingborg Sweden and later continuing my journey with CNX Denmark. I began as an advisor, never imagining that what I thought would be a temporary role would turn into such a meaningful and rewarding career.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow and progress within the company, moving up the corporate ladder in ways I never expected. A big part of that journey has been the support and encouragement from my managers, who consistently pushed me to believe in myself and my abilities, something that truly reflects Concentrix’s values.
What makes Concentrix special is that many of our leaders and support staff started exactly where I did, as advisors, and worked their way up. It shows that there are real, endless opportunities here. If you’re motivated and willing to put in the effort, you can explore a wide range of roles and build a long-term career.
I genuinely love working at Concentrix and consider it my second home. The people make all the difference, great coworkers, a supportive environment, and regular events and activities that keep things engaging almost every month. Concentrix Copenhagen is truly the place to be.

As a global company, i can only speak for Concentrix Copenhagen and Helsingborg and both are great workplaces. The global aspect however also makes it possible to apply to roles all over the world what ch us a huge plus as well 😊

I started with Concentrix in 2016 as an advisor in Helsingborg sweden and soon became a Quality Evaluator, a role I truly loved. After a brief break, I returned and had the chance to relocate to Copenhagen as a Trainer, and now I’m a Team Leader for an amazing team.

What I value most is how Concentrix recognizes potential, invests in growth, and creates a workplace that truly supports its people. There’s always something going on in the Copenhagen office… whether it’s the appreciation snack train, fun competitions, or other engaging activities which makes it a lively and motivating place to work with the best collegues :)

Worst Company. Micromanagement especially in TA.

Jag vill dela med mig av min upplevelse från mitt arbete på Concentrix (Elköps kundcenter).

Detta var ett jobb jag tog av nödvändighet, trots att jag från början tackade nej på grund av den mycket låga lönen. Under utbildningen var upplevelsen positiv med bra stämning, möjlighet att ställa frågor och få stöd. Även i början när man tog sina första samtal fanns det hjälp att få.

Problemen började när man kom ut i produktionen. Stödet försvann snabbt och den hjälp som fanns via chatt blev allt sämre. Det var inte ovanligt att sitta länge med kunder utan att få den hjälp man behövde. Samtidigt ställdes höga krav och mål kopplade till statistik, trots att man inte fick rätt förutsättningar för att nå dem.

Det pratades mycket om möjligheten att få arbeta med chatt och mejl, men trots löften om detta fick jag aldrig den chansen. Arbetet blev därför väldigt monotont med enbart samtal, ofta under hög press och långa köer, särskilt under högsäsong.

Arbetsmiljön upplevdes som starkt övervakad, där även små avvikelser som någon minut för lång rast kunde påpekas. Ledarskapet kändes ojämnt och kunde upplevas som nedlåtande snarare än stöttande.

Kontorsmiljön var också bristfällig. Det fanns strikta regler kring exempelvis parfym, samtidigt som andra saker som påverkade arbetsmiljön negativt, som stark kroppslukt, inte hanterades alls. Det blev en irriterande del av vardagen som påverkade trivseln.

Utöver detta var lönen låg i förhållande till arbetsbelastningen, och det tillkom kostnader som parkering, vilket gjorde situationen ännu sämre ekonomiskt.

Sammanfattningsvis var detta en arbetsplats med ett bra första intryck, men som snabbt övergick till en miljö med hög press, brist på stöd och låg ersättning. Jag skulle inte rekommendera det.

Not recommended. They don't pay you what they promise and just ignore you. The company owes me more than 1200 Euros. I have always been a hard worker.

I didn't want to give them ONE star! This is one HUGE fly-by-night company! All the bad reviews you see online are totally correct! Stay far away from this company! They can't assist with anything you may be having issues with, very unorganized, very aloof about what their own position consists of, etc. And they want to hire CSRs for the tax season, which will be over in a few weeks. They can't promise you any other position after this season ends either. So, you will waste your time dealing with all the headaches of training, only to work barely a few weeks, if that much! And they want you to buy your own equipment, which can run you into a lot of money; depending on what you already have that may or may not work for them. I'm so tired of these companies that try to hide all their BS, and try to make you think they are so wonderful. PLEASE BEWARE AND LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!

Absolute worst company I ever worked for.

Deciding to go to work for Concentrix Greece was one of the biggest mistakes of my working life.
I immediately understood that the experience would turn out to be very negative. The recruiter told me a lot of lies to convince me to accept the job offer. Then, when I started working, the conditions were very different. I'd been told the job was completely remote (that's why I accepted), but in reality, from one day to the next, without any reasonable notice, they ordered you to come to work in the office. There, the orders were like those given in Nazi concentration camps, but only for those who weren't friends with the supervisor. You'll find a totally incompetent supervisor who doesn't know the project and won't offer you any support; on the contrary, they'll make your life hell because you don't kiss their ass like the others. You have to pick up everything you need to work from home at your own expense, because the company needs to save money and won't send a regular courier to your home. The recruiter tricked me into thinking it was a small, unimportant package. When I arrived at the company, I found myself with a 30-kg package that I had to carry by hand using public transportation. I got home out of breath and felt sick. I have a Greek bank account, but since it's different from the company's, I was charged a bank fee for every transfer, and I also received the transfer a day later than the others. So not only did I have to pay, but I also had to wait. A company that charges employees a fee to receive their salary is a circus, not a serious company. The day after the training, which was totally inadequate for the job I was supposed to do, I was thrown into taking tickets like a robot, without knowing or understanding what I was doing. After two hours of work, I couldn't even take a 10-minute break if another colleague was on break at the same time. I was basically allowed a 10-minute break every three hours of uninterrupted work. My shifts changed almost daily without warning. Since I was new, I asked to be put on day shifts to learn the job. My request was completely ignored; in fact, my supervisor laughed when I texted him that I was getting a lot of chats and needed help. Totally submissive colleagues who kissed management's ass in exchange for favors. A highly toxic environment, lacking competence and professionalism. Rife with favoritism. If you raised issues, rather than addressing them, they blacklisted you and forced you to fire them. I left the company where I'd worked for many years, hoping to find a different environment, but instead I discovered hell on earth. I strongly advise against working at a company like that. Finally, after I resigned, I was even threatened by human resources. A Nazi concentration camp is much more comfortable than this shithole.

I'm a o2 customer worst service ever charged twice no help when I rang up to query overcharge and they didn't pay of yhe bill they where supposed they actually haven't a clue

Worst company I have worked for so far. Toxic work environtment, disrespectful behaviour, the most exploitative company I have work so far, which led to chronic health issues, including hearth problems, constantly shouting from the middle managers to the workers for no reason. All the people in the team were incompetent and it turned out they got their jobs unfairly and illigally without an official hiring. There were workers who did not work and were not given tasks, instead their tasks were given to others. These workers were incompetent, could not do basic tasks for their position and messed up what they did most of the time. The personal statistics for permormaces was manipulated every month so these incompetent workers had a higher score in order not to get fired.
The managers involve in workers personal life including entering their homes without permission, including stealing money from them.

It's a corrupt company all over the world, even in Italy. Only those with connections and recommendations win, people at the top who don't know how to do their job. What's more, they pay little and offer zero benefits; there's no meritocracy. They also fill you with promises that never come true; they are all illusions and lies. Thank goodness I didn't let them touch me, otherwise I was afraid I would become as stupid and ignorant as them. They are just poor people inside, they have no real skills or abilities. Anyone can set up a company with their mentality and policies. I am proud not to be like you because you are truly disgusting. One day I'll be in a position of power, and if I happen to come across you, I'll treat you exactly the same way you treated me, including the dirty looks that certain bosses used to give me for no reason. Italy sucks.

A terribly mismanaged company with managers who use the same "analytical" comment reviews for their employees, to the same manager giving misogynistic advice to other employees like "I think you need a boyfriend in your life".

Their bosses and HR brush it under a rug as he's still working there! Pigs!

WORST company I EVER sign with ! Do not make the mistake! Once in training they can kick you for any stupid reasons and ask you to pay the training. All is very paranoid control and working 6 days a week for a minum portugese salary. If you do not have the residence for your first 3 months of living in portugal your the taxes is 25% instead of 11%.

I can't believe Microsoft uses this company to represent themselves. The slowest service ever, with probably just AI translated service as well, or so it seems. Microsoft, get your priorities straight.
